The manager just abused me in front of everyone I was waiting outside for like 10 minutes for my delivery. and knock on the window multiple times she ignored me and then when she saw me, she showed me middle finger and everyone was looking. This is really racist and annoying that she could do it. She should have the courtesy if there was a delay should have told me if it’s busy it’s not my fault.

Handy for the M40, but that's about all. Overpriced for the quality of rooms and facilities.

Ordered 2 pizzas, a side & 2 drinks, was told delivery would be around half an hour, waited 1 hour still no sign, called up, was told it was out for delivery and would be 5 minutes, 25 minutes later the pizzas finally arrived, and what a waste of time it was, they had been sweating in the box for so long they had gone soggy, the dough was so dense & chewy, dissapointed as I've had good pizzas from there, as for the woman taking orders, she couldn't really understand English, and it was a great struggle to place the order, repeating myself 5 times to confirm a postcode just becomes pathetic. Called to complain & get a new pizza and was told this can't be done, and just got a sorry, no replacement food or refund. Dissapointed guys as a regular customer I was expecting better.

UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED! RIPPED ME OFF! The last time I ordered from this place they gave me a Medium sized pizza instead of an extra large. I called and I informed them and they asked how many slices was it? I explained its not about the amount of slices, it's about the size of the pizza.

Avoid at all cost! Ordered fish and plantain with yam fries and peppered sauce. I received old and dry fish, barely any meat on it as it was all bones, went straight to the bin. No plantain, no yam fries. Instead I received microwaved sweet potato chips and plain pounded yam. After I complained they said they’ll call me back for a resolution but never did. EDIT: I am not leaving this review “just because”, I am doing so to share my genuinely disappointing experience. I was lied to over the phone when I was promised a call back to resolve the poor-quality food and incorrect items I received, and to make matters worse, your public response falsely claimed I was happy to proceed with the order and misrepresented what I actually ordered, despite the clear photographic evidence which aligns with your own menu. This was by far the worst restaurant experience and customer service I’ve ever encountered. The food went straight into the bin! The fish was hard, stale (and seemingly microwaved), and the sweet potato chips were soggy and also microwaved. Pairing them with Nigerian-style fish made no culinary sense. You also denied that I ordered plantain when it is clearly visible in the images, and falsely claimed I ordered pounded yam, even though the photos clearly show yam chips with a dip. Why would anyone order pounded yam with no soup? You’ve taken zero responsibility or accountability, which only confirms my original concerns. PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!
