Quick Service and Polite staff Friendly atmosphere and great Art Hanging through the bar/Pub. worth a look and try the Guinness for a change and you might get a shamrock on the top , go on be a devil .

I was in the Florist tonight like I am quite often and I was sat at the bar waiting to be served looking around one of the barmaids was collecting glasses while the other, which I believe is the landlady was serving. The other barmaid the smallest of the three and can I add the only barmaid that doesn’t not know my name and what drink I drink compared to all the other barmaids, who take the time to get to know the regular customers. I like it in this pub because the barmaids have made the effort to talk to me, to know my name and what I drink, all these little things mean everything to me. But when I walk into the pub and see this barmaid behind the bar I feel like I have to make more effort. I’ve even had to tap on the bar to get her attention because she is on her phone with this particular barmaid.

Absolutely hideous behaviour tonight from whoever was managing/the landlady?. Really wrecked my night out with friends. She was yelling at customers and clearly bullying a crying, sweet staff member. So incredibly inappropriate I couldn’t believe it. Will never go back. This used to be a great pub. Sorry to see it go so far downhill. Don’t recommend- go get a pint somewhere with nice staff instead.

Visited on a Wednesday afternoon so quiet but a lovely Boozer. Best in the area. Super service too.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Florist Arms in Bethnal Green, a rustic pub offering stone-baked pizzas. My friend and I were both craving pizzas, and we were not disappointed, the pizzas were cooked really nice, with a crispy crust and gooey cheese. Overall, we had a wonderful lunch experience at The Florist Arms. The pizzas were delicious washed down with a few refreshing pints, all served by lovely staff. I would recommend this pub to anyone looking for a casual and enjoyable meal.

Drop in for the first time today on my way through London, most welcoming bar staff I encountered and best playlist. Perfect pint, too! Will be bac.

An excellent East London pub in the heart of the community. Offering a great selection of drinks, a good atmosphere and some brilliant pizza. There is always a warm welcome here if you’re a friendly, chatty and open person could’ve asked for a better bar staff. They’re all really friendly and helpful and willing to tell you all about the drinks they do you have on offer.

15/10/22: not a bad selection of craft ale, although one had soured and was returned promptly for a change. Another, the Laine Brew; Mangolicious pale ale 4.7% was also on the turn, but drinkable. Quite a small quaint pub, service was ok, but greated by a childrens party for what looked liked 7 year olds running round. I had hoped for better. A dark interior but with likable booths to chit chat in, whilst we were on our Bethnal Green Ale Trail. Worth a visit, worth a pint, worth taking in it's back street boozer history. Existing from circa 1852 and formerly known as the Florist's Arms, the name changed to what it is now circa 2013. Previously owned by Watney Combe Reid Now run by Emma Tabard (from about 2016), a third generation publican, continuing the family trade of East End pub owners.

Lovely pub with a really nice atmosphere. Booked a large table for a group of 30 that was perfectly accommodated for. Lovely food and drink (especially the pizzas) but best of all were the staff who were so nice and friendly - couldn't have asked for any more.

Popped in on way to Victoria Park Sunday market. Loads of tables, good choice of beers and real ale. Chilled tunes and airy with some seating out the side. Perfect.

Attended just before we travelled down to the go karting in Mile End. Lovely boozer off the main drag. Typically east end and tend to offer beers not found in north. Give the Smirnoff cocktails on taps a chance.

This has been my local for years. Great vibe - plenty of space (notable contract to the Camel up the road....) Really hard to argue with their £7 pizza specials which basically seem to be on most of the time. Pizzas are good - not phenomenal but definitely I've paid more for worse. Choice of beer is a bit limited, but they have enough

Paid my first visit here as part of a walking tour. Cask beer was in perfect condition and the landlady, Emma, gave us a bit of a talk about her history working in the industry and the atmosphere she's tried to curate in the pub. Really enjoyable experience - I'll definitely come back!

Friendly and intimate old Victorian, east end boozer. Just 200 metres from Bethnal Green tube. Proper ales from the hand pump and good lagers. Good selection of wines and spirits too. Well worth a visit and many more if you can!

The Florists is a great East End local pub filled with lovely people having a great time. I am drinking Oechsner lager, Bavarian in origin and perfect for me, other kegs available. For the real ale drinkers there are three pumps working. A simple but hearty pub with the most welcoming feeling, a good time had by all

Went here with my dad and his partner. Beautiful, friendly, good vibes, little East End boozer, where you can escape the worlds problems, relax, have a laugh and you meet people from all walks of life. Great value for money, food is great, Emma is amazing as well as her staff.

Bartenders are all superb, and Emma pours the best pint of Guinness in the whole UK. And the pizzas are amazing. Thanks to the chef Amin for being willing to customeise pizzas to the specific requests of a large group of friends. We'll definitively be back for more

Lovely old pub, lovely friendly staff & great food. Popped in hoping for a meal and drink before a show and this did not disappoint. Busy for a Monday early evening, had lovely ambience, fab music, fairy lights & candles on tables. Pizzas were great! If I had one small criticism is they don’t take cash, not sure if this will change in the future. But this place did not disappoint, many thanks

The atmosphere in the pub is amazing, all the staff are friendly and lovely and the pizza is so good. One of the best pizza in that area. I will come back for sure.

Jess, Emma and the rest of the bar staff really make the atmosphere special. The pizzas are fantastic, the beer selection is good and has different options from other local bars. A recent 20% price rise made us think of going elsewhere but we decided the vibe was worth it. Let's hope the owner appreciates what he has.

No-nonsense East London boozer with decent stone-baked pizzas.

This evening we went to the Florist and the pub was empty. As soon as we took a sit, the owner started to clean around snorting and slamming chairs against the tables in the room. We went to the bar to ask for drinks and the same lady told us we weren't welcomed because our friend was banned 2 years ago for being loud. Our friend didn't joined us tonight but came 3 weeks ago and the man at the bar refused to serve him, so we left all together. Tonight the lady threw us the fact that we brought him back three weeks ago (after 2 years) she was very rude and said that we will all be banned if we try to bring him back again. We understand that our feiend might have been loud and unpolite that time, but tonight in the group there were other friends that had no idea about what happened and saw themselves threatened this way totally out of the blue. We are mortified and this is not a way to treat recurring customers.

This evening me and my friends went to the Florist and we were treated in a very rude way by a lady that was there cleaning the tables and snorting as soon as she saw us. I understood there was an episode with one of our friend 2 years ago, which in that moment wasn't there, and she threatened us to ban all of us if we ever tried to bring him back. We left the place disappointed for the behaviour of the lady and apologising to our friends that had no idea of what that was about. In addition, the place was completely empty so 5 customers could have brought some mood. It's a pity because I really loved your pizza!

The owner has a really bad attitude. She shouldn't be serving costumers.

I've been to the Florist Arms a couple of times now and never been disappointed with their pizzas. They have a good selection of lagers and beers and the service is excellent too. A decent place if you fancy a bite to eat, something to drink and decent atmosphere.

We popped in for a quier lunch and enjoyed some fabulous home made pizzas. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food!

Popped in randomly and managed to get a seat near the TV to watch the football despite not having a booking, very nice of the staff to allow us. Beers were lovely and service was great will definitely be coming back in future!

Great pub, wonderful atmosphere. A wide range of beers and spirits at not unreasonable prices. Also do pizzas which are available as gluten free, which many pubs don't do. Staff very friendly. Will be back!

Such a welcoming local pub! Great staff, who are both efficient and friendly. A really cosy atmosphere. Fab for those cold winters evenings. The team have gone above and beyond to make the pub Covid safe for both their staff and customers and I really hope they are able to open their doors as normal on December 2nd. P.S their pizza is pretty special too and well worth that trip when we are allowed back out.

If this was the pub next door to my house I would love it! A welcoming,cozy pub in the heart of the East end is rare, yet the florist is just that. Sensational pizzas and the staff are amazing! I’m a regular at the florist arms. I honestly cannot stress enough how wonderful this pub is. The staff are amazing, so friendly and always put a smile on your face. The pizzas are really great and good value for money. Having visited them when pubs were allowed to open again I can confirm that they followed all safety measures set out the government. There was plenty on hand sanitizer available and all Staff were aware of social distancing and really put the effort in to make us all feel safe. My favourite pub in London.

Oh how I miss this little gem of a pub as my local. There is not many pubs in the east end where the bar tender knows your name, and welcomes with a friendly hello and smile. But the pizza wow the pizza, they are amazing. I get cravings for the scilian hot. Can't wait to get back.

Had the worse experience yesterday at this pub. I was with some friends. With the social distancing rules the staff has been trained to be extremely rude and aggressive. The first greeting before you even walk through the door, instead of the usual smile and welcome, they shout at you ‘wear a mask!! When at some point I got up from our table to go to the loo I got aggressively shouted by a lady behind the bar with rude manners about me not wearing a mask, making me feel like a criminal. Pizzas may be nice but they are definitely not worth the horrible experience of being treated like that. Will never go back again
