Always serve the best carrot cake milkshake

Do not order from here. ordered a banoffee waffle. came with 3 bits of banana. I am furious.

Never answer their phone despite ringing 6 times to the full ring. Had a problem with the delivery - the delivery paper bag was soaking and the delivery driver legged it as if his life was at stake. No doubt fault was with delivery but the packaging was atrocious which contributed to this. Tried to salvage whatever we could of the milkshake... I'd say the taste was 3/5. Won't be ordering again from this irresponsible vendor.

Do not recommed at all. They saying it takes 10 min maximum and then it takes 30-40 min for 2 crepes and om top off that it was cold like has been taken from the fridge plus the strawberry was green and chocolate barely seen or taste on it. Update:i give it another try and now everything was so tasty.

Don't even recommend a 1 star. Came from an hour away and the food was not edible. The crepes were crunchy and hard and cut my gum. Don't recommend it to anyone. This experience has put me off dessert. I wish there was a zero star option me & my friend left disappointed . Now i know why the shop was empty ❌❌❌🤮🤮🤮🤮

The worst of it kind desert experience. I ordered online one day from this place without knowing anything about the place. Today I visited this place personally and saw a pile of dirty dust and spiders and spiderwebs in every corner not even the counter was cleaned. The staff does not wear any proper safety nets or gloves. The quality of waffle was also disappointing. Never ever ordering anything from this place ever again. And who puts only strawberry sauce on a strawberry waffle???

Absolutely disgusting the waffle was raw and strawberries was off. Next time try to be more careful with how you make customers orders instead of arguing with how good it look when you know it doesnt. Not coming back again.

Are they opened or closed down? The line is unavailable when you call and they’re not on Ubereats/Just eat or other platforms. Trying to order for some hungry kids and no response!

Disgusting & MOLDY / Bite sized portions. THE cheesecake was frozen not yet defrosted & was somehow also moldy, very disturbing. Will be discussed with hygiene officials. - The Chicken with American cheese is terrible, no seasoning on chicken. They charge £1 for a single slice of microwaved burger cheese. The hotdog was cold & microwaved so it was tough / chewy. Quality of food was awfuuuul. Had throw throw it all out.

Ordered a double trouble and only the milkshakes arrived. Terrible wont be ordering from here again. No refund, nothing. Avoid.

Absolutely rubbish. Very disappointed with the order. Firstly we didn't receive the correct order. Missed out one of the item. Secondly in the chocolate child found a big plastic in there.

I went into the shop because it looked good I was staying at prem inn Hendon Hyde house which is 5 min away the waffle was doughy and tasted kinda I don’t know like raw ish the butter milk chicken burger isn’t value for money wouldn’t recommend (the milkshake is nice but I’ve had better)

Bad experience, ordered a waffle through Uber eats it came very dry and hard. I should've gone with my instincts and not order from here after reading so many comments that are bad. Although I have previously ordered from here before that was aosta a year ago.

Amazing desserts and always open till late

WOW!! - Welcome Back Dessert Lounge, just been In-store after a long time I can see it’s under new management I’ve been told it’s since last week, the shop is spotlessly clean. Food quality is back to 10/10. Staff has been changed and customer service is tip top again like it was at the beginning. Please keep quality like this, I will be back! Everything is halal aswell guys, worth a visit!

Not a great experience at all. Ordered from Uber eats. Frozen cold chocolate fudge cake, no custard given and I called the shop and they said “they’ve been out of custard for 2 days”. I also received an undercooked crepe with the wrong sauces. Overall not very happy.

Absolutely awful, expensive rubbish. Didn’t have crepes available, waffle was doughy, cold and tasteless. Couldn’t supply most of fillings and no choice of ice cream offered. Hygiene and cleanliness poor. No hygiene rating displayed but they did have a poster with an offer of free gelato for a 5-star review. Suspicious much? Would not use again under any circumstances.

Ordered drinks on Uber eats and it got cancelled Tried the next day but ordered something different and again it got cancelled Totally give up on this place and won’t ever order again

We live near by and decided to order from Dessert lounge through uber eat. Last night we ordered 2 waffles 1. Chocolate Oreo 2. Red velvet waffle. When we received our order it looks great but tasted completely off waffle tasted sour as if the dough was either overproofed or too much baking soda, bottom line it was inedible. We have complained to uber eat with pic image and they have ignored it. Dessert lounge never answer the phone I don't think their phone line is exist. We will never order from them again and woukd like to have the full refund for those bitter/sour waffles.

Something had happen with the Desert Lounge. This is the second time my delivery was very late and I had very poorly made waffles charged at the full price with many items missing. Tried to contact them by phone but is not possible . Please go back to your original you !

Order was very delayed (ordered from deliveroo) what really annoyed me is how they charged for a carrier bag but only supplied a paper bag meaning they were just using it as a stealth cost to con costumers. Food was OK but the drink spilled soon as I opened it as was sent without a straw this causing a big mess.

Really good milkshakes and smoothies. Good chocolate filled churros as well. I just wish they would wear gloves, been there twice and they were not wearing gloves on both occasions.

Hands down the best desert place, has the best waffles (their biscoff one is outrageous) and the oreo milkshake is 🤤🤤🤤 the workers are incredibly nice and the owner there is lowkey fit too ;) 100%% recommend

They forgot to add the mustard and caramelized onions on the hot dog. The actual hot dog was decent & the halloumi fries came with no dipping sauce and the portion size was dead.

Would definetly recommend to everyone. The best waffles I've ever had, all the flavours are amazing. The milkshakes are really good as well and if you go there once you will just want to go there again and again. I wish I could rate it more. If I could I would definetly rate it a 10/10.

I would recommend this lounge to everyone, first of all the staff are very helpful, the lounge is beautifully decorated I must say! Hands Down Best Waffles I've Ever Had reminds me of Belgium; biscoff waffle to be precise. These guys have got the HALAL beef hot dogs on point and on levels with the Chelsea bridge stand, a new go to for late night munchies for sure! Keep it up guys! Well done!

Would rate it 10 starts if I could. If you haven't had the chance to try the desserts from the Dessert Lounge London, you're seriously missing out! The lounge was surrounded by an aura of unmitigated gaiety, the staff were very welcoming and I could see sanitisation was a top priority. I ordered a Oreo Waffle and a Oreo Milkshake and they both were immensely luscious. The thing that surprised me most is that they were quite busy when I entered the shop, I saw delivery drivers come in to collect numerous delivery orders, but they still managed to serve me warm Waffles and milkshake at lightning speed. I've tried Desserts from other local Dessert Lounges, however, The Dessert Lounge London were wholeheartedly miles ahead. Having lived around Colindale for more than 20 years, I've had the luxury of trying out new local restaurants, and this might take the spot as being one of the very best. I have added The Dessert Lounge London as one of my local superstars - This is a must try!
