Complete shambles of a place. Owned and operated from India. If you have UK point of contact, what is the contact details. The hotel does not answer their phone.

Having booked earlier in the year (for a single nights stay for a wedding), I turned up to the hotel being locked and no one there. There was no signage as to why this was, and I had received no emails or other updates for my booking. It was only by asking neighbours that I was informed that the hotel was shut down for renovations. I have still not received any contact from them nor have I received a refund.
