I recently went here with my family to celebrate a new job and my daughters birthday. I've, unfortunately, forgotten the name of the young boy that served us but he'd noticed our daughter had a happy birthday Alice band on and really went the extra mile to ensure she/we all had a lovely evening! Kind, quick and lovely personal touch which made our evening a pleasure!

We have always enjoyed our time at Bills. The waiter George was very attentive even though the service was a little slow. ( Deliveroo orders seemed to have priority) . We were there to celebrate with my daughter and see was very well looked after and felt special. The food was a little underwhelming. The chicken burger was bland, and it tasted as of the oil may have been old. I had the ribs and they were very mushy. Not how I would expect. The kids Mac and cheese was also watery and bland. I will return as I will chalk this down to one day night. I hope to return soon

As soon as I walked in Belinda greeted me with a smile and handed me over to her lovely colleague Maryna who took me over to a table which not only was perfect with a plug for me to work at but also very comfortable. She recommended the pancakes which I loved so much I got two plates full and was tempted to go back for more. I also ordered a hot chocolate and flat white from Harri at the bar which tasted divine. What a wonderful team of people. Will come again 😁

Waiters were very friendly and welcoming . The pancakes were very delicious and well presented, like to give a shout out to the waiter Max he was very friendly and good manners !

I visited Bill’s the other day and was genuinely impressed by both the food and the service. As a vegetarian, I really appreciated how helpful our server, Chloe, was in guiding me through the menu and helping me find the perfect options. The vibe was great—really welcoming and relaxed. I’d definitely recommend it.

I had a great time with my friends, the food was immaculate and we had a lovely server, I believe her name was Khloe, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely time and gave us some great suggestions of what dishes were her personal favourites, they are now our favourites too!

I had the pleasure of being served by Chloe during my visit , and she was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we were seated, Chloe was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. She struck the perfect balance between being present and giving us space to enjoy our meal. Chloe was knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations—we ended up trying a dish we wouldn't have picked otherwise, and it was fantastic. She checked in at just the right times. Overall, Chloe made our dining experience feel special. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality these days. I’d definitely ask to be seated in her section next time!

Went for bottomless pancakes, nicest pancakes I'd ever eaten. Hot drinks were also lovely. My server Marina was very welcoming and the restaurant had a lively atmosphere.

Everything was delightful. Our waitress Mia was really friendly and was a very sunny person. The only reason I have the food 4 stars is because I didn’t realise the mustard was English mustard, because I put it in my burger and it seared my sinuses when I took a bite. If it wasn’t for that (which was my fault), everything was perfect. Please no English mustard I wanna cry. Cheers guys xxx

It took a while for the staff to bother to find us a table but once we were seated all was fine. Excellent service from Juliet helping us choose our tasty burger and chicken schnitzel. Bills serves food quickly and it's always well cooked. I've been to several bills and they always deliver. Recommended
