From the outside this looked like a promising bar for a post-business meeting drink, but unfortunately we left pretty disappointed. Inside the decor is great and it has a sophisticated vibe to it, and there’s a number of outdoor seating options which are all very good. It took a while to get served at the bar, despite it not being busy, and we started to wonder if we were purposely being ignored. Eventually the bar staff took our order though but with no interaction at all - no hello, thank you or anything. He took the time to print and present the receipt before pouring the drinks which showed the addition of a service charge which certainly didn’t feel justified. Sitting outside made for a relaxing drinking experience but certainly not a cheap one, and being made to feel rather unwelcome means I’m unlikely to choose it again.

great service from a skilled vaitor Sam Singh. Gin in the hundreds of brands. Absolutley worth a visit, we had a pleasent stay in chill bar enviroment.

We visited for a late lunch and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The steak was cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned. The staff were fabulous, attentive without being overbearing. All in all a great experience. Thank you.

A wonderful experience visiting the Distillery bar today. Friendly and attentive staff, I asked for a recommendation and was quickly advised of a delightful choice I hadn't heard of before! With over 100 gins their knowledge was strong special thanks to all the team who made my visit so welcome despite me being on my own and feeling homesick. Bankside's team make this home away from home! Thank you!

Excellent staff, especially one the of bartenders, his name is Beqa. He is very bice he makes excellent cocktails. Ladies, if you want to have nice cocktails, please vissit the Distillery Bar and search for Beqa.

112 East StreetI had Chicken Tikka Masala (which had coconut in it, and was divine!) Sag Aloo, Peshawar naan, onion bhaji and vegetable samosas. All of these items were cooked in front of me and were absolutely delicious. Portions are big and really good value for money. I will definitely be using this place again. Service is friendly, but could be a little quicker. Apart from that, this food is authentic (I've been to India many times, and this is the real deal!) delicious and good value for money.

128 Bermondsey St, London, SE1 3TX, United KingdomI recently visited and had a BLT bagel with a coffee. The bagel was really tasty and fresh, which I loved! The coffee, while decent, wasn't anything extraordinary. The café had a lively and busy atmosphere, which I appreciated, but the space is a bit tight. If it had been fully packed, I probably wouldn't have stayed. Also, the long seats weren't very comfortable for a longer visit. Overall, a good experience with great food. Food is very well priced too!
