We wanted to order,and passed the phone between 2 employees to take an order,at the end of the order we found out that the delivery is £ 3 from pe1 to pe2 so canceled...everyone charges from Free to 1.5 £ :(

Best halal Shaworma "Donar", Best of the best Falafel either sandwiches or as a starter. It is my favorite place to eat now. Staff is amazing.

I didnt want to even give 1 star tbh. Ordered chicken shawarma, fried pepper and chilli potatoes and my partner got a mixed platter. The food smelt like it had gone off, it looked absolutely disgusting, his chicken wings were burnt. The taste was even worse than the smell and appearance. £24 worth of food went straight in the bin. Rang the restaurant to tell them and they said next time we will get a free food. There wont be a next time. Never ordering from here again. The moment I saw the food I said I should have ordered from tazze grill instead, their food is banging tbh shawarma from anywhere is banging as it's pretty basic to cook so no idea how farooj got it so wrong. I'm so disappointed, angry and bloody starving still. So wasted £24 to now be cooking myself and my partner dinner instead as the order honestly is that bad not even a dog would eat it. I'm sorry farooj for saying all this but at the same time I'm not because you're prices are so high for food that is beyond edible. I'd rather spend £24 in mcdonalds if it came between choosing from them two companys only. Not again.

Needs a lot of work to keep up, overpriced heavily, opening hours differ everywhere, honestly just avoid, I have tried a lot of different takeaways in the area, this is not one I will ever return to, kids portions, let this be a warning, if you do decide to order here then you’ll be disappointed! Sorry guys I hate doing this but you need to up your game MASSIVELY, there is takeaways that provide you with soo much more less than 1 minute walk from you in every direction!

The food is brilliant, I haven’t tasted food that is so nice and tasty in a restaurant for a long time. The Shawarma is proper, the shish is amazing. To be honest I haven’t found a better a charcoal grill than in Farooj. Farooj has a very high hygiene standards, and has a very friendly staff. All I can say 👍🏼 Well done Farooj, well done guys 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

highly recommended eatery in peterborough the food was so tasty and you can tell its fresh flavour was very full on never tasted the same food in peterborough specialy the fresh roasted chicken they do and the staff were so polite and helpful the portions were generously served iwill be ordering from this place from now on as its becoming hard to find decent take away in peterborough truly and honestly deserve 5 stars .
