The Casba in Wigan

Ordered a calzone and cheesy chips, however when I rang to say that it wasn't cooked thoroughly, the fillings of the calzone were freezing cold as though to was folded and put on the grill for less than a minute to only just melt the cheese, I was told, and I quote, "if I'd have cooked it more, you would have complained that it was burned on the outside". No my friend, there's a difference between heating up and cooking thoroughly, and do not try to call me the likes of love, sweetheart and darling just to get around me. I don't know what has happened to this place but it defiantly isn't what it once was. If I could give it no stars or minus, I definitely would

Sceptical about chicken kebabs, would only ever get them here! So much chicken too, loads of salad. Always so good

When I'm in Leigh I always come to this place for a pizza 🍕. Possibly the best pizza in the world.. 10/10 for the pizza 10/10 for the friendly staff.

Missed some food off order, rang them to tell them this and their response was "are you sure?" Are you serious,imnot going say i haven't received something if i have! 2nd time ive ordered from them and this is the last. Had issues the 1st time aswell

Chicken kebab was like mush, had to use kitchen roll to soak it up as the garlic mayo was like water and the so called naan bread was as thin as a wrap, ended up in the bin won't be going again.

Delivery was very late arriving and an item missing after all that.

Ordered a donner and chicken calzone. Chicken is like processed and reheated in microwave and order was wrong. When rang up we was expected to go pick it up and the rest of food be cold rather than them send another out (correct) due to it being their mistake and they said “that won’t be possible”.

ordered from here last night as my usual takeaway after allocated delivery past I phoned to see where my order was to be told they had rang me to make me aware they had run out of chicken and left a voicemail ( none received ) so I ordered a different thing this was delivered at approx 11.40 pm way past my bedtime only for it to come and the chips were stone cold and must have been sat there ages .onion rings rock hard and burger was shocking ..3 hours for that to turn up ..not happy !!!

I don't know who cut the pizza into it's segments. But stevie wonder could have done a better job. Will not be ordering off this lot again 😡

Bought kebab meat from this place and had me up all night bad stomach pains with runs and stomach still not right next morning something very iffy about this place to do that when eating from them. Be very aware when eating food from this place, I myself will definitely not be eating from this place again.

I’ve had better from the Casba- garlic bread sent was totally burnt and inedible. We didn’t even order the bread it was supposed to be onion rings. ????? Disappointed to be honest.

Not usually late but hey ho. The food more than makes up for it, everything was there, all hot and all delicious as usual. I never order kebabs and pizza from anywhere else. Used Casba for years and will continue to do so.

Ordered many times! Paid cash tonight and was given euros as pound coins! Only notice when I brought the change in! No one answering the phone

A always order the special kebab and its the best thing in this world and the one to come.. Eat as soon as get it and don't keep it for tomorrow. Always order fresh because some ingredients are best served hot and yet some best served cold so you can't reheat it. You may lose texture along the way. Like all good this it takes time to make so call in so they start making it before you get there. it can take up to 20mins so don't wait till you're hungry to place an order. Know you will have tea at 1600hrs so order at 1540hrs. One is good for two if you're sharing with a lady on diet otherwise two men will need two so no one has to stare at the other... Better filling than the big Mac by far with traceable ingredients

Calzone was cold and not cooked through. Really not good and won’t be using again like most take aways in Leigh all gone down hill

Was 20 min late last Sunday. I have send it back, and just eat send me a refund about £4. I have paid 12.50 for my order. I.ve send that back, but nothing from the Casba. I.ve ring them, then, that guy says to speak with just eat. Poor conversation. I never use this restaurant

The best pizza in the galaxy and the nicest of staff, a Leigh town classic, after a wild night round Leigh this is the only place you should be at the end of your night 🔥

By far best place for food. Don't think I've ever had a bad meal from there. 100% recommend.

Twice now we’ve ordered and the chips have been undercooked!! Everything else is fine and tastes fine but the chips are coming rock solid nowhere near enough cooked

Great pizza. Great kebab. Bit heavy on the garlic sauce but hey, it's a Casbah Creation.

I ordered a spicy hot pizza, I don't know what the bright red stuff was that was inside it but it didn't look like or taste like meat, it was squishy and tasted bland.

The food was only just warm when it arrived. The kebab meat resembled shoe leather. I threw two thirds of mine in the bin. Gutted, waste of money! Won't order again, no second chances where food is concerned.

Cheese in the stuffed crust is disgusting could not eat it. Should be mozzarella

Large chicken kebab was the worst iv ever had chicken was well over cooked even burnt in place so very dry asked for all sauce got a little bit of chilli sauce and the nana was as white as a ghost I don’t even think it had been on the grill so I will never go here again this is not the first time we have had bad food from here but being from Leigh I still go here but not anymore

Inconsistent and expensive. It varies between edible stodge and inedible dog food. Tonight was worse than dog food and you've lost a customer. I'm sad because it could be good with better management and standards.

Just ordered the worst donner meat & chips I’ve had in a long time donner meat stone cold and chips three ton of salt on them so if you’re looking for a kebab after 11.30 on Sunday don’t waste you money just go home

Chicken kebabs were as good as ever, but the garlic bread was cold, dry and crusty. Like it had been made the day before. Not the first time this has happened unfortunately.

Place is dirty and a fire hazard, don't look at the ceilings or the electrical sockets above the fryers, and God knows when the last time that apron was washed. Over priced bland food, never again

Chips were decent enough. Burger was alright. The Donner kebab was fine but it wasn't hot and it made the naan bread soggy. The special mixed kebab wasn't hot and it the naan bread soggy. The chicken in the kebab was bland and the lamb was a bit too tough. Way too much red cabbage in both kebabs.

They force you to pick a topping on a normal pizza and charge you £2.70 for it... the amout of sweetcorn they add is not £2.70's worth so id rather they just not force it
