This was my local for years called home for a wake still as good as I remember a credit to the new owner

Only 5 people in on a sat night. Bar staff very polite good service.

Just had Sunday lunch and it is by far the best pub Sunday lunch I have ever had, fantastic quality, fresh produce, meat very tender, massive Yorkshire pudding, and the mash is to die for, well worth the money, the staff are very polite and friendly as are the regulars, fantastic atmosphere, if you don't try this pub and have a Sunday lunch you are missing out.

Nice pub but empty when we went in

Really enjoyed the 3 Course Sunday meal. Tasted and looked like a home made. Excellent portion sizes too. The only improvement would be the gravy, a little too watery for my liking. Excellent value for money 🙂

It's a really nice really friendly environment there staff was very polite well mannered. The customers were very welcoming in very good spirits with everyone. Great entertainment would definitely go again I had a really good night met friends new and old socialising in a nice friendly environment brilliant place xxx

Decent pint, atmosphere not for everyone but pleasant

Fantastic pub. We come from Derbyshire and we found customers and staff very friendly and welcoming. Will come back again very soon. Loved the card bingo on Sunday night.

Nice place, but loud. Went last night on a Saturday and disappointed to see no band or even lights on However it's a nice and friendly place. Staff are nice and interact in a friendly matter. I would certently go again.
