Lovely quaint restaurant tucked away in the corner of a car park. Food is spot on, service is superbly friendly, it's not expensive either.

Had a great meal, excellent service, good prices, are planning on going again but try the evening for drinks

This place is a little hidden gem. The cocktails are freshly made and taste delicious and they also have great happy hour offers on the cocktails. The chips are also to die for and the couple who run the place are very welcoming, friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. We come here regularly with our little boy and we love it

Ate here today for the first time, it was amazing and definitely 5 stars!! 4 meals, 2 soft drinks, 1 cocktail, 2 pints of beer and it came to £33 - would 100% recommend and would revisit! In the photo provided I had chicken fajitas and it cost £8.95

Had afternoon tea here today, was absolutely beautiful, all fresh sandwiches and and cakes , unlimited tea or coffee, service wonderful, lovely young couple . Even asked what music I liked , so bless them , they listened to Tom Jones for a couple of hours. Also had a lovely bar, wine spritzer was very good. Would highly recommend, will be my favourite eating place now.

Excellent service and wonderful homemade chips

Popped in for lunch when we were looking for something different from the usual fast food food fare. Pleasantly surprised - the food was lovely and we felt very well looked after - would highly recommend and we'llb be going again.

The staff can not do enough for you! Can't recommend this place enough! Had a birthday meal for 10 and the food was beautiful, staff are so friendly and we all had a fantastic time. So glad I booked here! The desserts look gorgeous (only tried the gluten free Vic sponge but that was delicious) Will be back soon to sample more of the menu!!

35min wait for starters and mains which then arrived together so they took back the main to keep them warm until starters finished!! Consequently main arrived soggy chips, scampi like bullets and semi warm tinned marrow fat peas, yummy. My partner had steak but was told they had no steak knives? You're in a shopping centre for gods sake. Go to Wilkinsons and buy some. And to top it all, no sooner had I used the salt and pepper it was taken away before my partner had even used it. Really??? Oh yes, almost forgot, no tartare sauce or any sauce for that matter, no vinegar or any other dressings seen or offered. Very disappointed

Very obviously a new establishment, with big ideas but unfortunately lacking somewhat in the execution for now. The staff were friendly, and happy to help, but clearly inexperienced. The door was "sticking" leading to a permanent draft every time someone came in or out until a staff member went to physically close it "properly". Presentation was aiming for "intimate", but seemed unfinished. Paint needed touching up / second coat in many places. Drinks selection was limited. Of 4 beers, one was off. Only "diet coke" available as a sugar-free soft drink option and it clearly wasn't "Diet Coke" but a "cheap" cola - went flat within a couple of minutes of serve and left a nasty aftertaste. Menu options were reasonable, as were prices. Not many menus available though, as according to staff "people keep nicking them" and the ones available were poorly printed on A4 sheets, crumpled on a clipboard. Chicken salad was ok, perfectly fine, even though it was a selection of chicken parts (eg thigh) rather than only chicken breast as you'd find in similar eateries. Vegetables were fresh and crisp, and the dressing was good. Chicken fajita would be more accurately "chicken salad in a wrap, with tortilla chips side". Didn't have the texture or taste of fajita, and the vegetables were fresh rather than pan fried. The dips served (guacamole, sweet chili, salsa) were lacking in flavour. Overall, it was perfectly fine, but less than we were expecting. If some of the more basic issues, which seem to be a result of the newness of the establishment, can be resolved, it has potential to be a "good" eatery. We plan to try it again in a few months to see if this happens. They're clearly trying, and I'd like to see them succeed and update with a more positive review.

Absolutely amazing! It’s a lovely little restaurant, the food is great.. very clean and nice staff! 10/10 recommend

We visit the eatery often . What can I say other than Dan ,Wendy and Lauren are doing a fantastic job ..and pull all the stops to make your visit special .. I love the food,drinks and company .. becoming my second home . Highly recommend anyone to visit them and try for yourself.. you won’t be disappointed:)

This new(ish) coffee shop really should be busier as it's great. Friendly staff, great coffee and pastries and really good value. Take the time to travel the extra 100m from Costa, you won't be disappointed.

Lovely little place, really comfortable and run by friendly staff. The coffee is really good and for £3.50 comes with a nice piece of cake or a pastry. Looking forward to when they are serving food. We've been here in the evening and it's a really nice atmosphere, the beer and lager is also very reasonable. Will definitely return.
