A hidden gem, tasty food and fab friendly service. Yummy homemade soups, we had the souperb chicken and rice soup and a lovely thick lentil soup. Make sure you have one of the epic meringues too 😁

Been a few times when passing for a bite to eat and cup of tea. Everything is always fresh and tasty from the home made cakes to the soup and sandwiches. The restaurant is set in an area where the view is fantastic and peaceful. The staff are always there with a warm smile and friendly hello. Definitely one for the list of you're in the area

Just been for lunch and it was delicious. We are new to the area and only live a 5 minute walk away. We will definitely visit again. A lovely cafe, friendly welcoming staff. Can't wait to try the scones next time.

Went for lunch. All covid measures in place. Felt really safe. Food was fab. Service great. Great value

First visit for my sister and I today and have to say it was superb. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and the food ... it was excellent, as was the service. One tip if you are visiting, leave room for a meringue as they are magnificent. Thank you all.

A lovely place to grab a coffee and a bite to eat with friends. Convenient if you live in Denny/ Bonnybridge and always have a lovely meal!

My first time visiting the courtyard cafe Denny. Pleasantly surprised. It was nice inside and a lovely view. The homemade lentil soup was very nice and the sandwiches were fresh. StFf were pleasant. I will definitely be back to this hidden treasure. Lovely afternoon.

First visit today & received a warm welcome from the owner and her daughter. Yes it's very much a family affair with even some grandchildren doing their bit too! We had a pot of tea for two & some home baking, delicious. All soup making & baking is done by the family and a good job of it they make! Next time we go we're making it for lunch, where baked potatoes, sandwiches & paninis with various fillings, pate & oatcakes along with the sweet treats are served. Afternoon tea with sandwiches and cakes is served everyday from 1-4pm. There is also a small gift shop on site, which we will definitely visit the next time we go. I think we made such a lucky find this afternoon!

Visit here for lunch once in a while and always had great service and a lovely sandwich or soup. My only issue is the limited menu but also understand its a wee place so this works for them.

I've been going to the Courtyard coffee shop since they first opened both with family members and work colleagues. I've never been disappointed, the food is delicious especially the soup and sandwich combo. I never have any room left for a cake unfort but I've bought a meringue to take away which was fab. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, very efficient. I would suggest booking if your planning a visit over lunchtime as it can get quite busy.

I have been going to the Courtyard Coffee Shop off and on since it first opened. I don't know why I haven't thought about a review before now, maybe because it's so close to home that you take it for granted. Everything is home made I particular like their home made soup and freshly filled sandwiches. Followed by something from the home baked counter. Their fruit slices and fresh cream mirangs are a particular favourite of mine.

Went with my friend and young Son one lunchtime. The food was nice, we went for the soup and sandwich combo and shared a meringue (you couldn’t possibly manage to eat one to yourself, far too big!!). Would definitely recommend a visit, even just for the meringue alone ;-)

Had a lovely lunch here today. Soup and sandwich combo. Potato and leek soup and ham sandwich. Really good choice for me as I'm following a diet. The cakes look amazing although I didn't partake. A really friendly atmosphere from the staff and lovely views across the fields. Would return again.

Never disappointed with soup and sandwich. Cakes always very tempting as well. Easy access for elderly people although limited car parking at busy times.

La comida era bastante normalita, normal, pero los precios eran altos por lo que ofrecía y lo tomas o lo dejas actitud del personal presumido dejó un sabor amargo. Accidental visit very impressed,service was excellent.For a small establishment the food was vey tasty,you can book in advance only open a few hours each day if travelling any distance,only small but good selection ask and they will help homemade pastries and soups very popular a locals secret now on display they have a Facebook page and a small gift shop tea was tea and soup was homemade and fresh.

Good range of meals, with Gluten Free options. The staff are extremely pleasant and prepared to adapt meals to make them gluten free. Excellent basic fayre in very modern, light, airy and clean surroundings. Very reasonably priced too, which was a really pleasant surprise with it being off the "main drag", and very well presented. Will make a point of calling again when we are travelling up to the north of Scotland. Well worth a visit if you are in the area!

If a coffee shop is a bit off the beaten track but is packed then it must be doing something right and the Courtyard Coffee shop are certainly doing that. We visit the area regularly but had never visited before but it is now firmly on our list of lunch stops. It does not offer a vast menu - soups, sandwiches, paninis, baked potatoes, quiche and oatcakes and a wonderful selection of home baking. My husband had the home made lentil soup with a crusty roll and I had a ham, brie and cranberry panini which was served with a side salad with crisps and a small pot of coleslaw. We noticed that their home made fruit slices seemed to be popular so we decided to give them a try and what a good decision that was. Melt in the mouth pastry well filled with moist tasty fruit. Meringues seem to also be a favourite with their customers and they are big enough to share - they are massive. Service was quick and friendly and the final bill was very reasonable. We will certainly return. There is also a gift boutique and upmarket kids boutique in adjacent buildings. For those with limited mobility there is a ramped access.
