The Chippy in Salford

I love this chippy I live in Devon and for fish and chips in Devon it's £10 We just got fish and chips twice with drinks and gravy and curry for £9.40. Friendly staff very welcoming.

Proper old school English chippy. Great Sausage chips and gravy and they do really cheap chicken nuggets which are lovely. Would rate 5 star but no cards are accepted.

I’m not sure what has happened here but the chippy which has been consistently of high standard for many years has made changes to the detriment of service and its product I ordered chips and curry sauce, the curry sauce was so watered down it didn’t stick to the chips and sank to the bottom of the tray, but as the trays usually provided were replaced by a cheaper variety with no lid this meant the curry sauce spilled all over my car. My recommendation is to follow the instructions on the curry packet which are there for a reason, I also recommend replacing the cheap flimsy poly trays with the type with a lid when people purchase curry or gravy even if you have to factor this in the overall product price. Good common business sense really People will pay a high price for quality services and products

Have been few times. Good food cheerful girls behind counter. Will always call in when in area as it is good value.

Terrible customer service. Don't take card. Watched me walk out to an atm (were I had to pay a fee). I came back, then they told me there wasn't enough chips and that they were shutting the shop

Always fresh been coming here for a good few years always worth the visit
