STAFF MASSIVELY LET DOWN THE BUSINESS Arguing with me over the phone due to distance from house... Telling me "he's checking Google maps" same as me... And I'm 5 miles away and it's £5 delivery Was one of my favourite takeaway aways RUINED by the staff... I think it's disgusting... On the menu THEY provide it's states "1.50 delivery charge... Or £3 for over 3 miles" Trying to tell me he they charge £1 per mile and I'm 5 miles away

Absolutely gorgeous food been getting this takeaway for 15 years never once I've I had bad food. Delivery driver is so lovely and friendly fist bumps you everything absolute 5 star.

We always use cactus for deliveries. Always hot, excellent food everything from burgers and fries, kebabs and pizzas all lovely food. We would not go anywhere else for a takeaway.

Food was pfft Only came here, as Taco Pizza was closed I won't return to cactus Robbing rip off prices Meal deals on the wall bear door are laughable, someone needs head checking. £6 for cheap chips and two small piece of chicken 😡 Music loud as hell, can't hear yourself speak, had to tell them to turn it down.. I ain't a small guy and fit, I was testing to see if they'd had the balls to speak to me how I've read they do to women. Do not go here, Go To Taco few doors down, superb service and food always, since I discovered it few months back driving through. It now my cheat meal place to go on Friday, travelling 4 mile for it WELL WORTH IT

ordered a 9 inch pizza and chips for delivery and it somehow takes over an hour to be delivered a mile up the road, after ringing several times my number was blocked awful service do not recommend at all.

I think its changed owners, prices through the roof and quality off the mark. Also found hairs recently in our food.

Bought a donner kebab and a half pound cheeseburger with chips, Donner was ok and salad was nice but burger and chips ended up in the bin after one bite so was a waste of money

Pizza and chips last night, food was okay nothing special, claims to be Athertons best takeaway but imo it's far from it. If you are paying by card they add additional fees onto your food.

We regularly order from Cactus and the food is delicious and staff are really friendly. The kebabs are amazing (my fav is chicken and lamb). I always customise my order and it's never a problem. We switch between collecting and get it delivered and every time the food is fresh and piping hot. Highly recommend!

Usually this place is an amazing take out tonight however their attitude and aggression towards us was rude and disrespectful and when we were trying to explain things all we got was raised voices and the phone slammed down we asked my brother to call back and he got the exact same attitude absolutely no need for it what so ever we will not be returning

Used to order from here all the time great food comes quickly too but when the guy came to my door he was asking me all sorts of weird questions like my age, how long I’d lived at my house for, who I live with and my name instead of dropping the food off and going. I’m 14!!

Cactus is a place i would highly recommend the staff are very friendly and always give the right order without me having to repeat anything and their baby calzone is the best in Atherton for sure and if you want to try their fries ask them to add red salt its so nice.

Not been in a while,thought id have a treat of garlic mushrooms £3.80 for 6 very small mushrooms ehit no mayo or a anything🤬🤬🤬 definitely wont be back!!

This the response my dad got from this takeaway, I wanted to say that it was the food that I wanted to order that they got completely wrong and left my parents really angry , my dad was right , you can't treat people like this it's so disgusting ! If this is all they could do to fix there mistakes i will never ask my dad to get anything from them again. You should be ashamed cactus pizza.

As a person who's worked in multiple take aways in numerous locations in the country I'm absolutely disgusted at the service I've received. I ordered a 14" pepperoni Pizza on a Saturday night at 10pm (3 hours before the establishment was due to close) and 45 mins later the driver arrived with a 9" pizza, I explained to the driver that I had made an order for a 14" pizza as it was to share between 3 , how can I feed 3 people with a 9 inch pizza? So the driver called the shop and the man on the phone apologized for his mistake and gave me 2 options , accept the 9" for TEN POUNDS, or the driver will take it back to the shop and they won't correct the mistake nor will they redeliver the pizza I actually requested as they were closing now !! This is before 11pm, a good couple of hours before the shop was going to close. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any fast food shop , if I ran the place , I'd be ashamed of my staff's behaviour and whoever gave one of my customers an ultimatum like that would NEVER work for me again. I hope the management look at this review and open some form of investigation because this is a service industry and you cannot treat your customers this way. Disgraceful experience.

Found something in my garlic bread not sure what it is had to spit it out. Food was not the best tasteless really and donner kebab vary small not be going again

Amazing!!!! Best takeaway around. Great staff and great food. Only negative is they aren't on just eat or ubereat or any similar websites to my knowledge and therefor with delivery can only pay cash.

Food is nice but every time we have waited over an hour for it which sadly has made us decide not to order from them again.

Dont ever get food from here. They rip you off. Your supposed to get free dips with your kebab but they charge you and then they then take 70 mins to deliver and try and charge you £3 for delivery

This website is not... I repeat not... For Cactus in Atherton... It is for a cactus in Washington somewhere. They will gladly take your money online.. And then not be able to refund you.. On Google the address appears as Atherton.. However it is not.. Do not order online

Used to be the premier kebab shop in Athy but since the new management took over the quality is poor & a diner looks like a bust sofa :( they close too early & spend most of their time in the back yard smoking & on their phones so it's a no from me unfortunately

Cheeseburger. chicken pitta and children's chicken nugget meal don't seem to have diet drinks for some strange reason. Children's chicken nuggets are very poor quality and disgusting child could not eat them. But cheeseburger and chicken pitta was very tasty

SHOCKING!! They messed our order up then did not deliver the rest of our food. Then they complained because they had got our number wrong after copying it from their recent call! Eventually they just hung up the phone.

This is the place to eat if you're ever near/in Atherton. Everyone is friendly and the food is to die for (pun not intended. Takeaway food should be moderated as part of a healthy diet). You MUST try the garlic bread with cheese. Bliss.
