Well done to everyone at Empty Plates. Good food served by charming people in a thoroughly positive environment. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the food. Thank you.

Food that is destined for landfill is cooked up as delicious and healthy meals on a pay as you feel basis. The empty plate has become a weekly staple for us, the portions are large and the staff are so friendly. My daughter loves it and eats it all - including the veg! Well worth a visit.

An interesting experience! Food which might be discarded is put to good use, and presented in a very tasty manner. And at no cost, though donations are very welcome!

A cafe who are set up to provide good food to all and request in return only donations or practical help! This seems to good to be true, but having been there I am glad to report that what I saw was real. A community being bought together through food. The kitchen is manned by volunteers who create a menu from food donations supplied by local businesses which they then prepare. We arrived and looked at a menu of six mains and took a table where we were served by a most helpful waitress. Both our meals were with us in ten minutes and absolutely delicious! What is really nice to see here is the range of ages, skills and experience the volunteers share. I really feel it is important that young and older people learn from each other and by solving problems together such as those that must occur in running a scheme of this nature provides a great practical setting. We left feeling happy to give a donation but also wanting to do more to help this amazing project grow.

Definitely the worst Chinese meal i have had in worthing, food is so bland, food portions are so small and not worth paying as much as you do. When i collected asked for prawn crackers but the lady said she would have to cook it and made it sound like it was too much of an effort for her to make. Stay away so many better options in worthing

Went for Sunday lunch and the food was simply amazing. Staff were friendly and polite. Even had space for dessert. A lovely cosy restaurant. Go and check it out for yourself.

Superb gardens, nice little playground for the kids and if the train is running on a Sunday it really adds to the pull.
