1st time very small jacket potato. 2nd visit sad bland chicken avocado wrap hardly any chicken and no side salad. Awful presentation will not eat there again

This has to be one of the top hungry horse restaurants around. The staff here are very friendly and helpful from the waitresses and bar staff to the managers. Nothing is ever too much trouble and you always treated well even if they are really busy. The good is great value and served quickly and efficiently. It's nice that most of these restaurants have seperate family areas. We booked a table but due to traffic were delayed but we contacted them and they held our booking till we got there which was great after a long drive. Ideally located near to stansted airport and also the Braintree Freeport shopping centre. We will always use thus restaurant on our stansted journeys.

Nice little coffee shop for coffee and snacks it was actually the first time I w been here as it's close to my work place. I will definitely use it again on the lunch break as all was good

I ordered scrambled egg very poor... brown bread thin and tasteless not worth money. Coffee ok. Grey painted shop dismal and would suit brighter color scheme....

My usual cafe has changed hands and luckily I came across this lovely coffee shop tucked up an alley way. Outside seating under a a shady tree or comfortable seats inside. Varied selection of different lunch items and cakes. I tried the goats cheese and spinach panini with chilli sauce. Great value at £4 and very tasty Worth seeking out

I would recommend this independent cafe. Good food and drink served by friendly staff. All food homemade which is what I like and fairly priced too. Selection of soup, sandwiches, jacket potatoes with nice fillings and great selection of cakes too.

I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for a long time, but after my experience on Valentine’s Day, I will NEVER be coming back. I ordered a special meal for my wife and me, expecting the same quality I’ve always received. Instead, the sea bass was completely burnt—charred and inedible. It wasn’t just a little overcooked; it was BLACK. I called the restaurant to address the issue, thinking they would at least try to fix it. Instead, a rude young lady answered and basically told me there was nothing she could do. No apology, no offer to replace the meal—just complete indifference. When I told her that this level of service could lead to a bad review, she dismissively told me to “do what I want” and then hung up on me! The worst part? I’ve been a loyal customer here, and THIS is how they treat people. If this is how they handle complaints, I can only imagine how they treat other customers who have issues. Absolutely disgraceful service and ruined what was supposed to be a special evening. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like your business doesn’t matter.

Phoenix Road Haverhill Business ParkFood is amazing good quality and good person size, they have a good selection if alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Atmosphere was good, the only complaint we had was the long wait for our order to be taken between course and to wait for the final bill. We were one of only 4 tables and still took 20 minutes between each course to get another order.
