Absolutely disgusting food, greasy mess!

food was excellent the wait time was a bit much as I ordered around 9:45 and it didn’t come till 11:20

Always eat from dragons way & have done for years but tonight was absolutely appalling, curry wasn’t chicken breast like we ordered, rice was all mushy & stuck together, chips tasted like re-heats, salt n pepper chicken was burnt & rock solid, prawn toast was also burnt! Full dinner went in the bin.

Good food, but terrible delivery time (2hrs 15mins wait from time of order), called restaurant and didn't even get an apology.

Delivery was on time, but i ordered it at the back of 5 and it arrived at 7:10. Chicken balls were chicken balls, same old innit, but the beef fried rice was literally fried rice, topped with gravy that seemed to have sesame oil mixed into it then topped with beef. Overall a disappointing choice, i'll stick with chicken curry from this place in future.

Twice over the past two weeks we have ordered from here and something missing from the order. No point in phoning up as order was 45 late and chips were freezing. Not as good a restaurant as it used to be. So disappointed.

Nearly an hour half wait delivery time which I was happy to wait for but 2 had a half hour later still never arrived🙁 called up and was told it was enroute.an hour later still not here so phoned cancelled as my partner is now had to leave for work with no dinner......then it attempts to deliver 5 minutes later! Over three hours for a curry.... Youd think it had been flown from china!

Chicken is quite dry and satay sauce is not the best.. chow mein was nice

We’ve waited 2 hours for our food on a Wednesday and it’s still not arrived!!! we called after the expected delivery time and was told they were just waiting on the driver getting back. It’s been another half hour since. so basically we’ll be getting cold food.

Wrong order delivered at first. Upon coming back driver had nothing to say at all.

pineapple in a vegetable satay is a crime. salt and chilli chips were not salt and chilli and they were cold. satay sauce had burst all over the bag and food. all in not a great experience.

Delivery late, order wrong! Sent a boiled rice and a fried rice instead of chips. Called shop advised of mistake but asked for chips money to be refunded, meal was ruined. Still no refund, while order should be refunded as good will.

Cold chips. Cold mixed starter main dishes full of soy.

A singular uncut "seafood stick" in soup does not a crab soup make. The ribs where very small and mostly fat. The beef & black bean was pretty average and did little to make up for the poor starters. Coupled with a long wait for delivery I wouldn't recommend it.

2hours10mins for a poxy chips and curry sauce! would have been quicker making it myself.

Waited 1hour 40 minutes for our food. Spent over 20 pound on the order for kids. Ordered chicken strips that cost 4.50 and got two little frozen chicken burgers that were hard and cold. Rice and chips were also cold. Won't be ordering again

food is always awesome. my mum takes heavy pills and it messes with her thinking and how she explans things and the people here are always very nice to her even thoght she is difficalt to deal with so ye thanks

Food was nice but every time we order from here we never receive our full order. We are constantly having to call back up to have the missing items delivered to us, which sometimes it has been one of the children's dinners so we've had to let the rest get cold until the rest of the order arrives so that we're all eating together. I've even written it as a note to the takeaway stating to check the contents of the order to make sure everything is there

I placed my order at 18.24 and I got an email confirming it would arrive at 8pm, it arrived at 8.21pm. The fried rice was more like boiled rice and the hot and spicey chips just had a tub of salt over them and having ordered for several years I know they were not hot and spicey chips. Very disappointed in the food and delivery time however delivery driver apologised.

Just eat 20:50 (1 hour and 40 mins after ordering at 19:10). Delivery attempted at 21:10pm. Rude and defensive rather than just apologise. Even just eat called me and have refunded my order because you've been so poor. Absolutely will avoid this place.

I usually order at their sister Chinese ‘the hot wok’ however it was shut last night so I ordered from here n i now I don’t think I could go back to hot wok. this food is amazing, although the food from here and hot wok are very similar last night I enjoyed my meal a lot

I haven't ordered from here in a while. And probibly won't be again. A 2hour delivery time on a Thursday night is shocking. Food arrived Luke warm, the chicken was really dry and the gravy was lumpy. On top of that the delivery driver was as enthusiastic as a hemeriod. Really not impressed with the food or service.

I knew there was a reason i NEVER order from here. The food is always always alwaaaaays late! I understand that shops have their busy periods, but this is actually awful? Hire more staff or don't take on so many orders if the shop can't handle it? It's a shame because the food is nice ... but delivery time is shocking guys. It was delivered by the time stated but an hour and a half after placing the order is far too long. The chow mien was extremely dry, all the meat was dry. The gravy that came with it was thick and black like tar. The skewers were burnt but the duck with mushrooms was nice. Overall waiting an hour and a half for mostly burn dry food was not impressive.

after waiting over an hour for my food. when it was delivered it was cold, chicken was cold and everything so never ate any of it. so angry isn’t the word.

I ordered a long tray of chips and curry sauce and a tray of fried rice, waited an hour and 55 minutes! Wasn’t amused.

The restaurant said it would take almost 2hr to deliver, 1 hr 40 mins. For some chips, sauce, rice, spare ribs. The restaurant doesn't do barbecue sauce, it's not on the menu. I ordered gravey but it was actually gravey. 5he spare ribs had no lemon with it. Dry spare ribs need a slice of lemon. Overall not really impressed, it's like they are not even trying to impress, they don't care about a poor review

Phoned on a Tuesday night wondering where my order was as it has been over 1hr 30mins and she told me it hadn't even left the shop yet. Delivery times are shocking. If you are that busy hire more drivers or don't take so many orders

waited almost two hours for an order. appreciate the restaurant may be busy but the order was 30 minuets late. lack of communication to relay this to myself. food was okay quality, bit luke warm by the time it was delivered. overall pretty disappointing.

I ordered this delivery at 7 o’clock tonight!! and at 10 o’clock that it just arrived!!!:. I stay less than a mile a maybe a mile at a push lol !!!.. shocking !!!!

Had never tried The Dragons Way before, delivery was quicker than expected, food was lovely, got an extra rice instead of chips but restaurant sorted issue quickly! Would definitely order from here again

We placed an order on Sunday evening and were given an estimated delivery time of 2hrs later. Thinking this a little excessive I called the shop and asked if the time was accurate. When the girl confirmed it would be this length of time, I advised her we would collect instead. She advised our order would be ready within 10mins. We collected our order about 10-15mins later. and when we got it home found most of it to already be cold (live about 5mins drive from the shop). The chow main was swimming in sauce and so salty it was left uneaten & the curry sauce was watery and tasteless. Unfortunately I wouldn’t order from here again due to the poor food quality.

food is always good but man it takes forever sometimes for delivery. it was only 10 min late from what we were told on delivery time but the time from order to delivery is like an hour and a half. probably going to stop ordering delivery and just order when we actually feel like driving up there which is a shame because its one of the only places I like.

Over 2 hours i waited for my food. Absolutely terrible for a FAST food shop. My delivery time was when it left the store. HORRENDOUS. never again will i order food from here. Delivery times are terrible.

Doesn’t matter about the delivery time it still came quick ish. And was delicious, worth the wait.
