The english breakfast options don't come with toast and to order toast is very expensive at £3.5. That's a lot for a slice of bread. My suggestion is to include toast free of charge in the breakfast menu.

Despite the prices, the food was actually very good. Service too. Very efficient.

Yes it’s fast but otherwise low quality. The prosecco was warm and flat with no bubbles for 10 pounds. Food is under average. The chicken was burnt. All others were greasy. Maybe that’s the maximum you can expect from an airport restaurant.

The mushrooms, fried egg and tomato were all cold.

Dorothy and Hannah were so friendly. Made my trip to airport less stressful. Thank you!

Absalutly great about everthing

I come here pretty much every time I have a flight from T3. Every service person I have met has been delightful; a special shout-out to Dorothy! Some of the food is delicious, some is less so but still pretty good. Really fast service and a great atmosphere.

Dorothy and Maria were amazing, they took me back into a cinema experience, get it, The Wizard of OZ and West Side Story, just great, had a great time!

Special thanks to Martha amazing smile and warm personality 😊 let's not forget the amazing kitchen staff, chefs and cleaning staff you all are amazing 😀 ❤️

Very vibrant restaurant in the airport. Maria was a perfect host. Food was amazing and came so quickly even though they were busy! Will definitely be back next time

This place is cozy and inviting and I enjoyed my lunch here at the airport. I can’t complain about the service or much else. But… the burger patty tastes like some kind of mystery meat. I would be completely shocked if I were to find out their patties are even 75% real beef. I guess this is an unfounded allegation but my tastebuds tell me that there is something up with this beef.

service attitude is really bad, no patience and not friendly at all. i traveled with my girl who is almost two years old, we were being told that there’s a kids free meal campaign, so we ordered kid meal for my kid, but in the end they say something strange excuse to deny the deal… and what more unbelievable is i asked a cup of water when we ordered the meal, then the waiter has passed many times with our table to deliver drink to other tables, just not ours… looks like she just ignores us, in the end i have to go to her to say really appreciated if i can have a cup of water… what a service, never ever come back.

Food wasn’t bad although overpriced but service was abysmal, pied 5 times in total when asking for water and a cheque and the staff were rude just grunted in response to our requests.

Dorothy was lovely and gave us a really good table. Another waiter forgot the 2nd part of our order but this was quickly remedied. It is expensive, but overall we had a surprisingly good experience.

Got seated straightaway, had to call the waitress to make my order. The lady motioned for me to wait then went around 2 tables to get payment before returning to take my order. Only when I had started to use the qr code to order did she come over. Food arrived swiftly. No smile or engagement from the waitress and when I asked for the bill she saw me but went first to a man who called to her after I did I felt the food was ok but over priced.

On 5 February 2024 at approximately 7am, I was seated as a solo female customer and shortly thereafter, a group of four men was seated at the table next to me. The server arrived and took the men’s order and completely ignored me. I waited for another five minutes for a server to arrive and then left.

I know airport food is always expensive but you’d at least expect a decent portion for £17:50…..a dozen peas, as many chips and fish overdone on the outside and underdone in the middle. £17:50!!!!! Rip off

Had to ask 3-4 time for a waiter to take my order. Had the vegan brunch, most of it was okay but the couscous smelled a bit off so didn't have it

Not great. The place that was here before was a lot better. After waiting several minutes to order, I decided to use the QR code on the table. I did all the work to order and then got an error message. So I waited for the server a few minutes more. My fried chicken tasted of fish. Portions were small. I had ordered a soft drink and when the bill came it was listed as costing six quid. On the malfunctioning app it had been £4.25– already a rip off. Server was friendly but seemed a little overworked and deserving of a better place to work.

Food came really late, not what was expected but decent, atmosphere is great!!

Blonde lady threw receipt down when we still wanted to order a drink. At no point were we asked after we'd eaten if we wanted anything else. Not our server but she was extremely rude. Needs to learn about customer service

I had the pleasure of dining at The Curator at Heathrow's Terminal 3 and was thoroughly impressed! The modern British fare was exquisite, complemented by a selection of small-batch artisan cocktails. The service was top-notch and the ambiance, cozy yet sophisticated. For an airport restaurant, it exceeded all expectations. A must-visit for any traveler passing through! Five stars well deserved!

Lovely all day breakfast in Terminal 3, fab atmosphere and nice music choices, food was amazing and great portions for prices (value is great).

Too busy , don't pay attention to peeing customers

I had the tower burger, best burger I have ever had. Massimo the waiter should get paid double time for the speed he works and serves with a smile. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Food is good but really noise place.

Service was extremely slow. Our waitress kept saying she'd be right back and then never came back. Had to keep asking other waitresses and waiters. I get that it was busy but we watched tables turn over twice before we could order a second round and food. Next time we are in Heathrow Terminal 3 we will try another place or if we go to this place again we will ask for a different waitress.

Busy morning at Heathrow, but Dorothy greeted and seated with enthusiasm and skill. Maciek was at the table for coffee orders quickly and breakfast was ordered and delivered quickly but not rushed. A welcome start to the day

Awful service told to order drinks at bar, bar staff said sit down it’s table service, waiter again said order at bar, bar staff said again sit down. Barman very unhelpful and miserable.

Very quick service, hospitable and inviting. Food was good, served hot and fresh. If you need a quick good meal at the airport, this is a great option.

Dorothy and Giedre really saved the day with this review. Food was ok but service and coffee were perfect! Recommend making everything fresh. Ordered all day brunch and it was obvious the mushrooms were cooked way earlier and arrived cold. Eggs and sausages were cooked correctly. Bacon was thin and bland.

Our waitress ANNA, was amazing. Really busy place, hardly had to wait for anything. She was brilliant- please pass on our thanks. Food was lovely , but a bit expensive with scrambled eggs at £9 odd. Service by ANNA made up for it though.

We had an early breakfast here, and the service and food were really quick and impressive. The food arrived so fast and was hot and fresh. My husband had the full English and I had the vegetarian potato options with tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and eggs. They have an Asian sauce which has a lovely taste and was one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time. The service was faultless from ordering to getting the bill. Although the place was busy, the waitress was completely on top of everything.

Service was fine. But advertised Craft Beer. There is no Craft Beer sold here. Only brands which have now been purchased by large international companies like Heineken

Ample seating space despite the crowd. Food and coffee was good especially the avocado bap. Gianluca was very friendly and looked after me well and never hesitated to help out.

Ordered their Applejito Mocktail (based off a Mojito) and they got all confused. Then one of the bar staff said "you mean a Apple-gee-to" and the barstaff laughed at me. It is a disgusting lack of professionalism to laugh at a customer because they don't know how to pronounce drinks they sell.

Good atmosphere. Avoid the fish fingers burger, it’s not very good (frozen but not very fresh). Understaffed for New Year’s, as one of the busiest airports in the world.

I was greated and sat by an extremely rude, dismissve and disrespectful women called Lisa. I believe it was noticed by another waitress Carolina who quickly tried to see that I felt comfortable after such a dreadful introduction. Caroline was very attentive, polite and patience withyou all her customers. If it was not for Lisa the food being great or not I would have rated them a 0 if possible due to the way Lisa made me feel. Food came out fast and nicely presented. Definitely come back again due to the wonderful food and lovely Carolina

The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Although the posted wait time was 8 minutes, the actual wait felt shorter. I ordered the veg garden brunch, while my wife opted for the chicken tenders and fries. All dishes tasted remarkably good for airport fare. No complaints; I highly recommend it.

Great Service by Eveline. Only her and the host guy who assisted us to our table. They know real customer service. Not like the other waiter who just threw the food in our table without any cutleries. When I asked him, he said just wait for my colleague but i know Eveline was very busy. Thank you Eveline 10/10 rating star for your service

They shouldn’t be allowed to sell what they are trying to pass on as food. Drenched in oil little bits of cauliflower, stone cold chips and the worst burger. Left us very unhappy. We’ve learned our lesson - next time will go for sandwiches from one of the high street chains. As at least those always come in the quality you would expect.

Server was lovely. Chicken burger tasted funny. Also apparently had ghost chilli jam which wasn't hot at all.

Service was terrible, no one attended to tables sunless chased. In regards to food, I have had better school dinners. Not remotely worth it for the price.

Very busy but as I was alone this time I got help from a barman.

We had breakfast here on Christmas Day, and weren’t expecting much from an airport restaurant, but I have to say it was delightful. The food was good, but more to the point the staff was fantastic, from the hostess, Dorothy, to our waiter (whose name I am sadly forgetting), they couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive - even when they had to work on Christmas Day! Will be returning next time we’re at Heathrow.
