Ikkyz Pizza in Stoke-on-Trent

Ordered delivery tonight for a pizza deal 4 and no pizza arrived with it ...kinda defeats the whole purpose of a PIZZA deal 🤷‍♀️ tried calling the restaurant but i was left un answered.

Just ordered chicken Tandoori kebab it's supposed to be a large one I paid £3 more so altogether I've paid around £11 it came in a small box not even worth it the money and the Nan that came with it it was half rock hard , it's not worth to buy from there

Menu is great. Friendly group of people who are always cheery. Clean kitchen you can see and nice sitting area. Good parking. Open late. Delivery is quick. What more can I say. Has been a local for a while and recommend every time !!

The food and quality is outstanding

So disappointed, I asked for less cheese on my pepperoni pizza, ended up receiving a pizza smothered in cheese and about 3 slices of pepperoni, I asked for less cheese for a reason will spend mist of my time burning my fingers trying to take it of

Been a long standing customer of this takeaway for ages. Ordered tonight on Uber as normally the food is fast and is really good, however I’m now on 2 hours and 15 minutes and still waiting. Rang up and both times they’ve said 10-15 minutes and sound confused as if I’ve even ordered anything, at this point they’re practically holding my money and won’t cancel it! Never ordering again.

Been a customer for ages however all of a sudden the place has gone down hill, every order has had a issue lately weather that be as simple as a wrong can of pop or moldy lettuce, we have decided to never return and that's a sad thing as these guys have been amazing in the past, we just can justify binning food nearly every order.

Really unhappy with this place. Ordered on uber eats, nothing delivered after 2 hours. Called and was told they will get it to us in 15 mins. Food was raw. Read the reviews to form a judgement

Ordered pizza with bbq and garlic dip assumed pizza came with dip but clowns smothered it with bbq sauce and sent garlic dip. Awful no help from staff Never order from there Again waste of £10 now in bin rubbish

Last 3 times had a delivery from here and items have been wrong or missing each time. Place is going down hill very fast

Yesterday we went there to buy some chips and burgers, they supplied in 10 minutes time when we opened it the chips are like frozen/literally cold . Worst experience @ikkyz owner: You mentioned m a liar did you gave the food for free to me? There is no point in blaming the mirror for your face, m staying half miles away from your shop, it takes just 3~4minutes to reach my house. grow up bro. i can't make a reply on your feedback bro thts y i just added this comment .

Ordered some time ago through just eat from them, they didn't accept the order or don't know what happened, just eat still took my money and never got to see them again, was just 20£ but still, never gonna order from here and through just eat ever again👎

Very fast service and only place i have ever seen which can do a thin base which is also stuffed crust! Pizza tastes great. I recommend meat lovers pizza in thin base with stuffed crust and their own garlic dip!

This place is amazing.. food is always hot and number 1 fresh.. tried it the 1st time food was the bo**ocks tried it a 2nd time and once again food is amazing mega fresh and tasty. Portions are very generous.. try it you won't be disappointed

Brill customer service and really nice food. New owner is a really sweet guy. I had an issue on my last order, nothing too major. He knocked on my door and give me a coupon as well as asked for some feedback so it wouldn’t happen again. Turned out to be something small as it not saying wrap on the just eat website/ receipt. Definitely would go there again.

As has been said before, order extra chips. However, still well worth the small price. A small lamb kebab was a good size and I was astounded by the quality of the meat, in a good way. Will definitely be back.

First time ordering from here 30 mins to 45 said on fone bin 1hour 15 mins still waiting.

First time ordering, food was nice but some mistakes in my order, but it will give benefit of the doubt as they are newly set up and the staff are new. Missed the chips, milkshakes didn't have straws so couldn't drink. The food itself was good. But these mistakes need to be avoided in future to keep the customers guys. They were very apologetic for missing swiftly rectified after I came back. But need to improve on this going forward.

Was hesitant at first as normally new places are just a gimmick but this was actually worth trying. cheesburgers were done to perfection. not over burnt. and 1 pc chicken was crispy. will definately visit again

Top stuff, go to the supermarket and thought id try, really good fillet burger, got a 2 meals and came to paying and was pleasantly suprised by a 30 percent discount !!! will visit again after my weekly supermarket shop.

Delicious food, I ordered a chicken fillet burger meal and the food was tasty and fresh, definitely my new go to place :) Customer service was also outstanding, polite and helpful staff.

I visited here yesterday on my weekly visit to stoke, and I can honestly say I was very disappointed. The place itself looks clean, hence the 2 stars and not 1, but the food, it was very dry, the chicken was dry and hard, the donor was like rubber bearing in mind I even ate my food there. The guy behind the counter was polite though.

Worse food I have ever had, what a WASTE of my money.....

I made a order, I was very excited to taste this new takeaways food as the store looks nice and clean and the menu looked appetising, as soon as I got home and tasted the food I was sadly disappointed, all the food tasted like it was made yesterday and reheated, the chicken was dry, the donner meat tasted like rubber, and don't get me started on the chips, I would have thought they would have made more of an effort as they are a newly opened take away. I will not be eating again from this restaurant in the future.
