Wow very friendly,attentive staff with a great atmosphere and ambience. The bar and restaurant was very welcoming and clean. The 2 waitresses working Thursday 5th April were fantastic and were very informative and were very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing and full of flavour the black pudding, goats cheese and salmon for starters we all loved and thoroughly enjoyed. Mains steak cooked to perfection it was wow, pasta, gnolosh all fantastic. Very hot and presented beautifully. Desserts were fantastic the cheesecake was excellent and tasted so yummy . Service amazing, food and presentation 10 out of 10 if possible more. Cannot wait to return . So many fab deals to

Service was top quality. The place was quiet, but this did not affect the attention to detail and warm welcome. The wayWaitress was superb, so kind and thoughtful. The food was excellent. Well presented, tasted amazing. The desserts were brilliant.The atmosphere was great, no music but thats ok. Switching off from tech and focusing on conversation is good to do. Wish we didn't live 350 miles away otherwise this would definitely be a regular for us.

Had a bad experience here with me and my friends. we seen the big advertisement board outside the dining room stating meals 2 for 1 so me and three friends went inside, and my grandson. me and one of my friend ordered the steak meal which was almost £18 but thought 2 for 1 so we would only be paying £9 each and our other two friends ordered steak pie and other ordered macaroni around £7-8 but when the bill came at the end they charged us full price for two steak meals (£36) and said we got the two cheap meals free!! not the same idea what we had in mind!! we tried to explain that this was working out alot dearer and to split the bill so between us but we were told that this was not possible due to us being together as a group!! To be honest the portion of the steak meal was definately not worth the price anyway. Not at all happy about this and the way we were spoken too and for this not to be sorted out the way it should have. We even asked for to speak to the manager and was told that they wouldnt do anything. i thought the customer is always right. We just paid and left but we are all very unhappy customers. we wont be back.
