Domino's Pizza - Salford - Trafford Road in Salford

I recently ordered two pizzas from Domino's, and I was really impressed! Both pizzas were hot and fresh, which made for a delicious meal. The service was great too—quick and friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely recommend Domino's for anyone craving pizza at this store

I found hair stick to my pizza and it was disgusting All staffs had hat but they didn’t put it properly When i complained they just didn’t care and they didn’t refund my money back Never go there again 🤮

I ordered a Meatilicious with ADDITIONAL ground beef, sweetcorn, onions with a bbq base. What I received was just ground beef, sweetcorn, onions with a bbq base, missing the ham, chicken breast, pepperoni, sausage, bacon rashers…… It was pouring out in the rain, while I stood outside waiting for the driver to appear (he had missed called me a few times), only for me to call the store to complain, then he comes out of a car that was parked right outside of the building. So he saw me standing outside and didn’t leave his car until the store had to call him. They got my order wrong, when asked for a refund receipt they said they’re not able to provide one? So how can I ensure this was issued.. The order was placed on Sunday 5th Dec I’ve just called the store, Thursday 9th - I’ve not received a refund. Once h mentioned an update on the refund the person was quick to rush me off the call. He said he’d call me back but didn’t take any details off me. So how is this possible? I’ll delete this review once I receive my refund as I spend £27.22 for a half arsed pizza and terrible delivery/customer service.

Arrived on Time. Overpriced and average food. As you expect. My niece wanted it, so.. it made her happy!

Absolutely ridiculous been waiting for over 2 hours for our food with no communication and helpless staff when ringing up.

I'm from the American side of the ocean and 2 people in our household worked at Domino's here for 10 years, so we consider ourselves a "Domino's Family" if there is such a thing. We stopped here to get some pizza on Trafford Road, and we were delighted. Good, fast service, and the pizza was good. It was interesting that the red pizza sauce is different in the UK than it is in America. Ours is more salty, and acidic. Yours is a little more watery and sweet, but honestly, that did not take away from the experience, we like it both ways. I will say, I can't believe you don't have green olives. You are missing out! Thanks!

Usually I like domino’s, but this one doesn’t offer the same service as the rest of the franchises.

Ordered a couple small pizzas and got charged for medium. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn't. Long story short gave us a number to call for it. Talk about long! They get the order wrong quit often too. Double check everything before you pay.

Went in to order pizza. They told 10 min and I wait for my order 30 min. People’s are come after me and they order in store as well. They receive the pizza before I get it. This is absolutely unprofessional and really poor customer service.

Ordered for delivery. Rang me saying it’s closed even though it is advertised as open 24h. Still waiting for refund

Poor quality food, hardly any cheese on the pizza and the fries are hard in the middle and very pale. Very disappointing considering the price of dominos now.

Domioes is very expensive for what it is, but i do love the flavour. Can be a bit slower than predicted, i dont mind waiting, but wish the prediction was more realistic

Always thought Dominos to be overpriced, shortstacked and not of the highest quality, but shout out to the guys at this store. Ordered a large pizza for collection, when I got the notification, I went down there and was informed that they'd done a medium instead, and if I wait around for them to cook a large, I could take the medium free of charge by way of an apology. That's my kind of service.

Excellent domino's. Such a shame it's riddled with litter at around the building at times.

Ha better, had worse. The bbq wings were a little meh but the Meteor pizza was good... As usual, overpriced but same issue as all Dominoes

Good service, nice pizza and had a deal available too. Ordered on the app and collection was 15 minutes later. Free car park too.

Was given the wrong pizza 26/04/2023 times stamped 06:41pm and by the time I got home with it to watch the match it was too late for me to return did try to call them but got no answer and they didn’t ring me too let me know that they gave me the wrong pizza very poor service

Ordered a take away pizza on Friday evening. It was delicious and hot when it arrived. Friendly delivery too!

Food was great. Walking and ordering take away shouldn't have been an issue but I felt like I was a burden. They had 0 orders on their customer facing digital order board. And the manager(?) Just kept staring at me waiting for my food like I was preventing him from folding boxes.

They are not honest. They will take cash for extra topping whereas they will not add it to take away orders. Later you will recognize it at home.. Bad practice.

The worse pepperoni pizza ever, covered with oil and not cooked well!

I love Domino’s Pizza, the flavour and texture. But the service - often no matter the branch or location - is rubbish. Every single time you order a vegan pizza, you’re given non-vegan sauce. This is NOT hard to get right. And for an average of £10 per pizza (when you could cook your own from frozen for much less), you should expect better, and expect the pizza not to be cold. I’d go elsewhere if we had any other pizza options nearby

Let down after let down. It’s just a pizza, how hard can it be? Rude staff and drivers who delivered our order wrong and asked us to walk to the store in -3 degrees to pick up the correct one?! Lead through call after call speaking to managers and staff who just pass you on and solve nothing. Cold pizzas and missing items should equal a refund. Not here, that equals lies and someone putting the phone down on you. Don’t bother being let down and try some local takeaways that offer higher quality ingredients at a better price. EDIT - Shout out to the Allsaints Store for hunting down my refund after, this store refused to speak to me.

Considering how expensive dominoes has become I’d expect better. The delivery took 25 mins after receiving the text it was out for delivery and it’s a 5 min drive from shop to me. And then they get the order wrong with wrong drink. Food Luke warm at best and the stingiest toppings I’ve every seen from a dominoes store. One piece of pepperoni per slice. Seriously? Avoid

Ordered from this Dominos twice now and the service has been dreadful. Was late both times with the food stone cold. The second delivery came wrong and was sent back, it turns out that the driver had also lied to us telling us he had forgotten our order and it was sitting in the shop and he had to just go and get it. However when he finally brought us our order it had in fact been delivered to someone else’s house and he had to go back and ask for it back! The reason we knew this was because a very kind person had left us a note inside the pizza box telling us! (Thank you to this kind stranger) anyway both experiences ordering from here have been god awful (please don’t waste your time or money on this place) you will be disappointed!

The offer on medium pizza with 2 toppings is nice.

Twice now they have finished my order but left it on standby for 10 minutes while I sit there in disbelief as they completely forget to tell you your pizza is ready.

I ordered 2 pizza online gone for collection, after 10 minutes, they said we forgot to put the other one in oven would take another 7, 8 minutes waiting there while my food gone cold, and no apologies or anything, funny thing it should in the site it’s ready.

No proper receiving. Less management skills.

None of the staff has management skills. Always a rude behaviour. Firstly thought that they are like that but surprised me when I saw them acting up when an English customer visited the store. I totally disagree with people showing differences as any customer is a customer.

Worst dominos ever, even if local delivery takes forever, food arrives cold, late, soggy, rude staff, I’ve ordered from here twice, first time was bad thought id give it second go and just as awful service. Took 1.5hrs to arrive, rang up twice, was hung up on. Wrong pizza arrived, refused to replace.

Really rude staff. Asked where our pizza was and guy kept interrupting. Just asked a question to clarify and he literally hung up on the call. Terrible customer service.

Pretty standard dominos, nice staff

After having had a few deliveries from here. Its safe to say its just not a good place to be ordering from. The delivery is always marked delivered when it's not, meaning you have to ring them up and the person who answers will always be rude and put you on hold. Then the delivery driver also decides to have you walk to their car, and pick your stuff up out of the bag. All the while acting tough. You're a pizza delivery guy mate. Tone it down.

Call for a delivery, the person who picked the phone was very rude he also left us on hold and hanged the phone on us. Really bad service

The estimate is not good at all

Lies about their opening times. Went in to the store and he was giving pizzas away for £3 each in front of me. I went in for a small pizza and he said he couldn’t make it, even though I stated online it said 24 hours which he said was for takeaway orders only, which isn’t true. So some guy got discount pizza and I wasn’t even able to order.

Says you're 24 hours but went on a Friday night and it was closed. Not impressed
