Yes it was good beer good comfortable one thing that niggles me you can,t bloody see it's that dark not for the bad sighted or elderly once you sit not a problem!!!!!!!

Fantastic venue, always clean and a great selection of beers. Staff are great and there's a good beer garden for the summer. Vetran friendly, the Wibsey Veterans meet here on the first Sunday of every month at 10.00hrs

I spent the first 20 years of my life growing up at the family home across the road but never really spent much time at this pub. I recently started calling in for one reason or another and found it a welcoming pub with friendly staff and a consistently good draught lager (Cruzcampo), served in a proper glass.

Lovely pork scratchings, good prices and the landlord went out of his way to find me a stool. It's a 5/5 from me!

Came in late on a Saturday evening, busy and friendly pub.

Stopped for a cheeky Guinness, busy friendly pub atmosphere and a good pint!

For what I would call a local pub and nothing special for a community it was well overpriced at £5.50 a pint !!! The atmosphere was obviously full of usuals in their groups and you felt out of place. The bar staff were not over welcoming either .

Lived in the area for 50 years but I'd never visited the Dog & Gun which is certainly my loss. This is a real pub in every sense. Great atmosphere, good beer and nice staff. Won't be long before I'm back.

Great place. The live music was awesome. Just need some more space to accommodate the number of fun and relaxation lovers

First time visiting, great little pub, friendly bar staff made us feel very welcome.

A few of us went in between Christmas and New year. There was a nice atmosphere,staff were friendly and it was clean and tidy.

1st time been in this pub the pint I had was best I had all nite well done

Cracking little pub so good It doesn't need to do food but it does not sure of the menu or timings although I have had a pizza there and it was much better than my local pizza take away

Popped in for a drink made to feel so welcome great selection of beers Wines and Sprits and freshly cooked Pizza we sat out in the garden perfect place to stop

Great local pub with well kept guest ales.

Nice pint really good beer garden serving drinks. Next week they are opening an eating area serving fresh pizzas which will be a great addition

Great local. Smart and clean inside. Good choice of beer, wine and gins. Nice, friendly staff. A 'pub' in the best tradition. Not a bar, not a restaurant! A pub to drink and talk and watch sport if you want to.

Nice pub, a little expensive but worth it for a nice atmosphere. Plenty of TV's to watch sport also.

We come here on a Tuesday as my son plays basketball clean pub with a nice pint the lady is extremely friendly all covid measures in place excellent

They spat in my eyes and poisoned my food so i got bad diarrhea all because i asked for a strong bow dark fruit very disappointed and im never going back there again

We felt very safe here. Lots of sanitiser , socially distanced, and the staff regularly cleaned the tables. A lovely traditional pub.

Went here with some friends last bank holiday they had bands playing who were fantastic and an amazing barbecue all going on in the car park proper party atmosphere the bar staff were very efficient and friendly can big this boozer up enough would highly recommend

It's a very nice cosy pub. It does have entertainment on certain nights. 2 screens for sporting events to watch off. Very Friendly staff. Good local pub.

Vastly overpriced, mediocre service.

Fabulous range of gin and knowledgeable staff who know what goes with each gin. The only downside is it's quite expensive but sometimes worth paying for the right taste!

This pub need a bigger carpark and aslo not a good welcome as I'm a outsider
