The Dorothea’s did a great job, it was busy and their service was fast and personable.

We had the mushroom avocado toast and a salad. The food was good. It came out quickly and was decent. The hostess, Dorothy, was very sweet and helpful. Our server was prompt and friendly.

Extremely organised and speedy service even though it was tremendously busy. Special mention for Dorothy who was controlling the queue in a kind and friendly manner as well as being incredibly efficient.

Dorothy and Anna were excellent, professional and very polite. Food was great and the service exceptional. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

I was in a bit of a hurry, but the staff, especially Ana and Dorothi, were incredibly nice and efficient. They got me in and out quickly with a big smile. I had the vegan main, which was quite good, and the prices were reasonable, especially for an airport. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend. Best part of the experience was the staff.

Had the Yorkshire wrap with chicken, £15 for 2 small pieces of rubbery chicken wrapped in a soggy pastry that was like chewing on a piece of old leather. Disgusting.

Dorothy is always such a pleasure at front of house!! I travel often for work and she’s always there with a smile. All staff are consistently polite and efficient no matter how busy.

Margarita was a fantastic waitress. She did a great job and was pleasent and made my meal more enjoyable. When told you were out of ginger ale she went out of her way to find one for me. Please thank her for me.

JoJo is a great bartender we only had a little snack and drinks but it’s rare to have someone so friendly working at an airport!

The food was really not very good. Had eggs benedict and it was just a piece of boring white toast. The eggs were overcooked and hard boiled and the bacon tasted weird. Ordered Advokado on the side and don't know if they mixed it with anything but it simply tasted so sour and weird. The waiter who took my order wasn't very nice or welcoming either, so it was also super annoying. So I don't think it was a very good place. And then it is altogether too expensive when the food is so bad. Really not worth the money.

The drinks are very good and the food was decent.

Airport captive audience and it shows. Ate there before flying on Saturday and it was poor. Long queue but that's to be expected on a Saturday but once inside I was still waiting for ten minutes for someone to take my order, which was basically cold when it arrived so clearly cooking in batch and taking out when someone places that order - also black pudding in egg's benedict was odd. .

Poorest excuse for fish & chips I've come across in a while, 1st one was undercooked and sent back, 2nd was better but not recommended. Service could have been quicker, more like 20+ mins from ordering than the 7mins quoted outside. Won't be in a rush to head back.

Pretty poor bar service. Asked for a Camden Stout, told it's not on (not "sorry, this isn't available, would you like something else?"). £15 for a tasteless Brixton Pale and a lager shandy. Not a great start. Food - ordered the full breakfast, no beans. No alternative to the beans offered. When is arrived, there was a lot of exposed plate! Tiny portion and what was there was not great. Avoid.

Best airport coffee you will find, was seated and served food (scrambled eggs on sourdough toast with bacon + an oat flat white) within five minutes! My thanks to Dorothy for getting me seated so promptly.

Giorgio is a pleasure to talk to. Very attentive, smiling, joking, has a good word for everyone. It's the only sit down place in the terminal, so you're fairly limited in your choice. If you do come here, seek out Giorgio and he'll make your day

Seated and order food and within 10 mins it was all on the table! Ordered the chicken tenders and it gave me food posing (I wonder why being cooked that quick). First 2 days of holiday spent in absolute agony clutching at my stomach cramps every 15 mins!
