The Chicken Shack in Solihull

Just had some Georgous food from the chicken shack in Solihull had it delivered turned up when it said it was and food was delicious and reasonably priced. Would definitely order from there again 👍

Number one customers from poundland! Chicken shack is an absolutley amazing place to eat from! I have been going there since its opened and i just cant get enough! Food is always on point! Friendly staff too! Theres not many halal places in solihull, so chicken shack is the one! Deffinitely recommended! 👌🏽👌🏽

tryed this place on our last night walking back to our hotel, ordered our food and was very tasty and every thing was fresh no dry chick or cold fries. i throughly recommend the chicken shack and will be stopping off there next time we are in Solihull. thank you

We were regular customers for them for many months. When we were genuinely disappointed for their service and give a review on just eat app, they stopped serving us. They said that our reviews are hurting their business. Instead of focusing on feedback, they showed a bad attitude of denying a service. You lost a regular customer forever with your attitude. I wouldn't be recommending this to anybody as well. We will never order again.

We visit the chicken shack on a regular basis as it is quick, easy, cheap and the food is amazing. Perfect if you can’t be bothered to cook and don’t want to wait around for a long delivery. Definitely recommend to absolutely everyone, food is great, the staff behind the counter are lovely and it is quick and easy service. *Recommend collection*

Used to be really good but their standards have plummeted. On my last visit we waited nearly 30 minutes for a burger and some fried chicken strips (the strips were already cooked and in the hot cabinet). It wasn't like it was busy either. Staff were forgetful too. I had to ask for our drinks when getting our food. I suppose that I shouldn't be surprised they forgot after 30 minutes waiting though. If you aren't in a rush then this place is perfect but at lunch time you wouldn't expect to wait so long for a frozen burger. With so much competition around they really need to up their game.

Was looking for pepes and looks like this establishment has replaced it. Ordered a chicken wrap and also a paneer one to try. One was a meal one was single. Total was £10 Soft drink was a really small portion. Chicken wrap was tasty overall but the paneer one was extremely bland. Hence the 3 stars.

Usually come to this place on lunch breaks or to collect a take away. Good burgers, wraps, rice meals etc. They appear to have a very good hygiene rating too which you don't often get in these types of places. More of a take away but there is seating inside.

Came here with some friends after a football match. The food was amazing.. their burrito is to die for.

Average chicken, wouldn't serve tap water which I believe is a legal requirement. Sent a bouncer after me for asking

We came here after venturing out in Solihull. Shafiq served us and he was excellent. I was picky with my order and he accompanied it accordingly. Excellent food and even better service. Chilli cheese nuggets are the one to go for. 10/10 would order again.

Acabábamos de venir del aeropuerto y un viaje al extranjero y no ha comido durante un largo tiempo (era de Ryanair! ). Decidimos que nos gustaría un Pepe's. Me pareció Pepes en Google y les llamó e hizo que mi orden pepes. Llegamos para la comida para llevar a encontrar este no era pollo Pepes pero Choza. Nos dijeron que tenían la orden y no me importó mucho en la medida en que sabía bien! No. Porciones más pequeñas de Pepes eran sin duda. Lo peor es que nos dieron la comida para llevar y no una sola salsa incluido. Nos encanta las salsas pepes. Sin salsa era muy seco. El arroz estaba muy seco. Tuvimos que mastique por la comida. Pagamos 30 libras y lo siento, pero si no pueden ni siquiera se molestó en dar a los clientes unas salsas entonces no van a estar en negocios de largo. No regresaré.

First time We have ordered from a The Chicken Shack and I have to say it was a fabulous meal, was super hot and tasty when it arrived. Great value. It took a while to deliver, but it was bank holiday Monday... And No one wants to cook then! Thanks Chicken Shack!

The most succulent and flavoursome chicken I have ever tasted! My friend had a a Burrito and she said it was the best she had ever tasted! Definitely going back.
