The Burger Club in Reigate and Banstead

We were recommended Gourmet burger by a friend and we go there every now and then whenever we would like to eat out . I can’t recommend high enough this restaurant. The staff and food lovely. The atmosphere is always peaceful

Cannot fault the service. There were a couple of small errors in our order and Javid was very good in helping to clear up the mix up and correct the order, no questions. Food was delicious and the chicken burgers were cooked perfectly. Will certainly be returning.

1st time dining in this establishment, but definitely will not be my last.... All food arrived promptly, hot and delicious! The burgers were tasty & fresh! Atmosphere enjoyable with low background music, and gentle chit-chat from other tables. Javed & Georgina were very welcoming, friendly & accommodating to all our needs. Will 100% recommend to my friends & family!

Cool place recently a family friend hosted a teen party there- had the place to themselves almost 👍 tasty burgers and good service 😁

So came in to a sign that said 17.50 burger and side came in say down ordered the lock down 2.0 burger and cheesy chips and a jug of water and ended up paying £40 quid by myself when I just got a burger fries and a side cringe music being played, found a hair in my food, and the water which was meant to have ice in it was warm. No alcohol options. No real bacon, 3.50 for a bottle of water.

This was our second time here and the food and service was amazing just like last time. The ambiance is very calm and the staff is very sweet. Their dynamite prawns are a must try!

This was our second time attending, and the food was excellent on both occasions. There was a good selection of burgers to choose from and service was great from their attentive waiting staff. Music was a little on the loud side when we visited on the second occasion, but aside from that everything was on point! There is some on street parking, otherwise the Waitrose opposite is free for 90mins

Very good burgers and very nice club sandwich

We stopped at this restaurant for an evening meal and pleased we did. We both had a burger with different sauces/toppings and there was a nice selection of ice creams to finish. Overall tasty and not bad value.

Second time here and once again, lovely! The food is fresh, with high quality ingredients. Service is brilliant, with attentive staff. One small thing though, it would be great if you offered non-spicy chicken starters or chicken strips in the kids meal.

Popped into Gourmet Burger Club Banstead on a Sunday afternoon for the first time, and it did not disappoint. It’s a fully halal spot with a detailed allergy menu, and the server actually took the time to note down allergies properly. Ordered Club Premium Burger – proper juicy burger, fresh toppings, and that perfect balance of flavours. The beef was good quality, cooked well, and paired perfectly with melted cheese, crisp lettuce, and pickles. Chicken Club Sandwich – Big portions, fresh ingredients, and served with crispy fries. Good choice if you want something lighter than a beef burger but still packed with flavour. Service was spot on—friendly, professional, and actually paying attention to details. Food came out quickly, and everything was fresh. The place itself is modern and clean, with a nice vibe. The exposed brick wall with the golden “B” logo gives it a classy look, the black and gold decor works well, and the comfy seating and warm lighting make it feel inviting. The checkered floor adds a cool retro touch. First visit here, and it definitely won’t be the last. Great food, great service, and a solid halal burger spot. If you’re in the area, it’s worth checking out. ⭐ Highly recommended ⭐

Will be back soon. And another visit November 2024, I have been in between as well. As per usual, food, staff and restaurant and absolute joy to be their. This is my second visit to Gourmet Burger Club and I continue to be impressed. I especially loved the halloumi fries which are apart of their Christmas specials. The restaurant is cozy and staff is lovely. Thank you Leila and Mustafa x

Had Saturday lunch here (lockdown burger 2.0 and cheesy chips), and the food and service were great. The place has been decorated for Christmas too and it’s really nice. It is a bit expensive, and they don’t service alcohol, but those are the only negatives and I’ll go back with the family soon.

Mustafa provided excellent service. We visited at 4pm so there were no other customers. Place was clean. We had haloumi fries, curly fries, regular fries, haloumi burger, vegetarian melt burger, mint choc chip ice gelato, brownie explosion, waffle. All excellent and good size portions. Will go again.

I had an excellent dining experience at Dot Burger! The burgers were juicy and cooked to perfection – full of flavor and exactly what I was craving. The prawns were a pleasant surprise, fresh and seasoned beautifully. And the cheesy fries were absolutely delicious! Perfectly crispy with just the right amount of cheese. Great atmosphere and friendly service too. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

Ate at 1600 which I presume is a quiet time so couldn’t say much about atmosphere. Didn’t like the background music. Service very cheerful, efficient and welcoming.

Ordered for collection from Banstead. The website was auto set for collection from Cobham. They confessed they knew this was an issue, as it had happened to lots of other customers before me. They told me they were changing the website accordingly. Absolutely zero customer service from the so called manager. No refund or discount offered. I was told the owner would call me, but as expected, no phone call! Never ever going there again. Better service from Burger King. Never ever recommending.

I placed an order this evening, which included burgers, sweet potato fries, and crisps. Although I have previously had positive experiences with this restaurant, where the food has always tasted amazing and arrived warm, this time was different. Upon receiving my order, I found that both the burger and the sweet potato fries were extremely cold, not even warm. Given that the journey to deliver the food is only 6 minutes, I cannot understand how it could have become so cold during transit. Unfortunately, I was unable to enjoy my food. I contacted the restaurant to report the issue, but their response was, "Well, it's not our fault. Contact Deliveroo and deal with them." This response was quite disappointing, especially as I aim to support local businesses and had expected a higher level of customer service. Very disappointing.
