The Cake Shop& Napoli pizza in Manchester

Paid £6 for a gourmet burger meal in which the picture shows 3 patties. I got a burger with one patty. I may as well have paid less for the double burger meal. Also it was just a bog standard cheese burger, absolutely nothing gourmet about it!!

I haven't ordered from here for a long time as the food went down.. Tonight I thought I would order something from here.. Sorry I did now. The food I got was overcooked plue cold.

First time ordering. The chicken, mushroom creamy tagliatelle was AMAZING! SO good! The chicken and broccoli pasta sadly didn't have any broccoli but cauliflower instead. It was still good but I prefer broccoli to cauliflower so was a little sad at that. Nutella waffle was stunning (tried some of my husband's). The Ferrero Rocher tart looked beautiful but sadly was just a base, whipped cream, caramel sauce and a Ferrero Rocher (thought the tart part would be some sort of Ferrero Rocher and chocolate filling). So about 90% cream. Since whipped cream makes me throw up (too rich I guess) I couldn't eat it. So gave it to my husband too. So a couple of issues but overall a lovely meal.

Have been ordering here for a good while now & I can confidently say the garlic bread with cheese , chips , the milkshakes , cakes and smoothies are spot on. The food is always hot and presentable. Great value for money. Always deliver on time or just before. Drivers are all polite , clean & well present.

Rude Staff Horrible smoothies Picks up the ice cream with his hands and does not wash them in between touching difficulty ingredients and handling food. I would never go there again.

My milkshake was nice but the workers are rude, they just ignored me and asked other people what that wanted when they seen me there!

Delivered to the wrong address despite calling restaurant to confirm address. Manager called back with a obnoxious and arrogant attitude with no desire to resolve the issue and hung up. Poor customer service and can’t comment with regards to food as it was never received.

Their hot food is shocking ! However I like their tarts. That’s the only thing ! Their ice creams aren’t even real They probably buy the cheap ones from Asda or something Cakes aren’t nice Such a shame

Went in for the first time and unfortunately won't be going again. I only asked if I could taste two of their ice cream flavours and was answered with "we don't do tastes here, it's a pound for a scoop that's it!". Very rude! I go to a lot of dessert places and never have I been spoken to like this or been declined a taste. It's shockingly bad service and it perfectly reflects the poor quality of their products; £3 for standard Costco slices of cake! Businesses usually make an effort for new customers but this place treated me and my brother like we were a waste of time and like they were doing US a favour. Very disappointed!

The chips are nice and fluffy and I recommend them with peri peri salt.

Ordered from here last night the food was excellent, salad was really fresh, chicken wrap was really nice & the cake fantastic as always. Have ordered before and will be ordering lots more💖

Why oh why did I order again. I've actually grown a beard, shaved and re grown one and the foods still not here.
