The Coffee House Bistro in Belfast

We always get of plane and go directly here. By far the best breakfast in Belfast and great pot of tea. Service is super friendly, parking easy and food is great.

Called in for a spot of breakfast yesterday. Have drove past many times but have never been in. I couldn't decide between the omelette or the Skinny Fry. In the end, I opted for the Skinny Fry which was very enjoyable. They have an extensive menu with lots of options for breakfast and lunch. They also do sandwiches, wraps etc. Lovely coffee too which is a bonus. Definitely worth a visit if you're passing by or in the area.

Don’t go if you’re in a rush. Was told to wait outside in the freezing cold for my food once ordered. Waited 30+ mins on a simple club sandwich! The place wasn’t even that busy I’d say half the tables were empty. The food was good to be fair but that wait was ridiculous! I went in only to find they’d left my sandwich on the shelf. Was offered a fresh one and a can of coke by way of apology! I didnt take them up on their kind offer. Didn’t refund my money though. Terrible. 50 mins in total for a simple sandwich. Poor and amateur.

We arrived in Belfast from New Zealand to see family and within hours of arrival and greetings we were taken to The Coffee House for the first of our three visits while we were there and what a treat. Immediately when we arrived my Aunt Kathleen was treated like Royalty and we seemed to get the VIP treatment. Great service from the awesome staff and great food to match. The staff could not have looked after us better and the food choices met expectations and catered for all, even my vegetarian wife. On my final visit treated myself to the highly recommended Xmas Chip, a great well put together plate of food that should not be missed. All round great food and a exceptional dining experience which I highly recommend. Can't wait for my next visit.

Had a ‘Christmas Chip’ which was essentially a portion of chips with the constituent parts of s Christmas dinner on top. It was great. Quick and friendly service

Don't skip this place. The service is remarkable and you will feel at home. The owner Jim even went to a store to get oat milk for our coffee. Rowena provided excellent food recommendations. Thank you so much! It will always be a nice memory of Belfast.

Great spot, great food and great staff. Took my soon-to-be Italian in-laws for their first experience of a proper fry. Everyone loved it. Owner gave my fiancée a really nice gift of a bottle of wine to enjoy during our weekend home in Ireland. Really nice touch. I come here every time I’m home in Belfast. Lovely cafe in Belfast. Me and my family are from Rome and we went there for a traditional Irish breakfast. The service was brilliant and the owner was really helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

Quick service, busy cafe, however found a hair in one of our breakfast and the toilet was disgusting. Didn’t want to make a fuss so paid and then mentioned it as feedback however was met with a very defensive lady. If the feedback was accepted I wouldn’t of wrote this review however I don’t think the feedback was taken onboard.
