A big thanks to Claire and Christian for opening the pub specially for our walking group this lunchtime. As usual the Pedigree was on top form and Christian made us feel really welcome. I would heartily recommend this pub to other walking groups and indeed any other customers; even if you have to wait until 5pm normal opening time, the wait for the Pedigree will be well worth it. 👍👍

Great local pub with a real community atmosphere. Excellent selection of gins of all sorts of flavours to tickle your tastebuds. Has garden, pool table, darts and sports on TV.

Lovely country pub also great choices of drinks. Gin especially served in a big gin glass with fresh fruit. Very enjoyable. Dogs welcome

What has happened to this lovely pub, steak & ale pie was to die for. Went for meal after Xmas and the meat was tough and tasteless. If new owners sorry but will not be coming back, pity.
