The Dundee Arms in Tower Hamlets

Food took ages and was overpriced for a simple cheese toastie. The bar staff were also rude to my vegan friend, which was disappointing.

El techo parecía húmedo, la cerveza era un poco cara en mi opinión. La decoración dejaba mucho que desear.

Pub con olor extraño. Una pinta bastante cara. Asientos rotos y el techo estaba lleno de humedad. No piense que volveremos a este.

No es un gran pub, pero hace mucho uso de espacios adicionales en el interior, etc. Parece atraer a un gran y variado grupo de clientes, pero tenga cuidado con los sándwiches de queso que no siempre están disponibles. Suficiente elección de cerveza para que valga la pena regresar con un montón de compañeros, pero no en un lugar al que viajaría mucho o lejos por venir.

Me encantaron los sándwiches de queso, una gran selección de cerveza artesanal y buena para las noches. disfruté viendo el grillo aquí durante el verano con la televisión en el jardín

Llamé por teléfono más temprano para saber si mostraban el partido Chelsea vs Valencia de la Champions League en la televisión. Ellos dijeron que si. Se supo que el juego principal (Liverpool) estaba en el pub real, pero el juego del Chelsea estaba en la dependencia de atrás, con corrientes de aire y como si estuviera sentado en un pasillo. Muy básico y descuidado por ahí. Así que nos fuimos a medio tiempo y fuimos a otro pub. Lo único bueno es que no estaban sirviendo comida, pero nos permitieron llevar la nuestra desde un restaurante cercano.

A straightforward east end pub. No thrills, but plenty of history and that’s the charm. A great selection of spirits and ales. Staff super friendly. A nice vibe, late night opening, music, garden. All the elements of a proper pub. Enjoy

Not a great experience. Venue wasn't clean tables in a sorry state and a foul mixture of cigarette, toilet and weed permeated the air. Also abrupt and distant service at the bar and they weren't even busy. Pop in but don't stay.

Visited here yesterday before heading off to a festival in Victoria park. Really nice pub that was trendy but not smug & unwelcoming. Staff were friendly & efficient. Lovely little beer garden at the back which was perfect in the sun. Just a lovely place.

Llamamos el viernes por la mañana para reservar una mesa esa noche en su área pequeña y dulce patio en la parte trasera y era ningún esfuerzo en absoluto.El personal es amable y el pub tenía un gran ambiente.Todos pasamos el queso tostados (única cosa en el menú) y son deliciosos. Adecuada calidad, buen pan de queso y un poco de aceite de trufa - Todo por un billete!No cócteles pero puede haber espíritus y mezcladores.Buena ubicación, cerca de conexiones de transporte.

Pub es decente, el ambiente era animado (sábado por la tarde) y había una buena mezcla de gente dentro. Sin embargo, no tenía suficiente personal: 2 personas detrás de un bar un sábado por la tarde no es suficiente.La cerveza era el precio estándar de Londres, aunque no pensé que la variedad de bebidas de barril fuera excelente (personalmente). El área al aire libre es agradable y hay un par de áreas cubiertas con calentadores fuera, que es un buen toque. En general, no fue alucinante, pero esta es una opción decente dentro de Bethnal Green.

Un bellissimo pub stile old British. Bella gente. Grande scelta di birre alla spina. Atmosfera rilassata dove è possibile parlare. Pub di quartiere ( siamo a Bethnal Green) ma molto bello. Toilette abbastanza pulite. Servizio veloce. C'è anche una sala separata x feste o party riservati.

Very accommodating staff, great atmosphere, fantastic pub! Would recommend to anyone. 5 stars. I lived much of my life in dundee and it was like being back home. Love from the 3 scottish guys who were allowed to watch the Scotland match.

Had my family coming for a long weekend and they really wanted to watch a match. They really made their day as no problem made out of it. Changed channels and everyone happy! Great and friendly service. Positive i will be back

Estaba alojado en un bnb localmente por un par de semanas en Bethnal Green, y he estado aquí antes en ocasiones. Me gusta un pub donde puedo ir por mi cuenta y ver el fútbol, o igualmente ir con amigos y disfrutar de la atmósfera, y los brazos de Dundee entrega en ambos frentes para mí. La cerveza Guinness (bien para mí) es de buena calidad, el pub tiene aún no (! ) intentó ser ultra moderno, así que plena son una variedad de cervezas tradicionales y lager, el personal es amable. No tienen comida (no queso tostados, y odio el queso), así que no puedo decir nada acerca de la comida.

Me dejé caer para una escapada rápida después de visitar el Museo de la infancia en la carretera. El chico detrás de la barra es absolutamente preciosa y nos dieron charlando sobre todo tipo de cosas.

If you want a drink don't bother going here it's s**t, my fiancée and I thought we would drop in on our way home for a quick drink, the barman saw it as an affront to be asked to serve us as he was too busy being cool and talking to his mates (what a tw*t), if you want a drink go to the Hare up the road they understand what a proper East End Pub is.

Vine para una tranquila con mi novia. No, comodidad del sur Bailey's o Malibú. Se hizo para buscar un tonto para pedir tales bebidas exóticas. No fuimos para una guiness yo que era en uno y derramado incorrectamente las tuberías sabían como había sido limpiado en años. Evitar a toda costa. Ir al salmón al otro lado de la calle para realizar una auténtica bebida potable East London ing experiencia.

Went in here for a casual lunchtime pint which in and of itself was fine, but as only customer I was exposed to a management figure using foul language about some problem with the only member of serving staff only too well in my hearing, and then group of equally cliquey people came in, much self-orientated banter, oblivious to my presence or to the concept that this is a public space. They had no concept of what a pub is. I couldn't finish my beer quickly enough. Highly un-recommended.

Wonderful staff. Good music and great selection of drinks. Doesn't serve food apart from a posh cheese toasties but it is absolutely glorious.

I'm not sure why I like this pub. The beer is expensive and generally not that good, some of the other patrons are a bit weird and it's a bit rough and ready in places.But I like it for some reason. A good place to visit if going to an event at the York Hall.

The refurb makes this a nice little pub with a lovely and heated courtyard out the back. Staff are friendly and there is a good selection of beers. My only complaint is the lack of wine variety. I can't understand why there can't be more than one choice of white, red or rose and would be inclined to visit more often if I had just that little bit more choice.

This place has the feel of a proper pub, friendly but not in your face staff, good beers and comfy seating. I liked the trivial persuits cards on the tables and big picture window onto the street, also a little courtyard. Good décor and a hairdressers upstairs!!!! Very easy to find from the tube.
