Richelle was very helpful and attentive.

I ordered the make your own breakfast and I think it’s safe to say that you could have rubbed a dirty tissue across the plate and the presentation would be better. The eggs, beans and bacon was smushed together on a tiny plate. The scrambled egg was beyond disgusting. It was not cooked enough and there was raw egg smothered all over. I don’t even know how you create a meal that bad, and have the guts to proudly serve it how I received it. Will not return..

For a traditional breakfast you will get, x2 tiny rashes of bacon, a sausage, tiny hash brown and 8 single bake beans for the cost of £15. Poor value for money , quite a rip off.

We have ordered steak sandwiches which was almost impossible to eat! Meat was the chewiest meat I’ve ever tried. We also had the most overpriced chicken wings.. 6 wings for £15.00!!! We explained our opinion about the food and the waitress said it isn’t fillet because of that it is chewy 😳 Not recommended at all!!!!

Quick and uninspiring. Lovely lady served me. Man who brought the food, a bit too quickly for it to be fresh fairly threw it down. I asked for mayonnaise. He grunted yes. Never came. Burger with too much jam. They need to raise their game.

We spent 30 days traveling through Germany and Italy, and unfortunately, The Curator stood out as one of the most disappointing stops. The prices were surprisingly high — we paid nearly £8 for a 300ml bottle of beer that lacked quality and flavor. Given the cost, we expected a much better experience. Sadly, we left feeling that the value simply didn’t match what was offered. I wouldn’t recommend it based on our visit.

Dorothy and Dorothy are lovely and made the experience very welcoming. The food is delicious, however the portion sizes in comparison to the price are questionable. It’s a very busy atmosphere despite this the staff remain attentive throughout.

Slop thrown on plates and thrown at guests is all I can say to sum up the experience. They get you in and out as fast as they can. For the cost, the food was mediocre, small servings, and lacked flavour. Servers stormed around ignoring other tables trying to get their attention.

Offers great quick food at a reasonable airport price 😊. More to the point the staff here are exceptional. A special thanks to Sunny and Michael who went above and beyond. I have never met such happy enthusiastic 🤩 caring staff in all my years and years of travelling. When my glass was almost empty I didn’t even have to think about ordering as these two magnificent servers were right there. It actually made waiting at the airport enjoyable, which I never thought I’d say. It was great experience and would highly recommend.

Service good and staff are attentive however it all goes downhill from there! Good is expensive as you’d expect but mine came out in a small portion and Luke-warm! Oh and it’s £6 for a pint glass of Diet Coke :-|

We came in after a 12 hour flight with 4-5 pieces of luggage. Hostess wanted to sit us at a tiny table crammed between a lot of people with no room for baggage. When I asked for a bigger space for us and luggage we were told all other tables were full. When we pointed out several they said they were reserved for bigger parties. Bad customer service especially for being in an airport where people are traveling and have a ton of baggage.

I have celiac disease and when I told the waitress, she just left without saying a word! I was brought dry chicken alone on a plate! Waitress was very mean and didn’t let my friends and I LAUGH amongst ourself. Meanwhile, the restaurant was very loud around us. I felt discriminated against because of my age, as I am young. The service was bad and waitress was very mean!

Patris was an amazing waitress and we couldn’t have had a better meal at the airport.

Decent spot for some airport food - chicken burger was tasty although minus points for Guinness in a dodgy glass. Attentive and fast service from Willson, he’s your guy!

Great place to start ur holidays. I was very lucky to be served by Tara, lovely, always smiling bar woman. Looks like she is really enjoying working with people. She already made my day before even served me. Didn't eat here but I see the food looks amazing. 👌

Hi, I had a lovely experience at the curator today, me and my family had a very long flight, delays, cold food… the whole LOT. And we were really disappointed until we spotted a lovely bar in the centre of the airport, the curator. I wasn’t expecting much at this point from London but boy… was I BLOWN away! I personally headed straight to the bar and was delightfully served by a young man named Pedro who was funny and energetic while respectful. The whole team was great too especially in service. Food and drinks were fast yet amazing! The atmosphere was okay, I mean it’s an airport… put this place somewhere in the heart of London and it was 5 stars all around!

I had a beautiful meal prior to my flight. I had this bartender who was so accommodating. His name I believe was Pedro. I was already running late for my flight, he made sure my food ans drinks arrived on time and gave me directions to my gate since i was completely lost. Would definitely recommend the food and hospitality.

Clive was extremely rude and condescending and loud, he told us we had to leave after we had spent £58 and still had drinks on the table, absolutely shocked and disgusted by his behaviour as were two members of his staff who apologised to us for how he acted

We had a very mixed experience at this bar in Heathrow. It started off great - the Eggs Benedict on crumpet loaf was faultless, and both the front-of-house staff and our server were excellent. Friendly service and well-prepared food set a great tone. Unfortunately, things took a bad turn when my Full English breakfast arrived with a completely raw egg in the inside —something I still can’t understand how it made it out of the kitchen. When we raised this, we were met not with an apology but with an incredibly rude manager who made the situation unnecessarily awkward. Instead of handling the issue professionally, I found myself having to argue over something as basic as an undercooked egg, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, after paying via the app, another staff member (clearly prompted by the manager) called us out as if we hadn’t paid, causing a public and uncomfortable scene. If you offer app payments, surely the team should be able to track them properly? It made us feel completely embarrassed as we left, which soured the entire experience. A real shame, because some of the staff here are clearly great, and the food (aside from the raw egg) showed potential. But the manager's attitude was unacceptable, and the way we were treated left us feeling let down and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t return unless the management approach improves.

Good Service by Willson Rebello

This is about as good as it's going to get when it comes to eating a meal in an airport terminal before flight. They offer some great English breakfasts, excellent toast, and really great. Cappuccino. Cappuccino. Service was very fast and attentive. It's obviously going to be crowded, so not a place to relax. But hey, it's a busy airport terminal. I would definitely come back!

We had the mushroom avocado toast and a salad. The food was good. It came out quickly and was decent. The hostess, Dorothy, was very sweet and helpful. Our server was prompt and friendly.

I was in a bit of a hurry, but the staff, especially Ana and Dorothi, were incredibly nice and efficient. They got me in and out quickly with a big smile. I had the vegan main, which was quite good, and the prices were reasonable, especially for an airport. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend. Best part of the experience was the staff.

Extremely organised and speedy service even though it was tremendously busy. Special mention for Dorothy who was controlling the queue in a kind and friendly manner as well as being incredibly efficient.
