The Caddy Shack in Poole

On this pleasant and above all dry morning, My Lady and I took our little furbaby Annie out for a few sniffs. Our route took us past The Caddy Shack, which is situated next to the Weymouth Rugby Club. As is my want, I decided a coffee would enhance my enjoyment of the fresh air, so we stopped by. Having found a sunny pot to sit in, I ordered the required beverages - plus a bit of chocolate cake for me. The service was friendly and efficient, without being rushed. The lady taking and making up my order was friendly. The coffee was good, and the cake very tasty. While I waited, I revelled in the aroma of toasted sandwiches and various other grilled delights. The prices are very reasonable, and it is fair to say I have paid more for worse. I recommend this to you....

Walking on the edge of lodmore country park we came across the Caddy Shack where we purchased 2 de caf lattes to take aways to drink on our route to Weymouth sea front very nice and welcoming as there are not any other cafés as I could see

The Shack does great meals, all cooked to order, a full and tasty plate, and good value. The cakes are home made and to die for. Hot drinks are always hot and well made.

Top quality sausage and bacon torpedo roll., good coffee. Efficient and pleasant service. Good size portions and reasonable price. Keep up the good work.

Although there is not a huge choice, the meals are excellent value for money. However, the oil used to fry the chips is in desperate need of a change. Ice creams and hot drinks reasonably priced too.

This little shack is simply brilliant, lots of choice, great food, very reasonable prices and absolutely lovely staff. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great chips and cooked the fried eggs perfectly. Lovely staff and nice tables outside where we could an eye on our bikes

Had tasty toasted sandwich and milkshake, friend had a standard cooked breakfast. We were too full for dessert so got millionaire shortbread to takeaway to have later. Tables outside with peaceful views over the golf course. Good selection on the menu. Will definitely visit again when near Weymouth.
