The Carlsberg Dugout in Liverpool

Me and a few family members had the pleasure to visit as a gift from a family member as part of the Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour hospitality gold package. Kind staff, lots of seating however it did get crowded towards the show starting. Drinks were reasonably priced, toilets were incredibly clean and food was good! Not a huge choice for food but it does cater to most with veggie options for those who are vegetarian etc. Overall a very nice experience!

Look it’s expensive for what it is but at least you get fed, have your own bars, access to toilets and good seats. Given it’s the only way non-members can get legally, what other option do we have?

Fab time as usual... always a great atmosphere at Anfield... and always brilliant for the LFC Foundation.. loved it

Ok it is a total rip-off but it is good for what you get and if you are like me and you aren’t a season ticket holder it’s the only way to see them live. There are no queues for food and drink like the previous interview state. Also the Guinness is good and only £5 a pint. The parking is a problem we parked at a forcourt opposite Stanley park. It was a very special day seeing us put 7 past Man Utd. The seats are great aswell it is perfect but obviously not cheap, we would return

Had a great time here on Tuesday and the only thing that let the visit down was the 5-2 bartering by Real Madrid. Met some legends too. Unfortunately Mark Lawrenson was the only obnoxious one out of who we met!!! The food was lovely and the staff were great to. We will definitely be back

This place is what it says on the tin. It’s an informal sports bar with street food and direct access to great padded seats along the pitch. It has the atmosphere of a pub and is very sociable. It is NOT a fine dining corporate hospitality experience. We love it but if you want the full corporate experience you should go the The Beautiful Game or The Chemistry Club.

Great street food stalls, the Lamb scouse was great. Struggle to get a seat so arrive early. Pity about the score at the match we attended. Kop side tickets are excellent seats.

Very tasty for new establishment...served hot...good staff...no complaints at all...not busy yet as difficult to find...good value for money...good to watch footie...TAG :-)

This is my second time in the Carlsberg Dugout, and it pains me to say but the place is a rip off. Less than average food and not comfortable. The face they at “free program” is an insult the prices are £400+ and you get 1 free drink at half time. LFC need to stop milking fans

Have been many times in the Carlsberg Dugout, last night the food was disgusting for the price you pay. Dry Turkey sandwich, quorn chilli, some kind of BBQ skins. If they cant serve decent food then just give us burgers and chips. Very disspointing.

We bought £560 ticket and expected the better food. Left with disappointment. Only 6 food stall. Beef chilie / chicken burger / rice pudding / fish fingers/ lamb scouse. The food were greasy and salty. No free drink before match, only half time pre-pour drinks

Loved the bar good atmosphere good value snacks good service at the bar would recommend you visit the Dug Out

Excellent trip!! Friendly helpful staff!! An abundance of good food outlets with a vast variety to cater for all tastes. Excellent service from an excellent club. Highly recommended.

This was the first time for myself and my son in the Carlsburg Dugout, we were advises to get there early., we were there at 1.30 for a 4.30 kick off and the room had quite a few people in it. We sat right next to the window with a great view over Liverpool. The room filled very fast and although the room is huge, unless you get there early, you'll be stood up with no where to put your drink/food. There was a good selection of unlimited food which was varied and tasty, they also have a sweet stall (which soon emptied). A great experience, couple of negatives, large ques at the bar and the toilets

Had tickets for the Legends game against Milan...food provided was very good and it was easy to get served food and drinks, although the beer was not the best. I was expecting an ex player to be present as advertised but did not see any. The chap on the PA was poor and stumbled through his lines as not a natural. Seats and view were excellent.

This was my first time in the Dugout and it was my 6 year olds first time at Anfield. When you enter the staff were really friendly and made a fuss of my son. The room is huge with lots of places to sit. For the kids there is unlimited pick and mix, football table games and kid friendly food. On the day we went the two Liverpool legends in the Dugout were Ian Callaghan and Bruce Grobbelaar which was a added bonus. The street food was varied and tasted good. The actual seat for the game was padded and the seat aisle was wide. We had great seat and the whole experience was brilliant. I would recommend the Dugout with no hesitation.

Es un área grande, cómodamente amueblada, con un personal muy amable de bienvenida. La comida era fácil de conseguir, muchas opciones. El gran spoiler para nosotros fue la cola para conseguir bebidas. Cabe destacar que en el juego del Palacio se les acabaron los Carlsberg. V pobres en comparación con otros estadios.

He estado en el Dugout de Carlsberg un par de veces y lo que el club cobra por los días de partido normales no da ni por asomo la relación calidad-precio: la comida del puesto es buena y el personal es de primera clase, pero aparte de eso, es un gran Habitación con sofás y sillas cuadradas incómodas que se toman en poco tiempo y, a pesar del tamaño de la habitación, siempre se siente un poco abarrotada. Si fuiste a un restaurante decente o un buen pub antes del juego, definitivamente sería una mejor experiencia, parece estar muy orientado a los turistas que solo quieren obtener un boleto para el juego y supongo que pagar por esto al menos les garantiza eso.

Este fue nuestro camino hacia un partido de la Liga de Campeones, pero con 250 más IVA, por persona, esperaba mucho más. Mi esposo está discapacitado y nos dijeron que llegáramos temprano para estar seguros de un asiento. Llegamos aproximadamente a las 4: 40 pm, ya que previamente llegamos al 1892 Lounge a tiempo, solo para encontrar que el lugar estaba medio lleno. Sin embargo, en esta ocasión, no solo no se abrió hasta las 5. 00 pm, hubo un corte de energía y no sabían si estaría abierto o cuándo estaría abierto. Tuvimos que dejarnos entrar temprano, ya que mi esposo no estaba bien y necesitaba su medicación, así que afortunadamente, Dave, de Door Stewards, estaba muy preocupado y finalmente tuvo que dejarnos entrar para evitar un incidente médico. Dave era una persona muy cariñosa y compasiva y estaba muy preocupada por mi esposo.Eran como las 6: 10 pm, antes de que se abrieran las puertas, pero todavía no había ningún ascensor ni escaleras mecánicas funcionando. Estábamos preocupados por conseguir un asiento, pero un miembro del personal llamado Gillian lo resolvió y finalmente nos llevó en el ascensor y subió a nuestros asientos. Nos ofrecieron té o café, pero tampoco bebemos, así que a un miembro del personal se le encargó que nos trajeran bebidas y él nos consiguió dos vinos: estábamos congelados hasta el fondo para ser honestos. En ningún momento se mencionó la comida y luego oí por casualidad que había dulces en la esquina y me levanté para darnos algo, ya que parecía ser la única comida que recibiríamos, se esperaba una torta o algo así, pero era solo una pequeña Recipiente de selección y mezcla, ¡pero los mendigos no pueden elegir!No se mencionaba la comida hecha, que habría o no comida. Mi esposo ya había tomado su medicación tarde y sin comida y estaba temblando debido a eso y al severo resfriado. Fue justo después de las 7. 00 pm cuando le preguntó a un miembro del personal si habría alguna comida. Le dijeron que todo estaba fuera, había dulces detrás de la barra, Mars y Snickers, que no es comida. Él dijo que podía permitirnos salir a buscar algo de comida de un vendedor ambulante. Salí y regresé con Fish x 2 y Chips, con un costo de 7. 50 además de los 250 más IVA que habíamos pagado, tuvimos que comerlos en la recepción, pero al menos teníamos comida.No nos podemos quejar de los asientos del estadio, pero faltó el resto de la experiencia, la falta de información sobre la comida y, obviamente, la falta de comida. Las bebidas también eran una broma. A medio tiempo la elección fue realmente vino rosado o nada. Uno de nosotros conducía, así que no había bebidas para los conductores.Los inodoros estaban en la oscuridad, no funcionaba la descarga, no había jabón, solo una botella de agua para enjuagarse las manos.Fue una experiencia pero no una que quisiera repetir. Todo comenzó muy bien cuando hice la reserva, el personal fue muy servicial y el día que Dave y Gillian nos ayudaron y John nos permitió obtener comida, ¡pero tuve que hacerlo y pagar!

Brilliant facilities without the need to sit down for a 3 course meal. Food is simple, burgers, pasta, hot dogs, chicken nuggets and chips for kids. Get there early to grab a seat.

Went for PSG home game. Food was running out. Minimum 10 mins wait at bar. Staff were cluless and not enough of them. Only one barman ( Sam i think ) knew what he was doing rest were a waste of space. Then 10 mins before ko they announce the chicken balti has arrived - when most people have already taken their seats for the game. This is just legalised ticket touting. Charge extortionate amount for ticket and Justify it by throwing in some ( small portion ) food.

Yo estaba aquí para el partido de everton y dado no soy una temporada ticketholder, este era mi única manera de conseguir un billete. Nueva principal es increíble y asientos son cómodos sin vistas mal. Todos los administradores y el personal muy servicial. Por el precio, la comida es REALMENTE mala. Hamburguesas tienen frío y calidad de bollos de hamburguesas de comida precocinada son pobres. Sándwiches tostados de jamón jamón eran duras y era (auto generated). Pollo frito estaba bien. Costillas estaban grasos. Por el precio que se paga no sería demasiado pedir que la calidad de la comida. Es el único inconveniente. Un gooid expeeience.

The lounge is huge, there are a lot of seats and good atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The street food is good, a lot of different things to choose from. There are complementary drinks at half time. Beer and wine. If you want to treat yourself this is the place.

I've been to many matches at Anfield, on ocassions hospitality but this was probably the best yet. Plenty of places to sit and banter with other fans, a little light entertainment in the form of a singer and a firmer LFC player present (John Aldridge for us). Bar prices are what you'd expect in a stadium but still cheaper than many concerts I've been to. Free 'street food' was tasty and plentiful and a free half time drink was very welcome. Very impressed .

I went here with my best mate for the LFC Legends game as our wives had bought us tickets for birthdays. The new main stand is fantastic - really well designed with a nice pedestrian area outside to wander around. The lounge itself is pretty basic, but actually works really well. The complementary food was good and plentiful, the service at the bar was quick and the views through the floor to ceiling windows were immense. Well worth it if you're looking for something more than just a match ticket.

We went to watch the game between Liverpool and West Ham. when we arrived at the stadium we asked where the entrance was and were escorted to the main stand entrance. There were costumed greeters who scanned our tickets and escorted us to a lift to the Third Floor. We entered the Dugout Lounge which was a very large open area. It was very, very crowded we were surprised as we expected these areas were unique with limited access. Again we wee surprised to fine that the ticket price only got you snacks (i had a Turkey Sandwich) and you had to pay for the beers. At half time there was no food and a limited range f free drinks (soft drinks or a Glass of Wine). In my opinion the Dugout is overpriced and not worth the cost.

Went to Liverpool v WBA on Sat 27th Jan 2018. Got in 2.5 hours before kick off and got a seat easily. Former LFC player, Ian Callaghan in attendance. Good food from "street food stalls", good selection and can visit as many times as you want. Free tea and coffee and pay bars. At half time no problem getting complimentary drinks available: soft drinks, beer, wine. Lounge is open for 1 hour after final whistle. Not formal - jeans and home team colours permitted.

We have a attended a number of sporting venues with hospitality provided however with the new main stand at Liverpool Football club the quality of service, food and overall experience was out of this world.

We went to the Liverpool/Swansea game on Boxing Day. What a truly remarkable experience from start to finish. The staff were wonderful, smart and accommodating, the food was of a good standard, the drinks were free flowing and the whole suite had a lovely atmosphere about it. Our seats were really good and the whole experience was worth every penny for any true fan! Would highly recommend for a special treat.

We attended this lounge for the Liverpool v Everton fa cup match, on arrival it seemed very pleasant, good array of food choices, received a programme, we did arrive early so managed to get a nice seat, the bar prices were expensive as expected in such a stadium, unfortunately as the lounge got busier the bars became chaos with the staff overwhelmed. At half time we were meant to receive a complimentary drink, however by the time we got from our seat and back in the lounge there were not any drinks left as everyone else had taken two or three drinks each, it was far too packed inside and you couldn’t even enjoy any room anywhere, they definitely over fill and this becomes uncomfortable. Very expensive lounge for what you get, if you pay a bit more you can get the ultimate experience upstairs in the beautiful game lounge which includes drinks, four course meal, reserved table and so much more! Probably would not return to this lounge.

It's expensive but I saw one of the best goals scored at Anfield, so who cares?

I wanted to enjoy a Liverpool FC home game a little bit specially and chose to buy a hospitally ticket to The Carlsberg Dugout. It is situated in the renewed Main stand. Very warm welcome at the reception and all through very good Service.
