The shame of this place is they REALLY don't give a s£[& And we the Loyal customer are still trying to give them a chance .they don't even put a sign up to say they are closed when it says they are open . I know this will fall on deaf ears but we will never go there again . We usually put up with the extremely rude staff (cindy)because the food was sometimes good .so keep clear if I was you .hope this helps you to decide . A very disappointing experience

Best Chinese in caernarfon by far. We went for chicken shardee, had it medium this time rather than our usual mild. Will feel the difference tomorrow. Thanks

I've tried every Chinese and Cantonese takeaway in Caernarfon at least twice over the years. I now only ever eat from Capitol, UNLESS they're closed for hols etc. Then I go out of town. The staff are always friendly, not American false friendly, but genuinely I'm having a good or bad day and I'm still mannerable and courteous and happy you came type of friendly. I like people like that, honest and trustworthy, especially when they're cooking my food. I've NEVER and I mean NEVER had a bad meal from Capitol in the 20 or so years I've been going there. I've never chosen a different takeaway for my Chinese food unless there was no option to. (See above). Long may this takeaway last. 5 score on the door and 5* food, thank you Cindy and Co.

Purchased a curry dish with fried rice in March, rice was almost black (yuck!) , prawns were tuff (err!) ..... Tried ordering some food tonight as I have nothing in and thought I would give them a second go but was informed on the phone that you cannot buy a starter or indeed a any side dishes without ordering a complete meal, and then was met with rudeness from the staff who thought it appropriate to then just put the phone down , terrible service, terrible food no wonder the reviews on this takeaway are so bad.

I've always had good food from this Chinese, Love it. Me and my family has been going here for atleast 15 years.

Went last night , chicken and sweetcorn soup taste less . Spare ribs.burnt they we're black and unedable. And king prawn and cashchew nut had one mouth full and put in the bin . Waste of money never again .

Wont be going here again. Very bad customer service and not a warm welcome at all. Food in a very small portions and expensive to what you get and Our food was not as we ordered.

Got to say I always return to my best chinese takeaway. Love it! Been coming here for over 30 years!

Our absolute favourite. Been going here for years and recommend anything and everything on the menu. A must go to place any time of the week.

went there a few weeks ago and the meal was lovely and plenty full a very tasty Chinese meal and enough for the next day

we ordered take away from here, lady behind counter barely cracked a smile! when we got to the food it was awful, sweet and sour chicken was very salty, no flavour to the sauce and the rice and ribs ordered were burnt! did not enjoy it at and won't be going back!all

We ordered Crispy beef with egg fried rice and chicken curry with fried rice and prawn crackers. The crispy beef was a very chewy tasteless lump of unknown in a lumpy congealed goo. The curry had plenty of chicken but it was to be honest tasteless and the curry sauce was more like watered down gravy. The only decent edible part of this meal were the prawn crackers. Very very disappointed would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered food for myself and a party of 4, my special chow mein was disgusting, all the meat including the prawns were off and must of been frozen prior to cooking, which spoils the quality, my food just didn't taste right and left a horrible after taste in my mouth. If food isn't right, don't serve it! Simples. The server was quite unpleasant during my experience there, she wasn't very friendly and her customer service skills were shocking. I'm never going back.

Amazing food, large portions & incredibly good value, lots of fresh ingredients & a lot of meat included, clean, friendly, well worth a visit 😊

Excellent value for money with fresh ingredients. Also scored 5 with food and hygiene. Been ordering a takeaway from there for years
