Great secret pub, one of George Harrison's old watering holes, Nice reasonable prices and great beer. Could be a contender for a fave pub

Before starting a ten days holiday in Benidorm my twin brother and I took a couple of days off work to visit some of the great pubs our city is justifiably famous for, at the top of our list of pubs to visit was The Crocodile Pub, been here many times over the years, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. I love the look of this great city centre pub, housed in the beautiful and historic Pekin House, interior is dark and inviting, a solid wood serving bar dominates the main room, dark wood features abound throughout this pub, wonderful evocative decor and furnishings, tv's to enjoy the sport and plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub both inside and outside in their courtyard, its just a great pub to unwind in. We ordered beers from Carling Brewery, these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we sat out in the courtyard were we chilled out and planned out the day ahead while sipping our beers. My beer was really good, a golden, light and hoppy lager style beer bursting with taste and very easy to drink especially when served freezing cold as in this pub, it was just so good being in such a lovely pub enjoying a delicious thirst quenching beer and sat with my twin brother, best beer companion in the world. We both really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to The Crocodile Pub we had a great time. The Crocodile Pub is easy to locate along Harrington Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, midday till 11pm. A wonderful pub in my opinion, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.

We were here on a Monday afternoon,we ordered a guinness ,these were poured in the correct manner even allowing time for the all important settle. My guinness was superb ,a thick, creamy and most importantly iced cold guinness that was just so tasty,so refreshing,it was just so good being in such a great pub enjoying a delicious pint of guinness. We really enjoyed our guinness in here ,we only stayed for the one each before we moved on and as on every previous visit to a The Crocodile Pub we had a great time. The Crocodile Pub is a pub I always look forward to visiting on any trip into Liverpool City Centre I take, an absolutely fantastic pub that offers a warm welcome and serves great beverages. I love the look of this pub, the interior is as traditional as it gets, a solid wood serving bar dominates the main room, pubby decor and furnishings, tv's and big screens to enjoy the sport and plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub both inside and outside in their wonderful courtyard and housed in the fantastic looking Pekin Building. My twin brother Stephen and I were here on a roasting hot Wednesday afternoon, we track and traced and sanitised our hands and we decided to sit in their courtyard, a very pleasant young lady served us a Tetley Brewery bitter each ,served in pristine condition, we just kicked back, chilled out and soaked up the sunshine 🌞 while we sipped our bitters 🍺. My bitter was really good, a rich, smooth bitter, hints of toffee, a delicious aroma, on a hot afternoon a totally refreshing brew, it was just so good being in such a lovely pub enjoying a delicious brew and being with my twinny. We really enjoyed our bitters in here before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a great time. The Crocodile Pub is easy to locate along Harrington Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Thursday, Midday till 11pm. Friday & Saturday, Midday till Midnight. Sunday, Midday till 11pm. A wonderful pub, one I highly recommend you visit if you're in the area or planning to visit Liverpool.

Went with 6 friends. Got 2 tapas each and they were all lovely. Quite big portions compared to some restaurants. Went there for our Christmas night out in 2023 and couldn’t fault it then either

A revisit to an old haunt. Did not disappoint. Had a great choice of real ales. The pub also has a great selection of Belgium beers either to drink or take away. The food is provided by a seperate company which is quite novel. It is a small select menu. The food is absolutely delicious and has good-sized portions. I had Haggis, Neeps, and Tatties. The Neeps were cubed and roasted, which was a change from the sloppy stuff. Well done. Looking forward to visiting again.
