There was a really annoying noise all night like an extractor fan or a generator running. Wasn't the most relaxing night's sleep I've ever had.

Stayed here for a couple of nights 18 - 20th October with my wife. The staff were all very friendly and the room was immaculately clean, location was good and close to morrisons supermarket and retail park with b and m, home bargains, food warehouse etc. Now the points I didn't like, only just realised there was apparently free WiFi provided as the room (number 129) we stayed in had no Internet or WiFi whatsoever, rendering the smart tv in the room redundant and surfing the Web with any device just won't happen. It was a long walk to our room and if you have mobility issues it may be an issue as we didn't see any lifts and weren't made aware of any. The hairdryer provided did not work, it's a good job my wife bought her own. The main heating system in the room did not work apart from the separate tiny heater by the window, we reported this to reception and the lady wheeled to us a small convector heater which was used to keep the room as warm as it could be. The location of the Beefeater for dining couldn't be closer, had an evening meal there which was nice but didn't go for the buffet style breakfast that would be available there. Parking is very limited by the Premier Inn itself but additional parking is available at the back of the Beefeater a few seconds walk away. I would stay here again as the location was spot on for what we needed but certainly would ask to change rooms if we were put in number 129 again.

Staff, didn't seem interested in customers by the way they spoke, food was awful, breakfast just tasted of grease. Went to other places for food.

The beds are comfy (as always at premier inns) however how do you work the shower?? I can get a bath to run but the shower, make it separate to be less confusing. Also the postcode on the website takes you to a small shopping area where there are sometimes troublesome teens.

Great service from Neil and the other bloke at reception who said it was his last shift until his move to Bristol! With all that said £75 per night for a room and no A/C? Crazy stuff didn’t know Scunthorpe was that expensive.

Really good premier inn lovely friendly staff and a nice quiet location. Rooms were nice and clean, and it was excellent value, considering it was a Saturday night. Purchased with the meal deal next door and was equally as excellent.

It's a shame that staff cannot enforce the use of disabled parking spaces by able bodied commercial van drivers. Their excuse is that they don't want their vans damaged

What a lovely pub, restaurant and hotel. Smooth check in, great selection of beers and dinner was great, and the bed room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A very satisfying all round stay. Thanks to all the "STAFF " at The George Hotel. 5*****.

Delivery time was very long. When ordered I was notified it wouldn’t be delivered for at least an hour and a half and then the items were late to be delivered and had been marked as delivered before they arrived. Food was ok.
