My wife and I called in just for a drink, partly to get out of the pouring rain: needless to say, the place was not perhaps at its best. Had The Dolphin had more customers, I feel certain it would have been buzzing, as it was I'm afraid it felt a bit flat. However, the beer was good, and the service was quick.

Looked a bit tired and perhaps the staff would have rather been somewhere else. Big and spacious, I’m sure it would be great on a Saturday night! I always think it’s a bit short sighted, a pub not selling a real ale (this is why public houses came into existence) but if you like fizzy keg drinks it’s ok.

Apparently eating here was a life long dream of hers and I'm glad to say it delivered! Service was lovely and personal complete with a birthday card on the table, and the food was fresh and delicious. Thank you to the servers for being amazing and my praise to the chefs. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the view as it was really misty!
