Came here for a master class for our friends hen do! Kevin was an amazing host who was really patient and spoke us through each step of the cocktail making. Nico was also an amazing bartender who gave us recommendations on cocktails. We had a great experience and will definitely return!

I don’t know who the dude serving us was tonight (Thur 10th April ‘25) but I was there with my partner and the service was outstanding. I didn’t fancy anything in the menu so him and the trainee mixologist behind the bar made me 2 custom cocktails and they were fantastic. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Horrendous treatment to customers. would not recommend to anyone, we spent over £70 in the bar. And were kicked out for no reason at all other than being early 20s and being northerners. As a woman i was extremely uncomfortable and upset by the whole situation.

So I booked a table here last night, as a duo. We arrived separately and the security guard let my friend in but then made me stand outside for about 10 minutes so the manager could “let me in”. So I waited patiently and after 10 minutes of staring at me the security guard and told me I should ask my friend to come and get me … idk why he didn’t just say that at the start and it was so creepy. Anyway we arrive and the cocktails were very nice and we were having a good time. Granted the customers are quite mixed, older and younger people, and the average person would walk in, take one look and walk out again. But what was really upsetting was at some point, the manager, who you see in some of the pictures in the reviews, said very loudly, pointing at us “I’ll just ask them to leave so we can have this place to ourselves”, trying to impress these two girls he was talking to. You can imagine we felt very uncomfortable as we had just ordered a large pitcher to share. It really ruined the night, we felt so uncomfortable. What I would say, is the cocktails are nice. So that is the only positive.

Highly recommended, it’s been our local for the past year! Next time, we’re going to try cocktail making classes.

Great cocktail bar, with a great selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic cocktails, very accommodating as we arrived early for our reservation. Would highly recommend this place if you are in town

This place should be shut down it’s dangerous we went in last night got one drink and a drunken women tried to attack one of our group there was no bouncers downstairs it was unsafe we had to control the women and called staff they took ages to vibe down to bar area health and safety issues in this place we left immediately worse place Iv ever been in it spoiled our whole evening not sure how they have a liscence

We popped in for our free Negroni via the Dusk app, but stayed all night in this hidden gem. We stayed thanks in large part not just due to the cool decor, cosy seating and tasty cocktails (I recommend the Cravat), but mostly due to the excellent service we received from bartender Calogero. We greatly appreciated the warm welcoming vibes, Jenga and for playing our favourite song requests. Made for a fun unplanned evening.

Knowledgeable bartenders drive the bar, music and party vibes. Sign a lampshade, swing a lampshade and enjoy delicious freshly made classics and fun twists on classics.

The cocktails here are super good (I'd recommend the solero) and the service is incredible. The staff is super friendly, especially Alfie (and Jayden) made sure our experience was unforgettable. Thanks!

Excellent service from Calo and his colleague, which is not easy to find on London these days. Friendly, attentive and professional. Brought water and replenished complimentary popcorn snacks regularly. Well made nice cocktails and great value in the happy hour. Played some good old 00s rnb which was fun. This bar chain has improved immensely and we'll returning to enjoy more cocktails.

Few days ago a friend of mine asked me to join him at the cocktail club and as I don’t usually go out for a drink in London I was quite sceptical. The first thing I noticed was the animal print sitting area on the left, I love animalier! Secondly, customer service was outstanding, I was pleased to be served by the charming Calo, he helped me to find the perfect cocktail, giving me the best advices, the product was exactly what I was looking for! I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received, the taste was excellent and the presentation really artistic. What else can I say? Thank you for the amazing service and for calling me “Queen” when I couldn’t find the washroom haha, I will definitely come back 🙃

A very poor start to my friends birthday evening out. It was good at first, the gentleman who checked us in and took us to our table was lovely. We were sat in the telephone booth which was pretty and intimate, but felt like we had our own space. We were given time to peruse the menu and the drinks were nice. That is the sole reason they are getting one star. Unfortunately, that was the only time we saw this member of staff as he was then looking after a hen do who we guessed had booked a cocktail making class. We finished our drinks, we waited and nobody came round to collect glasses or take orders - unsurprisingly as we originally thought the first guy was on his own. So eventually, after spotting another barman (who also never came to our table) and getting tired of waiting my partner went to the bar to order the next round. Not really a huge problem, but based on our collective experiences of other venues, it's usually table service. We had to wait a while for the drinks, but that's understandable given the other bartender had other orders to get out. But it was just as well we'd taken our own glasses back to the bar, as otherwise the barman wouldn't have had anywhere to put the drinks he brought over. When we finally got them, the drinks were again good, but we were left in the same situation when we wanted to order more upon finishing. We suddenly heard one of the barmen shout that we had 30minutes left as they had a private party coming in. Which meant that our booked slot was cut short (would have been nice to have been informed of that after booking). We were debating whether to get another round or just get the bill and go, but based on the experience so far decided to just get the bill, which again we had to go up to the bar for. The cocktail club venues are pretty dark and with the feeling of being rushed out, I didn't check the receipt properly, besides taking off the service charge. Checked it this morning to find out that we've been overcharged for 2 drinks, so either they didn't put through 2-4-1 offer, or there are a few drinks that are an exempt from happy hour, which we were not informed of when ordering (have since checked the website which states that it's 2-4-1 on ALL cocktails). But also, all the drinks were even numbers, so why did the total end in an odd one? There also happened to be very little atmosphere for a Saturday afternoon, and the music was awful. Started with a few good tunes, but when the cocktail class started for the hen do, the music changed to some low-level, background music, not far off elevator music. Overall, terrible service (2 rounds in just under 3hrs), no atmosphere and overcharged by almost £30. Wouldn't recommend this particular Cocktail Club venue, I certainly won't be visiting again.

Stumbled upon this bar the other day by chance with my mates even though I walk past it to work, such a hidden gem. Calo the bartender welcomed us and went through the menu with us with class and professionalism whilst keeping things fun and light-hearted. Drinks were delicious also. Will definitely recommend and for sure visit again.
