Came from Edinburgh to Falkrik to visit the Kelpies. As an American wanting typical Brunch menu, I found this amazing spot. Friendly service and delicious food (Ordered French toasts, bacon and eggs).

Dropped into the Fork and Mustard Cafe for a spot of breaky after attending the Falkirk Parkrun with our dogs. Staff brought our dogs a bowl of water as soon as we sat down. Very friendly staff catering for my Vegan wife and didn’t blink when I ordered 4 sausages for the dogs, even brought the sausages across in a little dog bowl. Lovely little cafe. They have another premises in Falkirk that we drop into called 4 Coo Wind. Good food and very pleasant and considerate staff

Go to place in Falkirk for breakfast, brunch and lunch. To drop in on a Friday just before they close and they're clearing uo, most places wouldn't be accommodating but we were welcomed in without any problems. To be able to order off the breakfast menu after 3pm is also a bonus. Never understood why some (many) places stop serving around 11:30am. Great service and great quality inexpensive food.

We ordered a delivery from Fork and Mustard today for myself and work colleagues. We made the order through Just Eat at 11:58am and were advised delivery would be 1pm. We were then notified that there was a "delay" in our order and that they would contact us when it had left for delivery, (we are located about 1 miles from shop). Myself and my colleagues finally received our order at 14:10pm. Just over 2 hours to prepare some toasties and soup and have these delivered is shocking. Food was warm when it arrived and average but would not order a delivery from here again due to time aspects. (before anyone comments about collecting, we work in the local hospital and we were unable to collect, that's why we ordered for delivery).

As you will note from previous reviews I am usually generous with my scores however the tipsy cake was very stale and the toilet was filthy. I didn’t use it when I saw the state it was in. It wasn’t a nice experience at all. I used to visit this cafe more regularly snd it has went downhill

Was in Falkirk early one Saturday morning and was in need of some breakfast, so decided to see what was near by and Fork & Mustard took my facy. Nice littel cafe nestled in a quiet corner of Falkrik Town Centre, you got a really good welcome the moment you step through the door. Ordered a coffee and the breakfast wrap to go, and both were freshly prepared in no time. Breakfast wrap is probably the best I have had anywhere!!!!!! If in the area again I will be sure to return

Spotted this cafe getting good reviews on TA and decided to pop in for lunch after a long and enjoyable walk in to town via the Kelpies. Food was bang on, simple but well cooked and presented and at a very reasonable price. I had a cheese omelette with side salad (which was dressed, big tick!) delicious homemade coleslaw and chips washed down with a diet coke. Staff were friendly and efficient despite the fact the place was super busy.........always a good sign. Would highly recommend this cafe and if ever back in Falkirk it's the first place I'll be heading for.

Well let me tell you there is nothing dry or plain about this lip smacking, all singing all dancing sneaky Fork and Mustard cafe! Now we are in more lockdowns than all the Bank faults...we should run skip and jump here ...socially distanced/ to not go in... /maintain our humour and the fabtastic Ed will make us something quite amazing.Place order by phone/or shout it in from outside/or online !We had a cheeseburger and chips that puts the 'fab' into fabulous. We have been in loads when restrictions were eased and will be in again when that happens but until then placed order by phone .Collected and paid.Spotless clean happy wee place (and that was just the doorstep outside where we stood!)This mini empire also has 4 Coo Wynd in Falkirk and they are a warm witty ensemble cast providing great home cooked food/meals/cakes and a jaunty welcome in a pandemic.

HOWEVER instead of turning us away he informed us that they now have a second cafe opened up in the cow wynd with the same menu right beside Johnstone’s butchers ran by his wife! I jumped at the chance and I’m so glad. The food was exemplary, great portions size and very well priced. They also had an extensive range of fresh cakes and baked goods. Given the crazy world we now find ourselves inhabiting, it's the little things that make life bearable. Due to the covid-19 pandemic that has struck us all, I am one of those people who must be socially more isolated than others. That doesn't mean I can't enjoy the lovely food and chat that the owners of the Fork and Mustard provide.Although the wee happy place is shut to sit in custom, I was able to take advantage of their delivery service. I'm so glad that I did.I have to say that it was an absolute delight to have ordered a filled baguette and have it delivered warm and crispy. A WARM AND CRISPY baguette people.... delivered by one of the owners. I could wax lyrical about all of the good times and good food that we've had in the cafe, but I won't because right now, it's there delivery service that you should avail yourselves of. Oh, and if you want to see a friendly face and have a lovely chat while you wait, you can still go in and collect your goodies too.Don't let the virus overcome your need for a chat and some nice scran. The lovely people at the Fork & Mustard will help you with that.

Visited here for the first time today in the afternoon. The place is cosy but very nice, staff were very welcoming and friendly. I had a breakfast roll (you get 2 items for £2.50, with the option of adding another item for 50p). The roll and filling was excellent, very hot and fresh. The camomile tea was one of the best I’ve tasted. They also let Me smell their strawberries and cream loose tea which smelled fantastic (will need to try that in future!). I then had an Oreo tiffin cake which was delicious although very filling (definitely not a complaint). For two triple rolls, 2 homemade cakes (they’re all homemade), 2 hot drinks (tea and hit chocolate), it only came to £15 which is cheap compared to other eateries in the area. The staff were fantastic and you can tell they genuinely care and have passion for this business. I will definitely return!

A super lunch, I had a coronation chicken sandwich and my friend the philly cheesesteak panini. Good quality produce made well. It was Dotties Dotties 1st outing to a cafe and she was made welcome and given a bowl of water! Will definitely be back. The staff were friendly and funny. Loved it. Thank you.

You're made feel welcome as soon as you step foot in the Fork & Mustard, with homely and inviting staff and owners. The food is delicious and great value for money, and can be catered to the individuals dining needs, be that allergies, vegan, GF etc. without compromising on taste. I've tried quite a few on the home made baked goods and tray bakes on offer and I've never been disappointed!

I fell in love with this place from deco to the people that work there. They have wonderful vegan choices with so much flavour. I has a jackfruit toastie with a vanilla almond milk shake.. soo good. I also tried the vegan bacon and that was yummy. It is definitely worth a visit.

Went in with my baby for lunch. Immediately friendly service. Great food, very accommodating for dairy-free requirements. And couldn’t have been better with my little one, giving him bits to try as well. I’d definitely recommend especially to anyone with specific dietary requirements 😃

Very cosy little cafe with only around six tables. Friendly staff who provide great portions. I couldn’t decide between a small breakfast or pancakes - so got both. Really big portions for only around £4 each. Thick bacon, lovely sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs and pancakes. Only small criticism would be crispy potato scones but that’s a personal preference. Will definitely be back

Been here a couple of times for lunch. Michelle is very welcoming and is happy to reserve a table for you if you visit at busier times. The cafe is quite small (around 7 tables) but the food is good and freshly made. Home baking looks delicious. Excellent idea to have a basket of ladies’ toiletries in the toilet should anyone run short when away from home.

I popped in for a late lunch because the window notice mentioned gluten-free and vegan food. I expected the usual situation of the menu offering vegan items and gluten-free items but not both together.... I have to eat a lot of baked potatoes with beans... I got VERY excited when they went through the MANY options which were vegan and gf combined. There were even more choices for vegetarian and gluten-free. The staff were lovely and very welcoming - rather than the usual feeling of being the 'nuisance' diner in a cafe I was made to feel that they were excited to show off the wide range of choices they could give me. I settled on a breakfast plate of soya-free egg substitute, home made sausage, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, toast (with vegan spread) and because I was so impressed with the choice I had a side order of chips with it.

Had been here before for coffee and cake this was the first time for lunch. Excellent vegan choices also with meaty stuff, so something for everyone. Lovely staff. In the town the best place for vegan. Probably the best for coffee and cake as well

Dropped in for lunch with my american pool chum and a catch up. We looked over the menu and both opted for toasties both cheese and onion with coleslaw on the side. We were not disappointed they were loaded with cheese and the coleslaw had a lovely homemade flavour. We had cans of juice to wash down our food perfectly chilled. Overall total satisfaction and would recommend to anyone. Will definetely be back soon. 10/10.

We went here a couple of nights ago for our evening meal,I ordered the surf and turf £15.99 from the specials board and my wife decided to have the haggis fritter starter £6.95 with a side portion of chip which I can only assume was £4.91 considering our food total was £27.85. We had our food in the bar area owing to the fact we have a dog. Prior to ordering our food we ordered a pint of lager and a pint half lager half lemonade £8. We were served by friendly staff can’t really complain about the food as it was tasty enough. Have been here previously but might go somewhere different in the future.
