Food was lovely an decent for the price

Popped in with the family for breakfast. Very good food, top quality produce and friendly with great service. Will definately recommend and will be coming again.

Honestly, it was a very disappointing visit. My and my partner ordered a coffee and a breakfast each. Service was hit and miss. There was one lovely waitress who made the experience better. Young staff lacked the experience and guidance. I think some procedures regarding front of house work need to be looked at alongside retraining. Coffee was extremely disappointing, the milk was burnt (over steamed). My partners latte resembled a cappuccino in a glass, and my mocha was extremely sickly and poorly made. The breakfasts we had came very quick and were lovely and hot. However, quality was sub-par. I'm not sure if it's the food or the cook, but there's a lack of passion somewhere. Atmosphere was strange, I got blocked into my table by a regular who deemed the table we were on as his usual. We vacated 5 minutes after he arrived, so no harm was done. Maybe reserve his table next time? Overall, it is a very bog standard cafe if you're after something quick. Didn't try anything other than the breakfast, so some lunch items might be worth trying. The menu was good for a wide range of people's taste. Outdoor seating is a bonus. However, this is a very competitive area for cafes. Unfortunately there's cafes in that area I'd choose over this particular cafe, cafes which are priced very similar.

I got pie and mash the food was nice. But little flies on the menu inside the cafe put me off and made me feel a little sick. Not sure the cleaning is up to standard.

Called in for breakfast, whilst on holiday, and glad we did ,a wide range of meals to choose from, I had a breakfast and it was delicious, perfectly cooked egg,nice crispy bacon.just perfect.and plenty of it as well. the staff are excellent, and allot of effort has been put into customer service. Ideal for all ages. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend it to everyone, thank you.

Visited on the 30th September 2023. We had done some research and decided on The Coffee Pot and we was not disappointed. We had standard breakfast and the large breakfast all freshly cooked so piping hot and 2x latte. I would recommend if you are looking for a nice breakfast go here. The staff are nice and friendly too☺️

This became our place to go on our visit to Blackpool. They serve a great brew and a lovely toasted tea cake. Staff are realy friendly apricrs on their other are very reasonable. Give it a try and support a local business.

Lovely everything here except cold food. This gorgeous scone slightly heated would of been infinitely better than cold. Melted butter on a warm scone. Come on! Then I went to another cafe. (The Hive) “Sorry no warm food after 3pm.” I’m very confused in Blackpool. For a colder place near the seaside why don’t they embrace warm food? I know the answer. It’s what I’ve heard before in other situations. “Because it’s always been this way!”

Was here with the lovely Ursula We only had coffee but it was nice sitting outside on a calm and warm Friday morning. Service was prompt and the lattes were excellent!

Returned back after lockdown it’s been 4 years but glad to return can’t fault this place always pleasant and friendly staff and nothing is a problem if they don’t have what you want they will try and get it for you

Beautiful enjoyable non greasy tasty breakfast, sausages are the best, highly recommend the full breakfast as my husband and I go every week, very clean place, quick service, friendly atmosphere.

What a disappointment. Tuna melt panni was nice. Had full breakfast, would not recommend. Beans tasted of nothing, despite sending egg back twice as I can't do runny, they still could not get this right!! Sausage had no flavour at all. Bacon ok and hash brown ok. Can't say I will be rushing back, staff were pleasant though

I love this place, every year (apart from covid years) my partner and I go Blackpool and we always make sure we have breakfast at this cafe, we love the food everytime. We recently went back to Blackpool for our daughters 1st birthday and again made sure we got their so we could eat breakfast at the cafe. The food is always amazing, we have ate other foods there too, prices and service is always amazing. Its our favourite cafe.

1 of my favourite spots for a big breakfast and brush great prices and great staff.

Really great cafe. Seating outside and plenty inside too, including upstairs. Very clean establishment. We had sausage barms and hot drinks. You order and pay at the counter and the food/drinks are brought to you. Service was speedy with plenty of staff on hand, to take orders and clean tables. Food was delicious and hot 😋 great sausages! I had a twinings speciality tea which came in a teapot. There was Heinz ketchup and HP sauce. Super little find, with competitive prices, even though it's in the middle of town. Would highly recommend 👌

Me and my daughter have been coming here over the years now for our little lunch break between shopping. The food is delicious and great prices. The staff are always friendly, organised and prompt bringing the food from the kitchen. The desserts are really tasty too. Always a nice time when we visit and they have a nice outdoor seating area also

First place we go to when we visit Blackpool great start to the day, breakfast is cooked nice coffee and tea nice don't go to any other cafe to be honest reasonable prices staff are great cant wait to visit Blackpool this year.

This was the best toasted teacakes I'd ever eaten. Also had two cups of lovely coffee. Staff friendly. Very reasonable priced. Toilets upstairs.

Nice place, Nice staff and lovely food

I don't know how many years I have been returning to this little gem but I think I prefer it in summer when I can sit outside and enjoy people watching. The tea was hot. The toasted teacake delicious and the staff were friendly. See you next time.

Why can't people (excluding Myles) state the price instead of saying 'great, fantastic, cheap'. What may be reasonable or cheap to one person isn't necessarily the same to another.

What a lovely wee gem of a place. I am so glad we came out of the hotel and found it. Was gonna be charged £12 for breakfast there but we had a lovely full breakfast, a toasted sandwich and two coffees for less than £15. Very clean, very pleasant staff. If ever I return to Blackpool I'll be coming back here

Came here for breakfast and enjoyed some delicious food. So good that we returned twice more during our stay in the area. Would highly recommend full English and bacon barm.

Google told us this cafe was dog friendly. However when we arrived with dog we were told they are only allowed at table one or outside. Table one was busy so we had to sit outside in the cold. We also had to beware of the seagulls and pigeons so it was not a relaxing experience. The breakfast soon went cold as did the pit of tea. I suggest putting a cosy on the teapot and to not eat breakfast outside in October. There was a canopy but this was not out. So now t impressed. Sausage was good. Everything else was mediocre

Dropped in for breakfast on a recent visit for Blackpool, quality was excellent, service was friendly and polite.

This was our first visit on a wet and miserable day. From the moment we stepped into and until we left, we were made very welcome. The meal itself was well cooked and the portions were more than enough for my wife and I. We will be calling in again every time that we are in town.

We always visit this coffee shop when we visit Blackpool. Good choice of food,Friendly service and good value for money. We normally go for coffee and cake but this time had lunch did not disappoint.

Been coming here for a few years but sadly noticed a decline in recent visits . Soup not as advertised and a poor substitute offered . Lady behind counter didn’t seem too interested and busy on her phone . Toilet not too clean and obviously not checked with hand soap nearly run out . Also hand dryer not working . Such a shame as we always call in when in Blackpool. Hopefully it will be better next time ?

Staff was so rude! Segal stole all our food and all the staff just laughed and threw the a cloth at my cousin to clean it up didn’t come out to see if we was okay or anything just laugh and completely ignore us. Safe to say I won’t be going there again so rude

Grand little coffee shop. I recommend the bacon roll. The bacon is a different class to anything u get in the chain coffee shops

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Soup was lovely bread was soft and fresh and scones were lovely. The burger wasn't very tasty at all and was poor quality meat, toilets are upstairs so unsuitable for those who can't do stairs but welcoming and filled a hole! :)

Came for brekki which was nice if slightly overpriced but for town centre prices it's expected. Latté was amazing and food was tasty and filled us up!
