The Claude Choules Bar & Kitchen in Bournemouth

My wife and I are local and regulars at Claudes. Last night we attended the monthly Bingo night and once again it was well attended and very well organised by Lewis. Lewis is a natural and he and the team put on a great evening. A special mention to Millie and the serving staff who were all friendly and efficient.

Food well presented but reality is it's all stodge and not fine dining, and the other annoying thing is it cashless ? You'd think they'd value custom and money in any form .. all in all very disappointed

Great food and great views from the balcony, BUT no check backs on the food, they didn't bother asking us if we wanted more drinks until AFTER the meal and we had to approach the bar to pay. But the older couples there did get check backs and were asked if they wanted more drinks. Avoid if young

Ribs and Mac and cheese were so tasty. Hopical Storm is the best beer I've tasted so far in my journeys. The servers found my lost cash at the table after we left and returned it promptly. Thanks for the great experience.

On a sunny Tuesday evening we booked a balcony table. Haven’t been in ages to Claude’s. I think a special on the menu would be good as it looks like menu always stays the same. My duck salad 🥗 was delicious. Service was really good and very friendly. Cocktails 🍹 good

Had a fantastic night at Claudes!! Kira was a fantastic server. Food was good! I had the butter me up burger and partner had the tacos. The piggy in the middle fries were fantastic as usual!

I visited Claudes Choules for the first time on Friday night with my family, we had a warm welcome by a lovely young lady called Millie who sat us quickly on a busy night even though we hadn't booked. The food was absolutely incredible, compliments go well and truly to the chefs, we couldn't fault it. After a while, in the time between mains and desserts, we decided to play a game of cards and a member of staff came up to us and introduced himself, shared a few laughs and asked if we'd like to see some card tricks... well... these tricks were mind blowing, It's honestly incredible how everyone there would take time to make our experience amazing, From start to finish our trip was impeccable. Millie, Kira, Lewis, the chefs and the young girl who we didn't catch the name of should be recognised for everything they do. Thank you for a lovely evening and we will be back.

Lovely little spot in Pershore especially if you get a balcony table in the summer. Visit regularly as a couple or as friends. Sports bar and cute quirky restaurant with a diverse menu. Good discount incentives to return including blue light!

Had booked the table in advance for a family lunch for 13 between Christmas and New Year. The booking was easy and they were so helpful. The food was excellent with good sized portions and Lewis and Jess were so helpful and friendly making us feel welcome. Would recommend and are looking forward to going back.

We attended the restaurant as a pre Christmas works get together. Staff are very friendly with both Lewis and Jess making sure we were well looked after had drinks and promptly bringing our orders. The food was lovely and the dishes of duck salad, burgers and tachos full of flavour . The deserts were a delight and the Eaton Mess was particularly enjoyed by those who had it. Would definitely go again.

My stomach is very full and I am very satisfied. I accidentally ordered a share feast instead of a side but it was such good food that I was able to finish it all anyway. Waiters were on it and waiting times were fine.

Food was great, staff welcoming and kind. The room was a little cold. We would recommend this restaurant.

Was looking for somewhere to eat late afternoon/early evening and Claude Choules was just opening their door. There was a great choice on the menu and we both thoroughly enjoyed our food. We were only in Pershore for the day but would recommend and would return if in the area again.

Honestly it was borderline inedible and pretty disappointing. We ordered tacos and mine was just beef inside a tortilla - nothing else. The nachos and salsa were also incredibly underwhelming, and the edamame even a little off. These seem like very difficult foods to do wrong, but somehow they did. If we hadn’t been starving we would have definitely not eaten it.
