Last month we spent 2 nights at the Fire Pit campsite celebrating a friend’s 40th birthday (12 families so we had the whole campsite) - It was AMAZING. Positives: • The layout of the site is perfect for a big group. • There is a massive tent at the back of the field (with front and back doors, oven, indoor firepit, solar power, and a mezzanine floor with a double bed). It was very impressive. • We stayed in one of several bell tents (great size, set up with 4 mattresses / including bedding). There was a trolley cart to help move stuff to and from cars. • There was loads of space for friends who brought their own tents / trailer tents /campervans. • A big Fire Pit is central to the camp, and we sat around it for hours. • Amenities: 3 toilets (I was pleasantly surprised), 1 shower, and a kitchen area (fridge, kettle, sink etc…). • We booked the warehouse for a party on Saturday night. There is a bar (bring your own booze), pool table, dance area / stages, disco ball, big speaker (connects to a phone), and loads of varied seating areas. It was a great space. • We had Wi-Fi in the warehouse (not the camping area). • For the kids: playing / climbing areas and the bus. Whoever came up with the idea of putting an old double decker bus in the middle of a campsite is a genius! They spent hours playing in it. They embraced being outside and exploring the grounds. • A pizza oven is available (we had food delivered but it was great to have a choice). • The camp is designed to be as ecofriendly / sustainable as possible (big positive) • B&P live in the grounds and looked after us well. They were amazing (extra special thanks from me). My only (slightly) negative comment was the wooden bases for our beds. We found them very uncomfortable the first night. So, we removed them and put our mattresses on the tent floor. The second night was much more comfortable. Basically, the camp had everything we need, and we can’t wait to go back. We loved every second of it. Dylan

Really let down by this company. We had booked a Saturday night meal for 4 people ( Including my daughter who had travelled up from London). We rang them about half an hour before just to confirm where to park and exact location as it was our first visit. We were told "sorry we are fully booked ". We booked this over 3 days before and had received not only an email the day before but also a text confirming all the details. They said the mistake must have been a "computer glitch" as they were catering for a wedding. We luckily managed to enjoy pizza at The Dabbling Duck which we enjoyed so would definitely not return here!!

We were camping with family and friends to celebrate a 40th birthday and we had a mixed group of ages. The tents are beautiful and pretty comfortable. The campsite is also lovely. However. The kitchen facilities are inadequate. The fridge is far too small to accommodate large parties and there only a tiny freezer. They need a safe built in bbq area as the 2 small bbqs are dangerous witth kids about. We really needed a kettle so we could make tea and coffee in the morning and would have loved a toaster. (I know it’s camping but sold as glamping!) 1 shower for the campsite (we were 50 people) is just not enough and would have been worse if it was cold and muddy. We really needed a bigger table, for shade and shelter and also so we could eat together as we were not made welcome to use the tables by the bus (unless we bought drinks and food from them).

It was a completely fantastic weekend - amazing Pizza on the Friday night, fantastic facilities and awesome location. The fire pit is such a great find and cannot reccomend highly enough. My family have enjoyed many memorable times there, soaking up the great atmosphere that they create throughout the different areas of this amazing venue. All the staff are so accommodating, the pizzas are spot on...one of the best I have ever eaten and they have a great choice of drinks to cater for all. If I wasn't married already I would 100% be booking it as my wedding venue. The wren's nest is so beautifully crafted and you only have to look at their Instagram to see how incredible they style it for weddings. You can feel the Love and passion that runs through this family run buisness from the moment you arrive and every tiny detail and smile on the lovely staffs faces is noticed. Day or night the Fire pit is great fun for all ages and it's definitely one to visit if you are visiting Norfolk!!

This place is a hidden gem in the rolling countryside. A vast expanse to explore and a menu for true pizza lovers. Combined with an excellent choice of drinks. I loved the the warehouse with its quirky fittigs, and kids will love the London double decker bus. The staff are really "into it" and nothing is too much trouble. We ate outside , but could have stayed in the warehouse if we wanted to. A good drinks selection to compliment one of the best pizzas I have ever had.. If you like proper pizzas, you gotta visit this place before you leave Norfolk

We visited this restaurant in midweek, an early evening meal as we had heard good things about- my long suffering partner opted for a wrap and she was pleased with the fresh ingredients and the portion size was perfect- the fries were crispy and fluffy (I had my own portion as I value my safety), my lamb kebab was beautifully spiced and aromatic with the Bulgar rice a perfect accompaniment. I also tried the Turkish wine that had lovely cherry notes and just to be sure I had another. The lovely owners provided an additional, complementary starter and a taster of a dessert which was a nice touch. The menu also provides pizzas and burgers and therefore there should be something for everyone - they also offer takeaways. Highly recommended for a relaxing and nourishing meal

Wonderful family business. Great food! Sadly I’m a coeliac, but a jacket potato is a good alternative.
