Excellent Sunday lunch as always. Vegan options are great. Lynda was a wonderful waitress.

Food was delicious and Caris was lovely and attended to everything we all needed which made our visit a pleasure definitely recommend

Caris and Linda treated us very well, even though we made a mistake with our booking. They were more than happy to accommodate us anyway and the food was absolutely delicious!

Went for Sunday lunch, great food and great service. Lynda was our waitress and despite it being really busy she was fantastic and looked after us all really well.

Fantastic food. Good value and friendly staff

First and last visit. Booked table for 5pm, order given at 5.10pm and had to ask where the order was ar 5.45pm. Apparently it didn't go through to kitchen so was requested again. Five minutes later the starter arrived, one of which was only lukewarm. Waited approx another 20 minutes for main course, two of the meals were bad, my Son had the SOFT belly of pork, which he could hardly get his knife through. I had the Chicken Pie, which if I had had more I could have built a brick wall with them. The other two meals were reasonable. Needless to say we didn't stay for desert, a family night out ruined. At nearly £18 for chicken pie and sloppy beans, hard carrots and tasteless gravy I think it was not worth the money. No way will I be going back there.

Great atmosphere and food. Service was good - a little slow but it was busy and we were not in a rush. Thoroughly enjoyed it and have already booked again for mothers day.

My wife and I , had a lovely lunch . I had the pie and my wife had the fish cakes . We also had puddings I had the crumble and my wife had pavlova. The service was very good and the staff very helpful. Lovely place to eat top class

Went in with my other half for a Full English, Lynda looked after us and the whole experience was lovely and chilled - just what was needed in a Sunday morning. Food cooked fresh to order so a bit of a wait, but absolutely no problem with this - and when it came, it was very good. Proper butter too for the toast and a poached egg cooked just how I like it. Lovely, friendly atmosphere and Lynda was more than happy to hoast our table, she is definitely an asset to the weekend trade. Thank you for the service today. Karen & Jason

Staff was very friendly and good range of drinks but food was a bit of a let down with small portion sizes for the price of the food and also was not very hot.

We returned here after 3 years, previously we had used it regularly, but were recommended again by friends since the recent changes. It didn’t disappoint. Food (Sunday lunch) was very good, prices reasonable, service was great by Lynda who was very attentive but not annoying. Staff overall were pleasant and helpful. Yes, we will return again soon.

Was served by Lynda yesterday for a lovely lunch. She was so welcoming. Told us all the specials. My husband ordered the chicken pie she recommended and it was sooooo yummy! Lynda was very sweet and personable. Hope to come back and see her again.

We often visit on a Sunday for our dinner. It’s one of the best Sunday roasts around. The staff are always friendly, but had -an amazing service from Lynda today. So friendly and helpful. Can’t wait for our next visit 😍

We had a delicious lunch today and Lucy was an absolute delight, helping with menu choices and checking on us throughout the meal.

We arrived a little early but were taken to our table… the lady who took us just put the menu’s on the table and walked away without acknowledging us which we thought a bit rude… another young lady came snd took our order she was much more polite.. We went with a 50% off discount.. we both chose the same order.. food was ok for what we paid.. all in all was a pleasant lunch but nothing great

We love the Fitzwilliam Arms in Marholm, Peterborough, it has a great atmosphere, the staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. Its our first place to visit when in the area.

The service was excellent. The Shish Kabab and Coleslaw was especially amazing. Loved the combination of large cubed pineapple and Mango in the coleslaw all in all a very filling and good value meal.

Lovely pub. Went at midday and was not very warm at all. Needed some heating on. Enjoyed our lunch. Plenty of staff. Looking outside saw cups and saucers left on a table. Obviously been there overnight. Spoilt the outlook.

Rated 5 because all my slight negatives were made up for by great positives. The only thing we can complain about is that we had to ask for more drinks, more cutlery and sauces which should have been offered. But I was absolutely made up by how allergy friendly and aware the staff are. They claim to have a nut free kitchen and I believe them. They even made extra sure and served me my food with a green flag poked in it. How cute! The staff were friendly, the food was great and priced accordingly to the quality. It cost us about £45 per person for 3 courses and 1-2 drinks. We will definitely be returning!

We have been booked in for a 50th birthday celebration today and it was so lovely. It’s such a lovely restaurant and the staff are also all so lovely and friendly too. Will always recommend to friends and family as food is always amazing as well.

Had a very nice meal at the Fitzwilliam Arms, three courses for a pre-Christmas lunch. Every course was very reasonable and wonderfully tasty, all set in a very warm welcoming environment. They even provided crackers for the meal too! Also worth signing up to the loyalty program, gave me ten pounds off my first purchase!

Wasn’t shown festive menu until dessert , which was quickly replaced with the original menu which the item 2 of us wanted was “ out of stock “felt menu was limited. Cheese board 4 of the thinnest smallest possible with a mountain of butter . Service very slow. Overall another disappointing visit

Food excellent, service was slow with desert as was given menu but waitress forgot to return so had to go the bar and order deserts. No loo roll in the ladies loos.

Food was amazing. Potatoes where good but not amazing and that is my only critic, but they where still nice. I just like them crispy. Servers where amazing and deserved there Xmas service charge. Normally dont like this being added but they totally deserved it today. Lovely place and lovely food. No complaints from a big party as well.

A wonderful xmas eve meal. The food was hot and delicious from the festive menu. The produce used were of good quality The rib eye steak was so tender it melted in your mouth and the pork belly was delicious too. The portions were a nice size Lillie and team including the chefs, Adidas Martin joe and Ben who gave us a excellent meal a big thank you.

Nice location and ambience, however the food although lovely was a little on the small side portion wise, and the waitress serving our party rolled their eyes at an order for water.

Our waitress, Lynda, was very friendly and attentive. She checked a couple of times if we had everything, were happy with the food and if we needed more drinks. It was very unrushed and pleasant atmosphere and the food was delicious. Highly recommend. Thank you.
