My first visit (but can't wait to return) after recommendation from friends. I had spoken to the owner about the possibility of a dairy free afternoon tea and received such a positive response, I booked two weeks ago. We had a lovely selection of savoury and sweet items with cold drinks as it was a hot day. We were offered tea/ coffee or more cold drinks during the 'tea'. Pleasant serving staff added to a most enjoyable afternoon.

Visited for Afternoon Tea which we had won a voucher for at the Market Deeping Town Council Christmas Raffle. Wow…… our table was reserved, but we were still asked if was adequate and whether we wanted to change tables. The food was superb, well prepared/cooked, with more than we could eat. The staff were very attentive, but not over attentive. The staff were very friendly with great service, making us feel special, even though other people needed serving. I recommend anyone to visit this place. It is a hidden gem.

Second time we’ve been to this cafe. Great value, service, choice and atmosphere. We booked an afternoon tea for two which included a selection of sandwiches, bite size savouries, crisps, cheese and fruit scones served with fresh cream and jam, two slices of cake and either tea or coffee. There was so much we had to take the cakes home as we couldn’t manage them! At £10 per person- we’ll be back!

We used these guys for a buffet for our 30th wedding anniversary party. Food was amazing -all home made - and the choice and range were excellent. Plenty of food - no one went hungry! Communications were amazing throughout - genuine guys and really accommodating!

Just had tea and a cake with my lovely work colleague friends. What a gorgeous little tea shop this is. We were greeted by a lovely member of staff armed with a hot sample of winter tea. They also had delicious vegan cupcakes and all of the treats were beautifully presented. To add to the experience, all of the teas, coffees, infusers etc. are available to buy. The shop itself smells of delicious things and the ambience is mellow and inviting. I was so impressed and will definitely be visiting again. All of the staff are super friendly - thank you ladies for a lovely afternoon in a perfect tea-lovers heaven!

Family of 5 celebrating 25th wedding anniversary. This is probably the best pub meal we have ever had. It's lovely look country pub friendly inviting atmosphere, really nice inside. Sat down at our table ordered the drinks plenty to choose from. I had the large rack of ribs, and it was massive the meat just slipped off the bone not a morsel was waisted and triple cooked chunky chips (heaven) side salad just amazing. Burgers were massive and mouth watering and my wife and daughter had the fish and chips, the fish was enough for 3 people never had a piece that big ever and perfectly cooked to. We wanted desert but could eat anything else just make sure that your hungry when you come here because you want be when you leave. Saw the size of the hunters chicken it's bloody massive. All in all best food ever eaten out. And it's a dog friendly pub too
