Asked for a plane burger and had cheeses on it and was arguing back before giving a refund

First time ordered really disappointed I ordered donner burger with salad. Hardly any salad on and not alot ov donner meat on. Got donner meat chips there was Hardly any meat plus the meat was hard.want be ordering again.

Good pizza but took almost 2h to come and cold

Didn't follow notes regarding sauce . Portion size in the donor kebab not great for the price, clearly premade naan breads with no attempt to warm them prior to making the kebab, overall very very poor, the packaging also doesn't help, cheesy chips were soggy and wet, as a result of the steam on the polystyrene packaging collecting while it was sat waiting, first and last time I'll be using. Also delivery time was amended twice . Had to call to chase it up, greeted unprofessional, who couldn't speak English well, and ended up just having up on me when I tried to clarify if the food had even left there yet,

If you can't even handle a little carpet, what are you going to do when we come to the Crunch?!

I live around the corner from this place and have been there multiple times when neither myself or the gf wants to cook, knows its me ordering over the phone just through order, has given me free little tasters of different products, absolutely recommend!

Swift delivery, well cooked and tasty food. We have used this takeaway 4 times now and have enjoyed it every time.

Incredible as always, pizzas are always perfect with the right amount of cheese and sauce plus cooked until nice and golden, the cheesy chips always have the right amount of cheese to ake them take amazing and you must try the waffles, they are so delicious (especially the Oreo or chocolate cake ones) and excellent value for money. overall the best takeaway and i will always keep going back.

Our favourite pizza in Manchester. We get pepperoni pizza and it's the best everytime, the cheese, sauce, pepperoni and bread ratio is just right. We've tried in loads of different popular places but keep coming back to this place and I do prefer it. You must try it! Their fried chicken is also good and their red salt chips are very nice. And it's also great value for money!

Pizzas had a nice taste nice but unfortunately very tight with toppings. Barely any toppings on the 2 pizzas, was basically like a margarita. If you want returning customers be more generous with the toppings.

I order food from The Crunch every week and I have never had any issues. Food is always hot, tasty and affordable and the owner is very friendly.

I love this place. The food is so tasty and the staff are lovely. They sometimes give you free extras and the delivery is always really quick.

Pizzas are really good and the Zinger burger is amazing. Staff are nice and friendly. You can order online and park outside to collect. They also deliver but I haven't tried that yet.

I have used this place many times and has always been good. Tonight they told me 35 minutes delivery which was fine. Then it got to over an hour. When I phoned to ask where our food was I got a girl on the fone who couldn't understand me. I asked to speak to the manager to give me a delivery time and I was told he wasn't there and she put the phone down. I rang back numerous times and no answer. Eventually I got my food well over an hour later Then I found out its new owners from a month ago. To be fair the pizzas are not as good Not a good start I will use somewhere else next time not good when you have somebody telling you when they dont know how long your food is going to be.

Pizza was good but took nearly 2 hours to arrive, the pizza was not very hot and the garlic bread just tasted like a cooked plain pizza base

100000% my favourite local place for hot, and tasty pizza. Always my go to when I can't be bothered cooking but want something quick and satisfying. My whole family love the food from here actually which is even better. My only issue with them is that the cans always smell musty but nothing a quick wash can't fix 😅
