The Camden Bar & Kitchen in Uttlesford

Not a great experience. As you'd exit an airport the price is hi for what you receive. That said the food should be hot and as you're usually pushed for time in a n airport, what can you do? Probably won't use this restaurant again.

Awful would not visit again. Dirty table had to ask to be cleaned twice. Basic items on menu not available. Very rude waitress.

All the staff looked miserable. Our breakfast was forgotten and the waitress didn't offer an apology for the delay. Waited 30 mins and we had to chase it. The staff couldn't care less. No check during the meal or after. Jessica served us at 8.22 21st sept and acted like she really didn't want to be there.

Had breakfast here before a flight. Very expensive, very late (waited over 40 minutes) , cold when it did arrive, and cheap ingredients. Would not recommend.

Having ran out of fish and chips, I opted for a burger - the menu said you could swap the bun and chips for a salad. The salad was a small tea cup sized bowl with a few bits of iceberg lettuce and a wedge of tomato. I queried this and the manager came over and apologized and said the salad was incorrect.....she took it away and 5 minutes later came back with the same lettuce with a slice of red onion and an extra tomato wedge all smothered in vegetable oil. If it had been extra virgin olive oil it might have been passable, but this greasy salad was inedible. I tried to give feedback but was told you always have oil on a salad. Service terrible, food poor. Over priced. Otherwise was great.

A very big but also very crowded bar. Beautifully decorated, the staff is OK. Indescribable chaos, people speak loudly, in all the languages ​​of the earth, so you can barely understand the bartender. Nice, though.

Made a big mistake with this venue for breakfast. Informed that ordered food would be at the table in 15 minutes. Not at all. Half an hour later, a polite enquiry as to the waiting time was met with a frosty response and yet the immediate arrival of the order. Mediocre quality and poor customer service. One to avoid. Never again.

I'm using Camden service for long time, but never I had issues. Only today a member of staff( male as he refused to tell me his name) on second floor been very unprofessional and rude. Because we decided to sit to another table then the table he advised us, he didn't been happy and he refuse to clean the table for us. Another member of staff been kind and arrange our table. A part of the breakfast been cold and incomplet.

Thought we would give The Camden a go. Hungry family of five, looking forward to a few days away. Absolute garbage - £120.00 meal for five which could only be described as poor reheated food. When we took the booth, to be greeted by half eaten entrees by the previous guests, that should have been clue enough. Whilst the food was terrible, the cleanliness. WOW! What cleanliness. The place is disgusting. With no seating arrangement - wait to be seated type set up. There is clearly no time for anything to be cleaned properly - if at all. The seats we sat on, had as much food on them, as was served on the plates - all be it, probably as edible.

The airport was horrendously busy but found a seat upstairs. The menu was quite basic with little choice. Burger and chips for me, which was quite tasty to be honest. Service was quick despite everywhere being busy and hectic. I enjoyed my meal but no draught beer upstairs. Yes its expensive but that's what airports do and they get away with it.

Attentive staff. Food was lovely. Place was quiet also which helped as was very busy Friday as I left UK Mr Siva was very helpful.

Good food, good music and the service was Quick and precise. In particolar the chicken Burger was donne with real chicken breast

What a place this is !!!! We thought just for a change rather than going to Wetherspoons which is always pretty good we'd try here . BIG MISTAKE. As with most big corporate restraunts nowadays there is no physical menu so you have to bugger about scanning QR codes etc etc ... then you end up calling over the waitress and order through her anyway ..... The drinks came after about 15 minutes of ordering, this was fine as we had a good hour or so b4 getting to the gate . My wife's breakfast came about 20 minutes after there the drinks, where was my breakfast??? The girl who could hardly speak Engliish just mumbled something and walked away with her trolley. My wife had finished her breakfast, where was mine? It's coming she said, so was our plane !!!! The gate number had now come up and still my breakfast hadn't shown ...I went to bar to ask where was it , it's coming is all they could say ... hallelujah it turns up .. I've waited well over an hour for this full English breakfast...It's COLD !!! If I had the time or inclination I would have stuck it up there manager's backside sausage by sausage!!!! It cost us £40 .... Please please avoid this bloody place even if it's the last place on earth .. Wetherspoons is the place .

We’ve ordered one cappuccino and one Americana… both coffees were terrible. To be honest it was the worst coffee I had in the lat 10 years… if you are a coffee lover like myself… avoid this place…

Utterly shocking. Poor food quality. Cold eggs and mass produced smashed avocado from a pre-bought tub alongside very cheap Pinot Grigio. Took more than 40 minutes to serve food and our drink order had still not been fulfilled. Told to use their app. It did not work. Loads of people had placed orders that did not reach the kitchen. Keep on walking..go somewhere else. Poor VMF. Never again!
