Idk why I'm giving this star if it has more below then i'll give worst ever i've been ordered online and not delivered and shows delivered. Contacted restaurant haven't even picked the calls and i've trying multiple times and wasn't even answering the call but make sure they have been given best name and service as well same as the name dirty dinner / service shut the shutters down literally unhappy with it. Recommended Not to order ever again.

AVOID! Took two hours to be 'delivered' but it didn't even turn up. The restaurant then promptly turned their phones off so they couldn't be contacted.

You need to update your collection address. I travelled to Lonsdale Street in Stoke just to find it's closed. I then had to travel over 4 miles to Burslem! The fries and tacos were OK but the burger was depressing. They didn't read the note I left on the order, either. I certainly won't be ordering from here again, which is a shame because the Stoke restaurant was great.

I order for delivery in Church Lawton and everything is fine- I make the same order for delivery to Newcastle and I could have walked the 40 mins to the place, waited for it to cook, walked back, and sat down for half an hr all before my delivery tonight arrived

Over 2 hours since placing order, and still waiting. Option to call restaurant won’t work, googled the phone number and tried to call but number out of use. Asked for refund (over £30) and all I’ve been offered is £3! Disgraceful.

I ordered at 18:28, got a notification to say delivery would be delayed and expected at 20:05-20:25. It is now 20:55 and I’ve still not received my order, almost 2 and half hours since placing it! And still no idea if it is going to turn up or not! I have tried to call the restaurant several times and received no answer. Absolutely ridiculous!

The food was really nice, good quality and hot. I would definitely order from here again. The owner was the delivery driver and he explained why it was so late which made up for the delivery being so late.

Ordered from here tonight. Order was suppose to be here at 20:55 and didn’t arrive till 22:00! We ordered Mac and cheese and this is how it came, all out in the bag and the box it came it was extremely soggy on the bottom and just falling to pieces, absolute joke. Rang up to state the issue and they said there was nothing they could do as they are nearly closing and to contact the instagram page, didn’t offer a refund or nothing! Will not be ordering from here again! Avoid at all costs

ordered the food at 7.50pm. They advised that the food was meant to arrive at 9.15pm. we didn't receive our order until 10.15pm and when we got it the food was stone cold.

Everytime I order for delivery it's always late by a long time.. food is nice but the wait is alot longer than what it tells you the wait is... a shame really ...

Dirty burger that actually tasted better than pictures. Loved the Mexican loaded fries with a kick of spice to it. Totally made with love and passion. Worth every bite.

over 2 hours wait, even though I had a notification to say it was on the way, half hour after said notification, I had to Google the number as the one on just eat isn't in service anymore to be told it was just leaving!! absolutely shocking service for the prices they charge not only for the food but for delivery too!

Placed an order on the site at 10pm was told the food would be here by 11:20, payment was taken, order was accepted, rang up at midnight to enquire where the food was and I was told I would have to call back tomorrow as they have finished now and want to go home, not even offered to pay the money back. See why they are called dirty now. After posting this review they rang me back to inform me the driver had taken it to a different address, absolute of time

Lovely food. Always order from here and every time it’s 10/10. Unfortunately I did have to wait nearly 2 hours for my food but when it came, it was fresh, warm and really nice. Really enjoy my food from here, just need work on delivery time.

food is mostly 9/10 but service is absolutely shocking takes like an hour and half even more sometimes to deliver and then when you call up they tell u 5 mins and put the phone down. Extremely rude and informative. lucky the food is banging

Amazing food! Always use to use the Stoke branch! So gutted they’ve shut it down now, hoping to see another closer to me soon!! Well worth the travel though, amazing quality, fast serviced and delicious food, can’t even explain the mouth watering sensation it gives you to know you can keep coming back and enjoy your food all the time!

Didn't even want to give 1 star, ordered and took 2 hours for it arrive cold and wraps burnt, gave benefit of doubt and tried again and 2 hours for delivery again, do not order if you want your food in reasonable time or atleast warm. Very disappointed as first time I ordered was good. Will not be ordering from here again!

Foods always late and I don’t mean 5 mins try 2 hours . So naturally it wasn’t piping hot either . Shame really. Advised to message via instagram to resolve.. no reply . Won’t be using again and wouldn’t recommend either

Good food, good prices, and good quality, but the cheese sauce it's not like a real cheese sauce. You just need to change the cheese sauce from your food, and will be my favourite place to eat. Your actual cheese sauce it’s flour with something

Took our daughter and friends here on her birthday for food after karting (100m away). The food was amazing. The service was excellent. Catered for bespoke/fussy burger orders! We really couldn't have wanted more. Many thanks!! 👏👌

For 42 quid I was disappointed and expected more, quality wise and quantity wise. The nachos weren't great, the food was tasty but so is this food from McDonald's, nothing outstanding for the price. Milkshake was nice though. This was a delivery order, I should have read the reviews on Google first because I've heard good things on Facebook and Instagram. Also I ordered tacos with my meal and got chicken strips, I didn't bother phoning them to question it just thought it was worth mentioning.

Chips are just normal takeaway frozen chips. Buns/baps not fresh. Hot dogs are just normal sausages with massive buns. Milkshakes well just a joke for £7.50 this is. The straw is double the size of the drink lol I won't bother again I can see why they put deals on all the time now.

Ordered food at 7pm a still hadn’t arrived by 9:02pm called and there said there had been busy and was on its way. Still no food at 9:40pm called back and there said tried to ring to say there had cancelled order. Shameful service poor customer service. Food would have been shocking anyway as previously there cooked about 10 orders and get them delivered by the same driver so food cold . The only thing dirty about this place is there service 😡

Ordered at 5 past 7 order got confirmed to be 65-70 minute delivery time, didn’t turn up till after 9pm. It turned up luke warm. If you want a good nights sleep avoid this place as been up all night with sickness and diarrhoea. You try and call the place it’s a constant busy tone 60 times we dialed and no answer trying to get an update on the delivery.

Order never turn up. I called the restaurant for 4 times but nobody answers. It was supposed to be here at 18:10 and at 18:10, they changed the status to “delivered”. How am I suppose to know where is the order? You don’t bring you don’t answer the phone.

Order did not arrive before this review and the have not responded to the refund request so who knows if it will turn up . Restaurant would not pick up the phone despite numerous attempts . Very disappointed as recommended by a friend .

Ordered a takeaway, it took 2 hours and 10 minutes to arrive. Fries were stone cold. Asked for no salad OR vegetables on my special instructions and my order arrived with onions and peppers in the tacos. Gutted that I've sat about hungry for 2 hours for food I won't eat and stone cold chips. Never again. I imagine it would take good if it weren't cold and the order was correct.

The 3 cheese tacos were as tasty and filling as always, bad for the heart but good for the soul. The halloumi tikka chips were a little mediocre. They forgot my drink so I had to refund it.

One of the worst what I've ordered at the last few years. The Beef burger tasted like Goat meat... Chicken Burger was spicy but is not mentioned on Deliveroo at all. Seasoned fries was over salted, can't even eat that. Lettuce in the burger?.. Like it cost a fortune or something, barely any in the burgers. Very disappointed. Never again.

We usually like to use this to get ourselves the occasional treat as it is a bit more on the expensive side but is good quality food. This time when we ordered we had our first bad experience. We had notification to say it was on the way, after some time we received a phone call. I answered to a man shouting down the phone at me as he couldn't locate the address. I passed the phone to my partner who explained many times the directions to our property from where he said he was, he continued to shout down the phone. He sat at the top of the street beeping so we gave further directions. He then continued shouting and said we would have to go and collect our food from the shop. My partner then had to drive and meet him for the food. When we then got it, it was cold and spilling out of the packaging. I think that the driver delivering at this time needs to be spoken to about how to address customers as this is unacceptable.

Had the mac and cheese burger with the dirtiest fries! The whole meal was well prestanted and tasted amazing. Definitely be coming back!
