Choi's Chinese Take Away in Aberdeenshire

Not the best unfortunately the waiting area is a bit grim and the food a bit to salty and very greasy.

when our meal was delivered it was awfull, the curry was unedible. There was a greasy taste from it and the pork was inedible. Most of it was put into the bin.

Ordered Singapore King Prawns & Honey Chilli Chicken 40 mins before closing required delivery. Service was excellent, took time to volunteer description of sauces etc. very polite. Food arrived in approx 15mins. Excellent service again. Food smelled & looked fantastic. Both agree its probably the best Chinese we've ever tasted. So much so, felt compelled to write a review. 20 out of 10. Excellent all round.

Ordered at 4.30 took 1.5 hours....it's not even the time I mind.....the takeaway was FREEZING COLD and the chicken balls were burnt. If I wanted to microwave my meal I would have bought a micromeal. Really REALLY disappointed

Chicken rolls were so greasy that it was dripping out the 2 bags they were in so didn’t even eat then the chicken chow mein was tasteless added a packet of chow mein sauce to give it some taste, £3 for a dribble of tasteless satay sauce fried rice and curry was no better first time ordering from them fair to say won’t be ordering again waste of £32.20

Is your curry sauce just made from tumric and water ? Maybe try and add some 5 spices in it. Your chef needs some taste buds if that's the kind of food you're sending out to people

Special Chow Mein was tasty and filling, there was a good mixture of Noodles, prawns, chicken, beef & pork

The food is absolutely Hong Kong style and very delicious with cheap price. The owner is very nice. We would like to highly recommend this shop to all people.

Sauce for honey chilli chicken and duck chow mein was watery and bland, chips were soggy. Rice was lovely. First time ordering here, wouldn't order again im afraid.

Great pizzas amazing pleasant staff

The food was average, we had sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, vegetable chow mein and mini pancake rolls. The chow mein was lovely, packed with veggies and flavour and the rice was okay, the pancake rolls were bland and greasy, the sweet n sour chicken was tasteless, we would not order this meal again.

Its the worst Chinese ive ever had chips were dark and soggy and ribs were disgusting 😩

I asked for prawn crackers instead of chips but was ignored 🙁

was really good, a lot of onion rings which was soo good, noodles and rice was really good too, salt and pepper chicken was really good too!

FOODHUB SAYS THAT THE HYGEINE INSPECTION TOLD THEM TO IMPROVE. Food arrived on time and then the dissapointment started. We order salt and pepper chicken for £4 and got four tiny peices of chicken in a sauce tub with salad and the sweet and sour sauce was half full and full of black flakes. The chow mein was alright but it tasted like something was funny about it. Just something off. I've been here multiple times and the food was never the best but it was definitely good. Just dissapointed. A simple order just ruined and meaning I might never go back.

Still waiting for my pizza. Got a receipt through the door though. I asked for no contact delivery and they never left the pizza. Not very happy but it is what it is

Got chicken curry previously and it was amazing. Tonight I got beef curry and it was awful. The fried rice was burnt and the curry sauce was watery and tasteless.

This is one if not the best takeaways in fraserbrugh great food fantastic service.

Prices went up, food quantity dropped in some places. Ordered quarter duck and was left feeling a tad let down with the poor amount of duck for £9.50. Won't be ordering this again unfortunately, too dear for fit ye get... Normally our foods hot but tonight it was luke warm by the time we got it.. The dog ended up getting the duck as it was over cooked in places . Can't fault chois Normally but tonight wasn't a good experience..

If you thought pineapple on a pizza was wrong, wait until you get one with peas, carrots, beansprouts, and bamboo shoots. Gross! Even the chinese beef and mushrooms was not very nice. Cheapy, chewy, beef with gristle, and a very watery "sauce" that didn't taste like any black bean sauce i've ever had before. Nasty aftertaste too. Meh! :-(

Order was ready on time and staff were polite but food was poor. Order was wrong, prawns were certainly not fresh and not edible, with unnecessary amount of random vegetables to bulk out the order (cucumber and tomato in special chow mein?) Would not recommend.

Absolutely amazing from ordering to on the plate, full of flavour, cooked with perfection, really filling, they don't scrimp on anything.. 11 out of 10.. Can't wait till next time.. Highly recommended nomanomanom... AAAAAAAAA+++++++++

The chicken curry looked and tasted like a cheap ready meal and was luke warm. The chips were black speckled, the whole thing was disgusting and couldn't be eaten.

The food was abysmal, descriptions should be added to each dish so you know what it is you are getting and what to expect. Food was either too dry or too watery. Will not be ordering again especially since we have paid high prices for low quality food.

The sharer box and chips were great, but the rice and curries were so bad that I am currently projecting from both ends! I'm just happy that I'm the only only who finished their curry!

Pizza base was soggy, topping burnt and the toppings barely cooked like cheese wasn't even fully melted inside. Sweet and sour sauce was too strong. The chips and chicken balls on the other hand was amazing.

Food arrived chips where cold and soggy, prawn crackers where stale, the salt and pepper chicken was extremely salty. Overall very disappointed with last night's order, spending over £20 on 2 meals when both my partner and myself work frontline had busy days said we would treat ourselves too a Chinnese takeaway to take the pressure of cooking. deffiantly was not up to the standard of other Chinnese takeaways in the Fraserburagh area and will not be ordering from this restraunt in the future.
