I had an excellent dining experience at Dot Burger! The burgers were juicy and cooked to perfection – full of flavor and exactly what I was craving. The prawns were a pleasant surprise, fresh and seasoned beautifully. And the cheesy fries were absolutely delicious! Perfectly crispy with just the right amount of cheese. Great atmosphere and friendly service too. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

Ate at 1600 which I presume is a quiet time so couldn’t say much about atmosphere. Didn’t like the background music. Service very cheerful, efficient and welcoming.

Ordered for collection from Banstead. The website was auto set for collection from Cobham. They confessed they knew this was an issue, as it had happened to lots of other customers before me. They told me they were changing the website accordingly. Absolutely zero customer service from the so called manager. No refund or discount offered. I was told the owner would call me, but as expected, no phone call! Never ever going there again. Better service from Burger King. Never ever recommending.

I placed an order this evening, which included burgers, sweet potato fries, and crisps. Although I have previously had positive experiences with this restaurant, where the food has always tasted amazing and arrived warm, this time was different. Upon receiving my order, I found that both the burger and the sweet potato fries were extremely cold, not even warm. Given that the journey to deliver the food is only 6 minutes, I cannot understand how it could have become so cold during transit. Unfortunately, I was unable to enjoy my food. I contacted the restaurant to report the issue, but their response was, "Well, it's not our fault. Contact Deliveroo and deal with them." This response was quite disappointing, especially as I aim to support local businesses and had expected a higher level of customer service. Very disappointing.

Javid looked after us so well and the other staff are lovely too. Will be back again soon. If you haven't been it is so worth a visit. 21st June 2024 A other visit to The Burger Club for lunch with a close friend. Again, lovely meal and excellent service from Lelia. Regards to Javid. Staff were friendly...food was amazing! There were 6 of us, so we had quite a variety and tried the chicken sandwich, which was delicious. We had the mushroom melted burger and cheesy fries. The wings, the spicy gourmet club burger, the lockdown. All tasted juicy and fresh. Excellent value for money.

Had an early lunch on a quiet weekday. It’s our second visit as we absolutely love their burgers and the chips are to die for! Leila was attentive as ever, and suggested the Signature sauce which was lovely. Although it was quiet, this place will have a great atmosphere in the evenings and Leila who served us is welcoming and very warm. Thank you 🤩

The food is great, unfortunately the following did not help our experience: Surprised to be charged 50p for lettuce replacing cheese and mayo on kids burgers and 50p for tiny dish of mustard. It would help if this was made clear when finalising the order.

Amazing burgers and onion rings. Had Fiery chicken, onion rings with their spicy sauce. This is no doubt one of the best burgers I have had in the Uk.

For the benefit of future customers, a follow-up to the below review and the owner's response asking for an email contact (so you can't see it). I sent TWO (2) emails, and NONE were replied to. THAT is how LOW they think of their customers. Awful service. Booked a table for the family for 18:30. Confirmation email arrived. We arrived exactly on time to be told by the totally unsympathetic waiter that, according to his scrappy sheet of paper, they didn't have our reservation. There was only 1 table with anyone there at the time. The place was empty. I showed the email confirmation, so he opened his phone and app and there listed was our reservation and table 4 assigned. He basically said tough and dismissed us to spend the next 30 minutes walking the cold streets to find somewhere to eat. On passing the restaurant after we had eaten, on our way to the car, the restaurant was still almost empty with plenty of empty tables. Clearly they run two table reservation booking systems. From the moment I walked in until I left, "Burger Club" was simply awesome. The people there are super nice, the burgers are crazy good, the place looks cool, and it's in a great spot. If you love burgers, you gotta check this place out!

has taken longer than 2 hours in deliveroo for 1 burger a chips. Have been trying to get through to the restaurant for half hour I have called 46 times and no awnser… Really poor hospitality! Only order from this place if you’re willing to have a long wait!

Not good. Called to make a collection takeaway, was immediately told ' can you use the app please we are very busy'. They were asked 'how long'....when the phone was put down their end. Ordered on the app. Told collection was at 19.24 (20 minutes later) Arrived at 19.25, Waited 35 minutes. Meanwhile the brilliant C&K restaurant in Nork were dead on time, very friendly and provided hot fresh food. Which after waiting for the burger was stone-cold. The burger: cheesy chips were tepid at best (I live 2 minutes away) burger was given a 7/10 by the person who ate it.

We have used the Burger Club in Banstead since it opened. Great staff and a lovely man used to deliver our burgers very quickly. They have now switched to Deliveroo and it is a disaster. Ordered our food at 6.22pm and received at 8.35pm. What a shame .

Always great service and food. One recommendation I would have is to offer the club sandwich for delivery or take out. I know it’s done so it doesn’t ruin the integrity of it but other places do it. My family would personally order a lot more food if we had the option.

Please do your own delivery not Deliveroo !!! We always order and food nice and hot and excellent. This time because via deliveroo food was cold. Your own delivery man used to even bring food to the door in the heated bags but not with deliveroo. I know it’s cost cutting exercise but trust me you will loose loyal customers if food gets delivered cold
