Friendly staff with quick arrival of meals, been there plenty of times and would absolutely recommend.

its spoons what would you expect? cheap drinks, simple food and blurred memories :) considering the location of this chain of wetherspoons the carron works often provides an eclectic atmosphere (given the day) service is always fast and reliable, i rarely have any complaints about the food but recently every meal i’ve destroyed at this location has been piping hot clearly they have been making “fresh” to order which is a delightful change from the norm, Ashleigh and Chloe are some of the most considerate bar staff i have ever had the pleasure of meeting, their exceptional customer service skills and willing to assist in customer needs should be fully appreciated and rewarded! it’s obvious the reason people flock back to all spoons is for the cheap drink, simple food and blurred memories but not many wetherspoons make you want to come back for the exceptional service :) thank you ladies for making every visit an absolute pleasure @mrjdwetherpoon give them a raise or else

Got to be the quietest spoons I've ever been in

Visit Wetherspoons Falkirk on a regular basis. Fairly decent Spoons but feel that I have to make special mention of Ashley who works front of house. She is always friendly, personable and professional in her approach to her duties. An absolute asset to her employer who makes visiting this establishment a pleasure.

I had a notion for a mixed grill and as we were in the Newyearfield (Wetherspoons) in Livingston I asked if there was anywhere locally I could get one and I was advised that the Carron works in Falkirk still do it so I had to go through and try it and I'm so glad I did as it was delicious. The sad part is they're stopping the grill shortly due to a lack in demand of steak sales but next time I'm in for one I'll ask if there's somewhere else I could get this delicious meal. I would highly recommend this meal before they switch off the grill. 1000% Top food.

Decent place to have good food with friends and have a drink. Service is also great and satisfactory. The time we visited was not very busy. So it was quite cozy and lovely

The typical place that if you are not from there, it catches your attention to see the gentlemen at 9am drinking beer while others have breakfast, different atmosphere. The disposition of the employees could totally be improved, fast food although it takes a while to bring it to your table, average quality. But for the price you pay you can't ask for much more. Quite ample Scottish breakfast for about £8. If you like coffee, I don't recommend drinking it from the automatic machine they have, better drink water. And if you go by car to park in the entire surrounding area you have to get a ticket.

No fuss no mess...you get what you pay for here...reasonably priced food in nice surroundings. They don't seem to have the app here anymore where you can order from your table

Good food, what you expect from the average Spoons. The atmosphere was nice, however the manager was very rude. Was in the bathroom sharing a cubicle with a friend (for personal disability related reasons) and the manager came into the bathroom demanding we both come out. I left the cubicle but my friend didn't because they weren't finished yet, and the manager got really rude demanding for them to exit the cubicle. She didn't say anything after we both left the bathroom but later came to our family table and demanded us all to leave. We tried to explain to her the reasoning but she wouldn't listen, insisting we must leave the establishment immediately. It was our first time visiting and definitely won't be going again. If the manager was even a little understanding I wouldn't have a problem with this however her attitude and manners were awful.

Very busy between Christmas and New Year. Found a seat but found it was too noisy. Beer okay.

Centrally located Spoons, with gast and efficient service on my visit and friendly staff.

Rachel was an angel she made sure me and my sister had a soft egg with our breakfast if I have any problems not anything major the staff and the manager David are a credit to wotherspoons amazing team nothing is any problem for them well done everyone merry Christmas xxx

That's the 3rd time I've been in there for a meal at the end of November & the beginning of December 2024 & my food has been served up on nearly a cold 🍽️ despite me telling the guy who took my order when I went in for their Christmas turkey 🦃 meal to serve it up on a hot 🔥 plate 🍽️ -- it made no difference as the plate was cold & so were the peas the pigs in blankets were warm the rest of the vegetables were nice & soft & the 🦃 was very tender & I left nothing on my cold plate. It's great to see many good quality condiments on display. The prices in wetherspoons r very reasonable especially when you can have unlimited hot drinks.

X2 food sent back and brought back frozen and got refunded for 1 meal even though both were frozen and staff didn’t give a toss or apologise. Won’t be back !

Nice food, hot and fresh. Not a lot of staff on, so a little slow on service, but good value for money and nice relaxed atmosphere. Love the weatherspoons toilets, the best out of any the local restaurants! Will be back.

Cheap drink and very good options and prices for food. That doesn't mean you should be served awful food. It is uneatable. 100% Avoid. Go for a drink but avoid for food.

Caledonian burger was great..staff were friendly enough but the table was sticky..not sure what it was but it tasted like doom bar when I licked it....

The Carron Works or Spoons was our venue for pre dinner drinks. While a few look down their noses at Witherspoon I have nothing but admiration for the establishment. Great range of drinks at fantastic prices. Food as good as any pub dinner just cheaper and always a pleasant atmosphere in the place.

I didn't have food but it was a friendly place I will call again if my work takes into that area

A really nice Wetherspoons pub, enjoyed several visits here over the week. It's clean and comfortable, friendly and welcoming. The food is really good and great value. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pub housed in a former cinema in the centre of town. A personal favourite.

Best place 4 food and drink at the best price!

Good food, cheap pint, cozy Went again on a Saturday so quite busy, but managed to get a seat. Menu has changed a bit for the better, and the portion was fine for what we paid. All in all, a very nice experience.

What a lovely, friendly place to have our breakfast whilst on a trip to Scotland to watch Taylor Swift. Staff and locals were really friendly and the food was very nice .

Food was absolutely discustion,macaroni cheese was like wallpaper paste chips were frozen in middle aswell as cold replaced the Chios but by then my stomach was turning hope someone gets back to me about this never been so discussed in all the meals I've been served ,I talked to ure manageress who said she was sorry and I would need to complain to website at head office ,the bar man couldn't belive what we had been served it was beyond belief no explanation other just get on with it no wonder ure pubs are going down hill with this disgusting sort of service .regards m.whitelaw.

Standard 'Spoons' .... you know what you're getting. No frills, cheap food drink without any fuss.

Why would you get rid of steaks or wing and rib combo from your menu? Steaks are available in every wetherspoons I've ever been in except for this one...

Our families' newfound love!! Just WOW!! EXCELLENT food. We've eaten dinner here...recommend the steak and the curries. Absolutely delicious. Fresh! Recommend the cocktail pitcher...omg...delicious and so worth it (4x glasses of cocktails) Breakfast is equally well worth the money. Recommend the breakfast muffins. Refills of coffee and tea... Clean toilets.

Great Wetherspoon and another unique carpet. No chips when we visited as vegetable fryer was broken. However, that didn't matter as I ordered a curry! Everyone else had to have mash or jacket potato instead! Drinks were sound!

Pay once for a coffee then as many " top ups " from the machine as you can manage. Adequate coffee, it's from a machine, but it's palatable. Busy, but plenty of tables.

The place was packed so very noisy! But ambiance great, food was good and service was good. It was a flying visit on our way to The Kelpies so mainly went for food!!

Uninspired ale range. But most importantly poor financial control - multiple charging on a credit card. Don't allow them to say the transaction hasn't gone thru! Poor training...... consult our Head Office. Abysmal service.
