Staff are great Bathroom facilities very dirty, they need a bin separate from sanitary bin, papers piled high Always has a stench of urine Not good enough for a big establishment serving food unhygienic Costa pls invest in a lovely bin, a air freshener and clean toilet facilities thank u

Such a lovely team, sort me out with a perfect iced americano every time, guy with the immaculate moustache is such a nice guy and is so sweet every time I’m in, and is also for the iced americano supremacy which is rare to find these days :)

only popped in for a quick coffee and a sandwich lovely and clean, very impressed.

Drinks order incorrect every time, so wasted money, milk burnt and unfortunately manager seems overwhelmed. Staff work hard so not their fault we are just frustrated as regular customers who need to find a new coffee spot

I only needed a hot chocolate, but my only complaint was that the chocolate wasn't hot enough. The reason is that I like my hot drinks to be boiling hot.

Nice though small place. Close to the retail area and any conveniences. Good coffee.

Lovely staff and delicious drink!

This is convenient and the staff are friendly, but things could be better, given it’s always incredibly busy. The staff need to prioritise clearing and wiping down tables once customers leave. Too often there are piles of plates and cups left cluttering up tables. It has the feeling of being disorganised and hectic rather than a chilled cafe, which could be remedied with a bit of focus of effort and prioritisation amongst the workforce.

The best staff!! I was the very first customer to buy a coffee from here when it opened. High standard of customer service has remained since. It is the staff that make me return as its getting very expensive costa. Highly recommend 👌

It's always pretty busy when I come here, probably as its one of the only coffee shops in the area! Food and drinks are always pretty good but what made me write this review was my visit today where a little boy spilled his hot chocolate all over and he obviously felt really upset about it and didn't know how to deal with it - the staff cleaned it up right away, we're asking if he was okay and got right onto making a new one for him even though the place was completely rammed. Really lovely moment to see that I think his mum appreciated a lot too.

It seemed understaffed during my visit with the floor heavily littered, tables dirty and uncleared, and drinks only served in disposable cups (I didn't ask why). This while two staff members tried to keep up with a neverending queue of customers to serve.

Staff very friendly, did ask for our coffees to be extra hot but they were like warm didn't want to complain as they were very busy. Staff did chat away while I was being served

The staff here are wonderful, so kind thoughtful and considerate, especially considering some customers forgetting their manners, sometimes rudely so, numpties. If I see anyone like this, I'll lay into them, running rings around the sad bullies' feeble minds!

For the second time I walked in this Costa coffee and I had a very bad experience. The employees cannot clearly do their job properly and it seems they are doing what they want to do themselves and not what the company asking them to do. The first time I have asked for a mango frappe for my daughter and they told me that it was no ice and they could not do it!!! Second time- after 2 weeks asked for a mango frappe and they cannot do it again and the excuse was the machine and not enough staff!!! When after 5minutes another colleague came and I asked her again for it just to double check and she sold it with no excuse as she didn’t know I have asked for it before and the other colleague that saw the situation told her quietly that she was not supposed to do it and she replied that she wasn’t aware of that as they always sold it in that shop. This happened this last Friday for about 16:30pm. I think this is just disgusting and they should have more training and someone there to lead them so they can do their work properly. ( I have told my children that we’re not going to enter this particular Costa coffee anymore)

Nice coffee, but rude and abrupt staff. If they weren't so busy having a conversation with themselves they'd probably be a bit more helpful when ordering.

Never enough seating. A particular staff member had so much false tan on her hands it looked dirty 🤧 I trust they were clean but would prefer to wear gloves as didn't feel very nice when she was handling my food

Was asked to leave with our dog for ‘health and safety reasons’ this Christmas Eve. Apparently you can bring the dog in to order, e.g. walk up and down the length of the place, but having them sitting quietly under the table is against their company policy. Didn’t know anywhere was still this fussy about well behaved dogs in 2022. Merry Christmas ya grumpy caffeine scrooges 🐶

Good place to get a coffee before, or after, shopping at Sainsbury or other shops at the retail park. The coffee is good. The place gets a little too busy at times.

Costa is a well known coffee brand in UK. There are multiple options available in this place for hot drinks. Also there are ready snacks/wraps available to eat. You can try chicken wrap that is really good.

Lately they've been closing early for staff taking holidays. It says everything about management. No cover no business.

Coffee frappe not was blended how should need to be and don't taste to much Coffee.

I'm a regular here, the staff are excellent, always friendly and even remember the drink I like. Sometimes they run low on stock which is disappointing, but overall this is a great Costa

I’ve attempted to go couple of times at around 17:30-17:40 (on weekdays) and it’s closed, when it clearly says that opening times are from 7:00 am to 19:00?

Disgusting, I work in a coffee shop myself and If it was busy iwould understand but there is no excuse for blatant ignorance. The staff member on today 20/08/22 at 2pm was so rude rushed us to do our order told her multiple times that what she was repeating back to us was not what I wanted. But in the end she still made us the wrong drinks and by this point I couldn’t be bothered arguing about it. I also bought a tomato and basil pasta which was frozen when I went to eat it. Horrible would not recommend this store.

Came to Costa Salford regent park to meet a client in order to prepare their year end accounts/tax return.. Staff were extremely polite and courteous. The place was very clean and tidy, best of all the air conditioning was on.

What has happened to Costa!? This branch of Costa is perfectly located for me as it’s about 500 yards from my flat but I will be avoiding it moving forwards. About ten times over the past few months, I’ve gone in to get my usual coffee with oat milk and I’ve been told that there is no oat milk. How difficult is it to order enough oat milk!? Shelf life isn’t even an excuse because oat milk lasts for ages. Literally all you do is sell coffee so surely it’s not difficult to have milk options that are now probably just as popular as dairy. It’s like McDonald’s not having any chips, it wouldn’t happen. After the disappoint at my local branch I then went to a different Costa, that had oat milk but only had small cups, I despair. I will now be avoiding Costa coffees after being a very regular loyal customer. It seems that visiting any of their branches results in disappointment more often than not.

Handy spot for a coffee and cake. My daughter loved the gingerbread cookies of course.

Managed to get a seat, which seems to be a struggle now with shops letting workers camp all day with laptops taking up all the seats. Latte was disappointing which seems usual with alot of Costas, no foam, just milky watery with not much coffee flavour. Cake was ok and decent selection given it was lunch time.

Love Costa, just to relax and chill with a friend or partner over a Costa, what more can you say.

No room to sit inside and outside tables were mostly occupied by people smoking. Not the best experience.

The toilet was "out of order". Not handy if you need to empty your bladder in a rush. Lol

Drive thru is good but there's a guy that works there that doesn't understand anything.. he got the order before me wrong then got mine wrong even after explaining many times.. it was comical really - probably in training but needs at least understand English.. who's in charge of hiring? Bless him

Went on Saturday (09.10.2021) at 17:20 for a quick coffee and a sandwich and was quite dissatisfied with the service. I’ve asked for a caramel cappuccino (confirmed by the barista and paid for that) and received a latte instead (without the caramel). When I mentioned that I ordered a caramel cappuccino I was contradicted that I ordered a latte. I said that’s fine, I was on a rush. And then they’ve added the caramel to it (so the order was wrong altogether). Then we sat down and the staff started to brush around our table (it was 17:30). I get that they were rushing to go home but I don’t think it’s right start cleaning up while we were still eating and drinking our coffees (not to mention the dust and the noise). We finished pretty quick and left at 17:50 which left them 10 minutes to clean up. Disappointed. Maybe the opening times should change or state that the service might not be up to scratch on the final 30 minutes (and maybe the prices should reflect that too).

Nice place to go and have a relaxing drink. Nice clean tables which had comfortable chairs. Have options for window seats or not all was covid safe. Lots of shops to go to after mixture of food, homeward and clothing etc. JD sports gym is next door. A* from me add me on insta kellyxxoox

Staff here are very friendly. The COVID-19 restrictions are making everyone's life a bit harder, but you wouldn't know it from the way the staff here are handling themselves. Nice area outside for sitting.

Nice, but once i ordered decaf and i got normal. I am caffeine intolerance. So every time i order there I make sure is decaff now.

Not the staff's fault for the 1 star. Costa's menu and recipes are more and more awful each time.
