Amazing transformation! Hadn’t been in a while but delighted to say the food has been upgraded to restaurant standard. Will definitely be going back, there were 4 of us and all had something different. Everyone was delighted with food, special mention to the lamb kofta and curry. Service was impeccable, staff were friendly, polite, professional and adhering to all COVID guidelines without being overbearing. Thank you for a great evening

i came to the carpenters arms and had a mix grill and a beer with my sister and the atmopshere was great and my server was so friendly credits to the place!

Just landed in London and was exhausted- met a friend here for a beer and enjoyed the ambiance. Very well kept, quiet, pretty views of the city.

Came for drinks one Saturday and I could not fault the barmaid Lisa she made us all feel very welcome and feel that we all made a great Friend that evening. I’m a barmaid myself and I appreciate that it’s not easy to sometimes make that extra little effort but she did and it didn’t go unnoticed

Pre booked a table for twelve to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Meals were excellent and good value for the money. To top it off our waitress Lara was fantastic and excellent with the children in our party.

The food was great. The members of staff are very friendly one member of staff lisa sadler was very helpful polite and friendly looking forward to visiting again.

What a lovely clean freindly pub/restaurant all the staff was so friendly and good with my kids made us all feel welcome food was very nice my kids eat all theres which don't often happen and the staff was all smiles and polite defo will be back I did ask for there names lisa,char, Lara, and chrissy and claire in the kitchen

We were passing through Hayes on the way to pick something up and decided to stop for a lunchtime bite at the Carpenters Arms. It was our first time visiting and we were pleasantly surprised. The food arrived promptly and was excellent value for money. The meal was hot and tasty and we had a lovely waitress called Lara. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We will certainly be back next time we are passing through Hayes.

I came to the establishment with my children and was served by a wonderful member of staff by the name of Lara Johnston ... she made us feel exceaptional welcome and I fekt as if it was home from home .

Group visited yesterday for Christmas Lunch. All served at the same time. Excellent service, food and very friendly staff. Also Senior meals served during rest of year which is very good as some older people do not want large meals. Marion (Crazy Crew)

Lovely lady named Jay runs the pub and her staff are just as good too! Keep up the good work guys! Great family friendly pub.

Few drinks and a bite to eat, menu somewhat limited but food choice was okay. Bartender Mark was relatively busy most of the night, but still attentive and helpful, even ordered a taxi for us later in the night :o)

We enjoyed our evening so much here we returned the following night. The bar is beautifully decorated and presented, the atmosphere friendly and welcoming. The food was fabulous and very good value. It's worth going out of your way to eat here.

This place has a huge, cheap menu and the food is really good for the price. As they say, you get what you pay for but a full English breakfast at £5.69 or 2 for £9.99 is a bargain. I had a chicken and bacon sandwich and I swear it had a whole chicken breast in with 2 enormous slices of bacon for under a £5. The outside tables were a little dirty but the lady ‘in charge’ is so efficient and helpful and runs the show like a master conductor and she soon got them wiped down! She rushes around and nothing is too much bother. She is the reason we keep going back because it’s a long way from home but the food and her service is well worth the journey.

I hope it's the right place I'm reviewing lovely old fashioned pub with great hosts such a Nice atmosphere & we had the 8oz rumps & a pint off the Christmas ale if ever were back up that way we're sure to call in !
