Great pub, good food, and went to a great comedy show, not one of their usual comedy nights either but an event called the Fortnight Club where top comedians try out new jokes. Was a great night out. Can highly recommend

Never seen auch a bad Service before. We waited exactly 29 Minutes for 2 Cokes. While one of the Barkeepers was doing an inventory. The Burger was fine but we were already kinda done after waiting 30 minutes for a cola.

Best Fish & Chips I had in London. I can highly recommend this place. The owner and Staff are super friendly and accommodating.

An excellent pub for watching the football. A group of us came here on a CL night and they had every game on different screens. The staff behind the bar were welcoming and friendly. Great to see some cask ales on offer here too. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town and the football is on!

The Coach House Piccadilly is an absolute gem! Sabs and her team are always welcoming and provide excellent service with a smile. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great place and I can only imagine later in the evening this place is alive with people. We had a two course meal and both courses were very good. Nice selection of drinks and a good menu range.

I think it’s reasonable to be irked at this (admittedly-cosy) pub closing 5 minutes after last orders. The staff were rather unsympathetic, brusquely ushering us out onto the street, having barely made a dent in our drinks.

I held an all day meeting at the Coach House which went very well, not least because the arrangements for the meeting were perfectly executed thanks to Petra, who was making sure that the meeting went well from the Coach House side of things, did such a good job of doing just that. From the readiness of the room to the timing of meals and the delivery of the meals everything went exactly as asked, which was made all the more admirable because we were on the top floor of the building.

Situated just of Leicester Square, the Coach House is perfect for starting your day in London as well as spending a whole afternoon or evening there. They have a good choice of drinks and food - we recently had the sharing platter which was plenty for the three of us. There are TV screens showing sport but this doesn't spoil the atmosphere as the volume is turned down. You can pre-book tables which is handy as it can be busy later in the afternoon and evening but that only serves to make for a better atmosphere. I thoroughly recommend a visit to this pub.

We came across The Coach House strictly by accident. Thankfully we found The Coach House, great food, cool local atmosphere, and best of all they had the Formula 1 race on. We thought it was the BEST fish and chips we had during our visit.

Watched the Euros here while on a trip to London! Was great to see a pub large enough to accommodate everyone, and nice enough to allow the American's to join in! Was a great game watching atmosphere!

This is the best place to watch the football game, eat, drink, and spend time with friends!!!

Incredible Sunday Roast and the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink for a bit while we waited for our train. Thank you to the kitchen for a great meal and especially Petra for the amazing service / menu recommendations!

Lovely lovely comedy night that I've been to a few times! Every act has been an absolute gem, workers are lovely. Only thing I'm not amazed with was the comedian John Newton who made an Asian joke, looked right at me and tried to fist bump me (let's consider that we're generations apart and fist bumping a younger woman about a sex joke is always in poor taste) fell poorly, and clearly ruined the rest of the night for myself and the room. Would love to see more jokes and less racism next time :)

The Coach house was absolutely the best, my favourite part was the spicy sauce. It was so spicy that it made my bum bum do a tickle vomit.

What a great public house ,spotted this establishment just off the main drag were people were getting ripped off and packed to the rafters in main street humdrum usual suspects.,we were surprised what a nice peaceful place this was definitely somewhere to enjoy a drink and food when your in london

Great little pub, staff very friendly. We didn’t eat here so not sure about the food. Have to say whoever the lady staff member was who was having a go at one of their bar staff I would suggest this is not done in front of paying customers, very unprofessional!!

Actually a cozy pub with good food - but unfortunately the staff seems to be either overwhelmed or not very motivated. Our starter came cold and we waited ages to be served. We also made an extra reservation to watch a soccer match - unfortunately the TV was switched over in the middle of the game and nobody felt responsible for reversing this. We will not be back. What a shame!

The food was very good. We sat right at the entrance and the staff left the front door open, which made us very cold. The portions were decent and the food was served quickly. Unfortunately there was only loud music during the football match.

Always visit here for a drink before and after any visit to the Prince of Wales Theatre. Really nice staff, usually fairly peaceful atmosphere. Even got a free pint for signing up to the app

Nice place. Pity I got charged £26 for a pint of cider. Wasn't rectified, was told that if I leave the premises, nothing could be done. But I was short of time.... However, some time later, the error was refunded to my card. The staff were very pleasant and apologetic. If you are going to a nearby theatre, come here. You won't go wrong. If you want a decent pub - come here, you can't go wrong. and probably the best chips you will ever have in your life.

Came here for some pre drinks during the Christmas Period. Surprisingly it was not busy. Atmosphere was as you would expect it to be. Would recommend to stop by here for pre drinks before you go move on to the next spot.

Spent Christmas and new years eve here and had as always a fantastic time.

Called in for a quick hot whisky on 1st Friday of December and found a lively pub with a good mix of people. Got served and seated and enjoyed our drinks. Waitress was a bit short when we asked for extra ice and never brought it but apart from that a good pub to visit

Hot chocolate was dissapointing

Food terrible. Everything i asked they “had run out”. Went for a chicken & avocado sandwich they served it without avocado, stale reheated chicken, dry bread. Thieves. Ok

Came here for our Christmas party with work. Atmosphere was great, they had sport on but it wasn’t intrusive. Kyle behind the bar was fantastic and great fun. Fast service in a really busy central pub. Thanks for having us!

The service was shocking from arrival.A lady came to the table and dressed a few of the party.Sundaay lunch was sold outand choose most things from the menu. Due to food allergy I couldn't eat most of the menu.I tried to order steak and that was sold out too. The manager just stood there, leaving staff to take the fall out. We ordered a desert off the menu and written on the menu bold writing non dairy custard. When it came out was.Vegan ice cream.When I told her I didn't like ice cream with hot desert, she it fetch the lovely eye rolling manager who told me they didn't sell or never have sold non dairy custard. Her customer service was non existence. You need to get better organised.

Pre-comedy show(upstairs) 20% off deal advertised does not actually exist(5-10-23). Food and beverages were good, staff were overall good also. Would return.

We've been there for a stand up comedy night, which was brilliant.

I have been coming to the Coach House (formerly the Comedy Pub) for 9 years. The customer service has been a bit hit and miss, more recently with surly, aggressive and arrogant staff. Last night (21/9), the bartender with the hat was outstanding but sadly let down by two of his colleagues. A male and female stood behind the bar having a domestic argument about their personal lives to the point it became aggressive, threatening, and foul-mouthed. All this while the poor guy in the hat was having to tend to a baying crowd of thirsty customers, four of whom were simultaneously complaining to him about the lack of service and food. Shortly after I tried to place an order with the female at the bar wearing a set of headphones (I kid you not) before having to abandon my order given she was unable to hear me and kept asking me to repeat myself and who defiantly refused to remove her headphones. I have never in my life been met by someone so rude and arrogant nor have I ever attempted to place an order in a 'pub' where the bartender had her bins on!!! We left given there are many other locals nearby where the service is more hospitable.

Visited this place just off Leicester Square for a meeting in one of the function rooms. The place is nice enough and the room served its purpose. We all ordered food and my chicken & bacon pie was pretty decent for pub food. The drinks do seem remarkably expensive though with my one bottle of beer coming in at over £6. I know it's central London but still that's quite something. I suppose this removes the risk of getting blind drunk as it would be unaffordable!

Decent chips, fair price. The staff kindly brought me a buffalo sauce on request. Extremely friendly. Amazing pimms and lemonade with passionfruit, real fresh fruit.

Dynamic pricing what a joke. Yet another case of a head office person thinking customers are stupid. Just say we charge more when we are busy so customers can decide if they want to pay the extra personally I think is unfair to treat customers like this ! Will give my money to places with more integrity thank you !

"Surge pricing" or as they call it "dynamic pricing" is annoying enough on cab apps, this can't become the normal in pubs. Cab apps I at least get it attracts more drivers to keep the service going when there is more demand, but unless they are passing these elevated drinks prices direct to barstaff (and putting more on shift when it's active) then it's just blatant price gouging. That being said, nice pint of (overpriced) cider and the downstairs area was a lovely spot to watch the match, big screens, strong air con and not too crowded.

A hidden gem away from the tourists, a traditional London pub with air conditioning tucked away down a side street. Excellent service from the guy called Will at the bar who talked us through the beer and ale. He even offered us a few samples before committing. He recommended the Fish and Chips and it sure did not disappoint as it was huge.

Very calm pub, maybe because it was a Thursday night. They have a comedy show upstairs, good layout of tables, noot any regular pub, cosy to talk if need be. Found the prices to be a bit over the average, but sensible.

I didn't eat here but I wished I had as the thick-cut chips looked amazing! Went here to watch the Stand-Up Club and valid tix get 20% off food and drinks! The show was fantastic and the venue was good, if a little hot, but pretty intimate.

First went last day of premier league season and then for Wimbledon final. Both times good customer service. A decent pub and for the West End, reasonably priced.

Charges more because it's busy? Wanted £4.50 for a small glass of cola avoid like the plague

The best gem in Leicester Square, there are meetings rooms, two floors of bars, amazing food, amazing drinks and just the best service!

The comedy on Mondays and the drop in Acting class are two great reasons to come to this lovely venue. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the pub does food in the evening to support the many events that run here. Only a minutes walk from Picadilly station.

Visiting from the US and stopped by after catching a West End show. It was a great pub and had a great atmosphere. The young lady that served us our drinks was friendly and gave us some information about the area to help us during our visit.
