The Fire Pit St Annes in Fylde

I have been frequenting the Ali Raj ever since it opened and always been happy with the food when ordering a chicken dish. On this occasion I went for Lahori Jhal Machli, which is grilled fish with prawns. The sauce and prawns were fine but the fish, supposedly cod, consisted of bits of skin and no white fish. Very disappointed.

This has got to be one of the best. Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, and lovely premises.

Beware!!! The lasagne was so salty and obviously frozen and then blasted in the microwave. The steak was alright but had only a few chips on the size. Overall, very overpriced and low quality. I wouldn't go back.

I've been scouring St. Annes for a good takeaway and this has been the best by far on the two occasions I have used it. The meals were delicious, the deliveries arrived on time and the food was hot. The meals are also very good value for money and I have no intention of going anywhere else from now on. Top marks Dilraj!
