Fresco's in Wigan

Wrong pizza delivered sent a meaty pizza and I am vegetarian! Jalapeño bites were all squashed and mushy and vege burger was soggy. Delivery was half an hour late not even an apology from the delivery driver. Won’t order again 👎

Unfortunately, there was no garlic sauce at all in the kebab I ordered.

Best frescos ever pizza was amazing and Donner and chips were fresh and hot!

I have been here on two occasions, the first I was given more than I paid for and the food was very good. The second, I asked for a favor as I had no money, I was given a pizza for free. The staff are very friendly, reasonable and work until late hours. I cannot complain and would recommend it over Krunchies.

Food was late by 20 minutes and my chips and chicken strips were cold but the burger was nice

Chips was cold and stale. Wrap was wet and greasy.

Ordered the food for a scheduled delivery, for 7pm, it arrived at 7:50 after having to message the restaurant to find where it is. When it arrived, the food was lukewarm, likely having been left in a warm cupboard for a while. Chicken nuggets were chewy. How? To top it off one of my items didn’t arrive. The milkshake, very much looked forward to the milkshake. Refund?

I paid £4.49 for a slice of cheese cake i did not recieve. An i was denyed a refund.

Never blocked or rang doorbell. Then just left it on the doorstep with no message or letting know it had been delivered

genuinely a really good experience here today, was passing by really late and jusr ordered some cheesy chips which were great but i noticed a free milkshake if it was your birthday and it was my birthday in exactly 30 minutes and they kindly still made it and made it a good experience thank you the staff were lovely as well x

Food is normally okay but last two times ordered, food has arrived 2 hours after ordering and always cold.

I reqested and I got the wrong order I got a plane donnor wrap and it had onions lettuce and cucumber and tomatoe sauce

If I’d have known that my food would take an hour and a half and turn up cold, I’d have definitely gone somewhere else. Tried to call on the phone but yet again, no answer.

Food was a little late but when it arrived it was fresh and hot . Tried the mixed steak box and it was absolutely beautiful. Such a nice spice to it and was lovely with the fresh salad . Will be our regular go to now

Ordered at 20:08, ETA 20:50-21:10, still no food by 21:25, rang restaurant to be told was just leaving for delivery still nothing by 21:45 rang again told the same thing, still nothing by 22:05 rang again told will be there any minute, delivery 22:14

only good thing about my order was the pizza but everything else like the chips the quality and the delivery was horrendous

Shocking food turned up 1 hour later than delivery time and was stone cold

Our cookie dough wasn’t warm our ice cream was melted so was just milk. Chips freezing. Pizza and garlic bread Luke warm. This is all because it came 1 hour late rang up the restaurant after an hour and they said oh it’s coming now. Not impressed

We're really grateful for the extra effort to read the delivery notes, and not resort to calling from outside the building - as other restaurants often do. Much appreciated! The food was fantastic value, and delivered hot and fresh. It's clear that a lot of effort goes into the selection of ingredients, and preparation of meals. We will definitely be reordering. Turned up 30 minutes late .. chips like rubber and stone cold and went in the bin.garlic bread cold and not good... pizza was cold and had to warm up in microwave. 2 x kebabs where cold aswel and the salad was warmer than the food

Food was late,chips was hard and horrible and the burgers was dry no salad or sauces and who ordered just plain soggy mushrooms?didn’t even eat them what a waste of money won’t be ordering again

Food was rubbish which is disappointing bc we always order from here. We spent £35 on cold hard chips, the garlic & cheese bread was burnt and the pepperoni pizza was bland. We’ve always liked Frescos but we will be trying somewhere else next time.

This has happened numerous times now the pizza being delivered like this and also requesting an adult chicken nugget meal and it only comes with 5 nuggets instead of 6 , one off is fine but the last 4 times now , I’ even stated in the notes . 6.20 for a pizza like this shocking

Half wrong order , delivery man was lovely and went back for me within ten mins but I then discovered not only have they brought the wrong cans they gave me the wrong pizza . Which at that point was too late , garlic bread was burnt along with the pizza they gave me

Won’t order from here again foods shit staff are rude and confused (1 year later edit from previous 1 star I gave) Frescos have upped their game, food is better, staff are polite 👍🏼 seems like the rude and confused staff transfered to krunchy’s down the road 😂😂

it was ok apart they forgot the fries had to wait another 15mins for them to bring them as it was part of meal deal so pizza was cold by time I got fries and it was midnight so we did not eat it all as we gone past feeling like it. £18.50 expensive meal for us not to enjoy

The food was very good as always, but I was very happy that they upgraded my 10" pizza to a 12" free of charge. The little gestures go a long way

34 minutes late. Avoid at all costs. late every time I order. I have to either go there myself or call up. Just to prove a point I literally stood at the door for 50 minutes. NOTHING! The driver must either have pillow hands or didn't bother knocking because the light was off. If you order just get collection, or order from somewhere if respect.

We love Fresco’s, especially the milkshakes! However it’s been late for several orders, today it was late and the milkshakes were quite melted. The delivery driver also left the gate wide open (it was shut when he came, why not close it?), which was quite disappointing.

quite shocked with this delivery, i always love frescos food, but this was like they went to a other place to a grab a spare ready made pizza from a neighbouring restaurant, was so dry and tasteless, had to drown the thing is bbq sauce.

Had to call the restaurant as my order was over 30 mins later, then came cold, I will not be ordering from there again!

Ordered banoffee waffle it came looking like the bananas were 2 days old. Rang up, the guy said a new one would be delivered straight away. We waited an hour. For that one to turn up as rotten as the last. Absolutely disgusting. Wont ever order again. And I've saved the photos.

I ordered the kinder bueno cheesecake and when I opened the container the cheese cake was still frozen. and the ice cream was like mr whippy ice cream then refrozen the quality was not good the waffle was OK but again the ice cream was not good.

Pizza shocking hardly any sauce base and cheese , nuggets cold and cans over 2 months out of date . Rang restaurant they said they would send another one out , guy came to pick the order up asked me what was wrong with it and said I’d have to wait for another one to be sent out ( another 40 mins ) then comes with the wrong drink and another out of date can … guy said he would go shop and change it himself and he never turned back up . Pizza was ok , chips stale . No pop . Shame as it’s normal ra
